魚裁き
緊急事態宣言解除に伴い1年半ぶりに田舎へ帰ろうかと思ったが、田舎の受け入れ態勢は今一つらしい。そんな事を気使って、同級生が少しでも郷里の味を・・と云うことで、朝釣って来たというヒラメとアカミズを送ってくれた。何とヒラメは３.5キロ、アカミズは1.5キロを二匹。有難く感謝感激であるが、これの裁きが大変。こんな大物のヒラメなどさばいたことが無い。
そこでパソコンにて「ヒラメのさばき方」と打つと、ご丁寧に動画入りで色々と紹介されている。
さっそく腕によりかけ、ヒラメの五枚おろしに挑戦。成果は以下の通り、自分ながらなんとかなった感じ。

With the lifting of the state of emergency, I thought of going back to the countryside for the first time in a year and a half, but it seems that the countryside is not ready to accept me. However, I heard that the reception was not so good in the countryside. One of my classmates was concerned about this and sent me some flounder and red sea trout that he had caught this morning to give me a taste of his hometown. The flounder weighed 3.5 kilograms, and two red worms weighed 1.5 kilograms. I was very thankful and grateful, but it was hard to cut them up. I’ve never handled such a big flatfish before.
So I typed in “how to cut flatfish” on my computer, and I found a lot of information on how to do it, including a video.
I immediately put my skills to the test and challenged myself to grate five pieces of flatfish. The results are as follows, and I feel I managed to do it.
