中国コロナウイルス対策
中国コロナウイルス対策が世界経済にここまで深く関わってくるとは？。
ただ各国が水際作戦で人の動きを遮断すれば、経済に直接響くのは当然の事であり、想定範囲内のことと言いたいところだが、実際は全くの想定外であった。
しかし、弊社の仕事には今のところそれ程の影響は無く、若干の落ち込み程度で推移している。それに比べ、観光、ホテル、旅館、飲食、バス、航空業界などは、予測もしなかった突然の大地震にみまわれた様なもの。
政府は緊急の救援策を取らなければと思うが、メディア情報では、国民一人一人への対策、例えば学校給食費を前倒しし早々にゼロにするとか、携帯電話料金云々とか、労働保障云々とか、清き一票に直接影響するような対策ばかりが先行し、倒産の危機にある企業はほったらかしの感がある。緊急事態とはいえ、国の政策により企業はとんでもない打撃をうけているのだから、何か早目の支援策があってしかるべきと思うが、ポピュリズムには勝てないのか・・・。
そんな事を思ってはいるが、個人的に直接困っているのは図書館が全て閉まっていること。３月に入ってあらゆる予定がキャンセルになり、自然と暇をもてあそぶ状況に陥っているが、私が愛用していた図書館は全て閉館しており、本が借りれない。図書館での自習などはともかくとして、本の貸出くらいはと思うが、予約本以外の貸し出しは完全ストップ。学校が休みになっており、子供はこんな時こそ本を読めばと思うが、図書館が貸し出しストップでは・・・。
何れにしても今のこんな対策は３月で終わってほしい。完全を求めれば切りがない・・・。

It is natural that the economy would be affected directly if each country interrupted the movement of people with a waterfront operation.
However, our business has not been affected so much so far, with only a slight decline. In comparison, tourism, hotels, inns, restaurants, buses, and the airline industry were all hit by a sudden and unexpectedly large earthquake.
It seems that the government should take urgent measures to help the people, but the media reports are only focused on measures that will directly affect a clean vote, such as moving up the cost of school lunches to zero as soon as possible, mobile phone bills, and labor security, while companies in danger of bankruptcy are left alone. Even though it’s an emergency situation, companies have been hit hard by the government’s policies, so I think there should be some kind of support measures sooner rather than later, but I guess populism can’t be beaten…
As much as I think about it, I am directly troubled by the fact that all the libraries are closed, and with March coming, all my plans have been cancelled, and I am naturally in a situation of playing with my spare time, but all the libraries I used to use are closed and I can’t borrow books. Aside from self-study in the library, I would like to be able to borrow books, but I have stopped lending books other than those on reserve. The school is closed and the kids would like to read at times like this, but the library has stopped lending books…
In any case, I hope the current measures will end in March. The quest for perfection is insatiable…
