経歴詐称と詐欺師
「嘘は泥棒のはじまり」などと子供の頃に言われた記憶があるが、それと同様、「経歴詐称は詐欺師のはじまり」と言える。詐欺師で自分の経歴をごまかしていない人は一人もいない。１００％詐称している。
可なり前にもこのブログで、「詐欺師を見つけるのは、その人が自称する経歴をきちっと調べればだいたい分かる」と書いた記憶があるが、その経歴の特徴は、学歴は悪くても早稲田、慶応卒以上のハイレベルな大学か院卒。職歴は多いのが商社系か公益法人または行政機関、それも大概が特別職で１・２年で転々としている。またコンサルタントの歴も多い。
こんな履歴書が届いた場合は先ず？？。
実は先ほど何時ものようにレポートの点検をしていたら、詐欺師の典型と思えるレポートに出会った。ただ驚いたのは、今日の詐欺師は履歴書の名前すら嘘、偽名で就職応募していた。学歴も職歴も嘘で、名前すら嘘をついているのに、どうしてそれが分ったの？という事になるが、それはそれ、わが社の調査員にかかれば・・・ということ。
実はこのレポートを見ていて思うのが、個人情報保護と匿名社会の到来。数年前に役所は住民票も戸籍も原則公開（法的）にも関わらず非公開（運用）にしてしまった。従って、一般人は一般人が公開する個人情報は信じるしかない。検証することが殆ど不可能に近くなっているから。
警察など役所は権限で大体のことを検証することができるが、一般の人は個人情報保護、プライバシー、人権擁護の壁に閉ざされ、人の事に関しては何が本当か何が嘘か検証することが出来なくなっている。そんな社会を国民皆で形成している。
故に詐欺師は詐欺のしたいほうだい。今日の被調査人（調査対象者）のごときは、妻も子供もいながら、エグジェクティブな女性をターゲットに金銭詐欺を繰り返している御仁であったが、履歴書を信じれば、素晴らしく有能な御仁に思える人である。

As I wrote in this blog quite a while ago, “You can find a scammer if you check his or her self-proclaimed career carefully”, but his or her career is characterized by a high level university or graduate degree of Waseda or Keio University or higher. Many of them are trading companies, public interest corporations, or government agencies, and most of them are special jobs, and they have been changing jobs for a year or two. He has also been a consultant for many years.
What’s the first thing you do when you receive a resume like this?
As a matter of fact, I was inspecting the report as usual the other day and came across a report that seems to be the epitome of a con artist. The only thing that surprised me was that the scammer today even lied about the name on his resume and applied for a job under a false name. How did you know that when you lied about your education, your job history, and even your name? But that’s not the case when it comes to our investigators…
In fact, as I look at this report, I’m thinking about privacy and the arrival of an anonymous society. A few years ago, the government made both the resident register and the family register non-public (operational) despite the fact that they are in principle public (legal). Therefore, the public has no choice but to believe the personal information that the public discloses. Because it’s nearly impossible to verify.
While the police and other authorities have the authority to verify most things, the public is closed to the walls of privacy, privacy, and human rights, making it impossible to verify what is true and what is false when it comes to people. Such a society is being formed by the people.
Hence, a con artist is a con artist. Today’s respondent was a man with a wife and a child who was repeatedly scamming money to target aggressive women, but if you believe his resume, he seems to be a brilliant and capable man.
