NPO法人全国調査業協会連合会、研修会
昨日、３月１６日（水）、東京都新宿区で探偵・興信所業界の「教育研修会」を、全調協主催で開催した。会場は、公共の柏木地域センター、最大収容人員６０名。当初、主催者としては５０名も参加してくれれば御の字と踏んでいた。ところが、何と嬉しい誤算で、７５名もの参加申し込みがあった。会場の関係者に、「椅子だけで結構ですから７０入れて頂けませんでしょうか・・」伏してお願いするも、「ダメです」の一言、「消防法で定員が決まっています」。
願うは当日キャンセルが多く出ることのみ・・・、こんな事を思ったのは、協会活動をはじめ３０数年になるが、初めての事であった。
ただ、願いば通じるもの。ふたを開けてみると参加者は６７名。主催者側関係者７名は壁に張り付いての立席聴講となったが、何とか一般の参加者には椅子席を用意する事ができた。
２時から５時まで３時間の立席聴講は、幾ら若いとは云え、少々きついものがあったが、閑散とした中でやるよりははるかに充実した研修会となった。
５時半からは、希望者のみの懇親会。新宿の超高層ビル４４階にて会食が始まった。
千差万別。この業界ならではと云うか・・とにかくユニーク。小生の周囲には、初めての参加者が多かったという事もあるが、名刺交換し挨拶するに、
一人は御年９０歳の悠然としたお爺ちゃん。聞くと「私は総会屋対策で大活躍をした・・、警察からも数回表彰を受けている」とのたまい、何と表彰状を持参していた。敬意を表し、表彰状を見せていただくと、何と表彰者、新宿警察署長は、元当協会の専務理事でよく知っている人であった。
今一人は、２０代後半の溌剌とした若者。聞くと、元自衛官。しかも習志野の空挺部隊と云う。一般の人はあまり知らないかもしれないが、空挺といえば自衛官の憧れの的。レンジャーは努力と根性でなれるが、空挺は持って生まれた身体能力が要求される。話に花が咲き・・彼も喜ぶ。
今一人は、現役の司法書士。これまた変わり種といえば変わり種・・・。超真面目と云った御仁であった。
同人の前に座していたのがまたビックリ。出された名刺は、「暴力団組織等、離脱の会、会長○○」。何ですかコレ・・失礼ながら、ストレートに訪ねてしまった。聞くところによると「一族に警察の方面総監まで務めた人がおり、当人もその関係に居たとか・・」。
何処までどうなのかは判らないが、当業界ならではの、おもしろい人との出会いであった。
当日は日帰りの予定であった為、もっともっと話を聞きたかったが、１時間半ほどでコソッと懇親会場を抜け出し、帰路についた。
Yesterday, Wednesday, March 16, an educational seminar for the detective and detective agency industry was held in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. However, by a happy miscalculation, 75 people signed up for the event. I asked the person concerned in the hall, “Can you put 70 people in just a chair?”, but one word was “No”, “The capacity is decided by the Fire Service Act”.
The only thing I hope is that there will be many cancellations on the day of the event…..
It’s just a wish that comes true. When I opened the lid, I saw that there were 67 participants. Seven people from the organizer’s side had to stand up against the wall, but we managed to provide chair seats for the general public.
The three-hour standing session from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. was a little strenuous even though I was young, but it was a much more fulfilling workshop than the one held in the deserted atmosphere.
At 5:30, a reception for those who wish to attend. The meeting began on the 44th floor of a skyscraper in Shinjuku.
There are many differences. It’s unique in this industry… Anyway, it’s unique. There were many first-time participants around me, but I didn’t have the time to exchange business cards and greet them.
One of them was an old man who was 90 years old. When I asked him about it, he told me that he had done a great job against the General Assembly and had received a commendation from the police several times, and that he had brought a certificate of commendation. When I was shown a certificate of commendation to show my respect, I was surprised to find out that the awardee, the chief of the Shinjuku Police Department, was a former executive director of the association and a person I knew well.
One of them is a young man in his late twenties. If you ask him, he is a former self-defense officer. In addition, they were the Narashino airborne troops. The general public may not know much about it, but the airborne is a favorite of the self-defense forces. A ranger can become a ranger with hard work and guts, but an airborne requires the physical skills one was born with. We’ll talk about it… and he’ll be happy.
One is now an active judicial scrivener. Speaking of the strange variety, the strange variety again… He was a very serious man.
I was again surprised to find myself sitting in front of a fan. The business card they gave me said, “A gangster organization, a renunciation association, a chairman. What’s this…with all due respect, I visited straight away. According to what I heard, “There was a person in the family who served as a police commissioner, and he was also related to that person…
I don’t know to what extent, but it was an interesting encounter with an interesting person, which is unique to this industry.
Since it was a day trip, I wanted to hear more about it, but I left the reception hall after about an hour and a half and went home.
