ビックリポン。何と、かの有名（弊社では・・）な、経歴詐称詐欺師の履歴書が、再度弊社に届いた。但し受件段階では、その事は判らず、通常とおり営業から調査課に書類は回され、担当となった調査員は、何時もの通り淡々と調査を進めた。
調査結果は、採用不適当。学歴は全くのウソ。職歴も大半は詐称されていたが、最終勤務先だけは、勤務期間は違うが、在籍したことだけは間違いなかった。但し、在籍時に数百万円の横領を働き、解雇処分となっていた。しかも会社は、刑事告訴を検討中とのことであった。
かの人物。以前にもこのブログで紹介したことがあるので、ご記憶しておられる方もあろうと思うが、「開成高校から東大法学部に学び、卒業と同時に通産省にキャリア採用され、すぐにハーバード大学法科大学院に国費留学。以後、スカウトで三菱商事、帝国ホテル、大阪ガスと転職し、最後は外務省の特別通訳をしている」との履歴書を某企業に提出した御仁。役員面接試験もOKとなり、採用直前に弊社に調査依頼があり、その結果、学歴も職歴も全て嘘、デタラメな履歴書である事が判明した御仁のことである。
その御仁が、こともあろうに某中堅企業にこの度就職応募し、その御仁の調査依頼が、またまた弊社にあったという訳である。
同一人物の履歴書ながら、二つの履歴書を照らし合わせると全く違う。同じなのは、氏名、生年月日、現住所のみ。履歴の中身は大方違う。従って、受件段階では同一人物とは思えなかった。従って、上記の通り、何時もの通り、調査を実施したわけである。
同一人物と分かったのは、調査報告書があがってからの事。アレッ・・この人物、かの経歴詐称詐欺師ではないか・・・。そう思い、過去の受件台帳をめくってみたら、案の定という事であった。
この御仁、東大法学部とハーバード大学法科大学院だけは自分の履歴からは外せないらしく、今回の履歴も、やはり、この２校はキッチリと書かれていた。ところが、後の学歴、職歴は全く違い、最後には数百万円の横領を働き、刑事告訴の被告人にならんとしているのである。
しかも、横領を働いた前職には、民間紹介会社の紹介で入社し、部長職で就業していたもの。前職は、本人申告（履歴書、東大法学部卒、ハーバード大学法科大学院修了）をそのまま信じ、採用調査も何もせず、部長職でキャリヤ採用した。ところが口ばかりで仕事は全くできず、半年以上もしてから、流石におかしい、と疑問を持ち、調査をしたらしい。すると、入社時の履歴書が全くデタラメデある事が判明。そこで、社内点検を行った結果、数百万円の横領が発覚したとのこと。
推測するに、民間紹介会社の紹介でキャリヤ採用したという事は、紹介会社への紹介手数料は150万円は下らないと思う。しかも部長職で採用し、仕事はできないは、横領はするは・・。踏んだり蹴ったりとは、まさにこのこと。
昔、「塀の中の懲りない面々」と題した本があった様に思うが、塀の中に入らなくても、懲りない面々は、何処にでも居るものなんだ。
その事が判れば、厚労省も「採用調査は絶対にしないで下さい」などとの行政指導はしないであろうに・・。国民の汗の結晶である多額の税金を使い、汗水たらして行政指導を行う、懲りない面々がここにも居る。
