訃報
訃報って突然来るんだよなー。本当に突然・・・。
昨日まで元気でピンピンしていた人が、今朝方亡くなった・・・などと云う連絡。ビックリというより、唖然として一瞬何がなんだか判らなくなるという感じ。
それより何より、突然逝った本人が一番ビックリしていると思う。だって気がついたら、この世でなくあの世なんだもの・・・、そりゃービックリするよなー。
特に冬季にこの様な連絡が多い。昨日、今日の冷え込みだと、特にそんなことが気になる。先週こんなことがあったばかりだから。
それにしても人は死んだら何処へ行くのだろう。
この世に生を受け、この世で方便を行うためにこの肉体を授かっているが、死ぬと肉体から離れるのは間違いない。肉体から離れると、無茶苦茶身軽になるから、結構好きなところに行けて、それはそれで、良いのかもしれない。
などとフッと思ったりもする。
私の師、中村天風哲人は、「死んでから先のことは死んでから考えろ。今は精一杯、明るく元気に溌剌として生きることを考えろ・・」という。それもその通りだけれど、凡人はついそんな事も考えてしまう。
ただ師は、霊魂不滅を確りと悟っており、それを信念すると、「人の世の非業も 肉の呵責も 夢まぼろしの如くに消えうせて 無限至上なる歓天喜地の世界あらわれん 」と説いている。
