今週火・水（２月７・８日）と東京出張。主な目的は全国調査業協同組合の理事会。特に大きな課題がある訳ではないが、昨年末の理事会も出席できなかった為、今回は何が何でもと思い、重い腰を上げた。ところが会議室に顔を出すや否や、「久しぶり・・・、顔忘れかけていたは・・・」、挨拶代わりのヒニクを浴びせられる。何を云われても「ゴメン・・」としか言いようが無い。
理事会の内容は、組合の活性化、運動方針が主なものであった。ただ、いつもの事ながら、意見や方策は色々出るが、旗振れど踊らずで、中々実行に結びつかない。これは、この組合に限らずで、小生が会長を務める全国調査業協会連合会も同じ。先々週名古屋で理事会が開催されたが、ここもご多分にもれずで、活動らしい活動ができず、ただ継続は力なりの言葉に甘んじ、教育研修会でお茶を濁すていどの事しかできない体たらくである。
資金なし、人なし、実績なし、.ノウハウなし、の無いないずくめで、正直業界活動は今頭打ちの状態にある。何か起爆剤はないか？と模索しているのが小生の今である。
水曜日は早々に用事を済ませ、11時にはフリーとなった。そこで、思いつきで横浜港に足を向けた。電車の終点、横浜・中華街駅で下車。山下公園方面に出ると、そこは横浜港。ふと見ると、目の前にかの有名な氷川丸（昭和5年にシアトル航路用に建造された豪華貨客船）が、海に浮かぶ文化遺産として係留されていた。早速船内見学、船内もさることながらエンジンの大きさに驚嘆。1万トン超級の船を動かすとはこうゆう事かとただただ驚くばかりであった。その後、横浜港１周のマリンクルーズ、１時間、ジンフィーズを片手にゆったりとしたひと時を楽しんだ。下船し、歩くこと２０分。新しく作られた豪華客船用埠頭、大桟橋を見学。これがまた凄い。どう表現していいのか分からない。これにもただただ驚くばかり。これはブログに載せようと、あちこちスマフォで撮影。
ところがである。昨日、そのスマフォをぽけっとから出そうとして、なぜかポトンと床に落としてしまった。床はアスファルト、カッシャと嫌な音がした。見ると表の液晶にヒビが入り、オジャン。電源も入らず、何も表示されない。よって、写真掲載は無理・・・全くもって歳はとりたくないものだ、トホホ・・。
