里帰り
早や師走、師が走るほどだから小生が走るのは当たり前か・・、それにしても忙しい。何が忙しいと云われてもよく判らないが、兎に角忙しい（「兎に角」の話、今朝の読売新聞の編集手帳に出ていたね・・・。）。「今日は少しノンビリ」と思って毎日会社に出てくるが、出社途端から帰社するまで、一貫してバタバタ。ところがバタバタした割に、余り仕事の痕跡は残っていない。
考えてみるに、どうも歳とともに、遣ることなすこと要領が悪くなり、ただ気ぜわしくバタバタして、自分ひとり忙しいと思っているだけのような気もする。
そんなんだから一年なんて本当にアッという間。今年も後１ケ月を残すのみ。
年に最低６回は里帰りし、余生の残り５０年を、田舎でノンビリなどと計画していたが、今年は何とか３回帰れただけ。マイボートは海に浮かべたままになっており、後１回はどうしても帰らなければならない。そこで思い切って来週月曜から１週間帰ることにした。
田舎の情報によると、マグロになる手前の、キッサキと呼ばれるクラスの３～５キロほどのマグロの子供が結構釣れているらしい。
来週１週間、凪さえ良ければ・・・きっとキッサキを・・・。

It’s so early that a teacher runs, so it’s natural for me to run…but I’m busy. I don’t know what’s keeping me busy, but I’m pretty sure I’m busy (that’s what the Yomiuri Shimbun’s editorial notebook said this morning). . I go to work every day thinking that I’m going to take a little time off today, but I’m consistently bumming around from the moment I get to work until I get home. However, despite all the hustle and bustle, there were not many traces of work left.
I think that, somehow, as I get older, I’ve become less and less efficient at what I do, and I feel like I’m just buzzing around and feeling busy by myself.
That’s why a year flies by so quickly. There is only one month left in this year.
I had planned to return home at least six times a year and spend the remaining 50 years of my life in the countryside, but this year I managed to return three times. My boat was left floating in the sea and I had to return one more time. So I took the plunge and decided to go home for a week starting next Monday.
According to the information in the countryside, we have been catching a lot of young tuna, called kisaki, which is a class of tuna about 3 to 5 kilograms before it becomes a tuna.
If we can get a calm for a week next week…I’m sure we’ll get a kissaki…
