死生学
先々週、讀賣新聞の夕刊にこんな記事がありました。「死と向き合い生を学ぶ」と題した、死生学についての記事です。３面の３分の１を占めて大々的に掲載されていました。中身は、阪神大震災及び東日本大震災の影響もあって、今、若者の間で、生と死を真剣に、また身近なこととして考え、学問として向き合うことで「人生の指標」を見いだそうというもので、大学の講義にこの死生学が多く取り入れられているというものでした。日本臨床死生学会の２０１４年の大学及び短大のアンケートによりますと、回答した252校の内、「死生学」の講義を設けている学校が１４校、言葉は違うが、関連カリキュラムをもうけている学校がなんと１６８校にのぼり、全体の７割近い学校で、この死生学関連の講義がもうけられているとの事でした。
