10万円配布
今回新型コロナウイルスに関連する経済対策として、国が国民一人あたり１0万円配布するとのこと。
正直当初はエッと思った。
公務員など何も給料が下がった訳でもないのに、「何で一律10万円なのだ？」と。
そんな感じを持ったのは私だけでは無いらしく、地方政治家の中にも、「公務員は受け取ったお金は寄付に回すべきだ！」 とか、「申し込みをしなければ良い！」などと公言する者も居た。
私も、それはそうだ、今回の配布される10万円は「ふるさと納税にのまわせばいいや」くらいに考えていた。
ところがよくよく考えてみると、今回の緊急配布は、収入が減少した人への支援の意味合いもあるが、大きな目的は経済対策ではないか？。そうだとすると、無駄でもいいから全額を消費に使うべきではないか・・・、少しでもお金を使って消費を喚起することによって経済の立て直しに寄与すべきだ・・と。
だって、故郷納税などに充てれば、国に払った税金を返してもらい、その金をまた再び地方納税の形で返す事になる。せっかくの経済対策が何の効果ももたらさない事にならないか？。
という事で１００％消費に使おうと決意した。ところがいざ何に使おうかとなると、これがなかなか？。
最近特に痛感していることであるが、よる年波によるものなのか、何かが欲しい・・、何かを食べたい、何がしたい、といった欲望が今一つ沸かない。
そこで、「こんな事ではダメだ」と自分を鼓舞し奮起し、このコロナ騒動を機に少し無謀と思える事に挑戦してみることにした・・・。青春よふたたび！！。

I, too, was thinking that the 100,000 yen to be distributed this time should be donated to Furusato taxation, or something like that.
On closer inspection, however, it seems to me that while this emergency distribution is meant to help those whose incomes have declined, its main purpose is to help the economy, isn’t it? If that’s the case, shouldn’t we spend all of our money on consumption, even if it’s for nothing…?
Because if you spend it on things like paying taxes in your hometown, you’ll get back the taxes you paid to the national government, and then you’ll get that money back again in the form of local taxes. Wouldn’t all this economic stimulus have no effect?
So, I decided to use it for 100% consumption. However, when it comes to what to use it for, it is difficult.
Recently, I’ve been feeling it especially keenly, but I can’t get a desire to want something, to eat something, or to do something, whether it’s due to the annual wave or not.
So, I inspired myself, “This is not the way to do it”, and decided to take this opportunity of the Corona ruckus to try something that I think is a little hatless… Youth again!
