As of September 1, 2023, in order to ensure the quality of foreign workers, the Singapore government will require a "third-party certification of academic credentials" in the process of obtaining an Employment Pass (EP) for management-level expatriates to work in the country.
In addition to the graduation certificate, a third-party certification that the university where the applicant graduated is real and the diploma is not falsified will be required.
