振込め詐欺
振込め詐欺が横行。
「振り込め詐欺」と云う言葉を初めて聞いたのは何時頃の事だろう・・・？。最初は、そんなのにひかかる人がいるのかな・・くらいの感覚であったが、よくよく聞いてみると、その手口たるや畏れ入るというか、「そりゃーひかかるよなー」と、下手に感心してしまうほどの巧みなものの様である。
しかも、手口は色々あり、最近は、未公開株などの金融商品にひかかった被害者をターゲットに、損金返還のアドバイスや調査を理由に、手付け金などの前金をせしめる詐欺行為が横行している。しかも、この手の詐欺の多くは、探偵・興信所などの調査会社を名乗り、堂々と被害者救済のホームページを立ち上げ、お客を募る等して行う。この手の詐欺は手口が巧妙で、詐欺罪に当るかどうか、非常に微妙な線上にあり、警察も簡単には手が出せないようである。
ただ、詐欺師が調査会社を名乗っているとは言え、何処か他山の火事くらいにしか考えていなかった。ところが何となんと、弊社がその詐欺的調査会社にさせられていたのである。所謂、「株式会社企業サービス」の名で、不特定多数の人に詐欺メールが発信されていたのだ・・・。
２日程前から代表電話に「企業サービスさんって、どんな会社ですか、何をなさっているんですか・・・」的な電話が重なって入っており、何となくおかしな感じではあったが、昨日、以下のメールが不特定多数の人に送付されている事が判明した。
早速に手は打ったものの、大変なことである・・・。

現在、お客様がご使用中の携帯端末より以前ご登録されたサイト運営会社からお客様が無料期間内等で退会手続きが完了されなく、ご登録料金及びご利用料金が発生し、長期間放置されているとのことで、弊社へ身辺調査依頼が入りましたのでご報告させていただきます。
本通知メール到着より翌営業日（営業時間内）までにご連絡をいただけない場合には、ご利用規約に伴い、

? 各信用情報機関に対して個人信用情報の登録
? 法的書類を準備作成の上、即刻法的手続（強制執行対象者等）の開始

何だこれは？ と思って、この「０３?３９７１?５５２０」に電話してしまうと、言葉巧みに言い含められ、結果 数万円をとられる事になるのでは。
多分、少額の要求で・・・めんどくさいから、それくらいなら払ってしまえ、くらいに思える内容のものではないか？と推察するが
それにしても弊社とは全く関係ありませので、くれぐれも誤解の無いようにお願い申し上げます。
Money transfer scams are rampant.
When was the first time I heard the word “bank transfer scam”…? At first, I had a feeling that some people would fall for such a thing, but when I listened closely, I felt awe-struck at the technique, or even impressed, “Of course you’ll fall for it,” it seems to be so skillful that I was inferiorly impressed.
In addition, there are various methods of fraud, and recently it has become common for victims of financial products such as unlisted stocks to be scammed into making advances such as deposit money on the basis of advice and investigation. In addition, many of these scams use the name of a detective/investigator agency and openly set up a victim relief website to solicit customers. This kind of scam is so clever that it is very difficult to determine whether it is a fraud or not, and it seems that the police can’t do it easily.
However, even though the scammer was calling himself an investigative company, I thought it was just a fire somewhere else. However, to our surprise, we had been made to work for the fraudulent investigation company. A scam email was sent out to an unspecified number of people under the name of “Corporate Service Corporation”.
