履歴確認、経歴確認
久しぶりに紹介業に従事している古い友人より電話、「松谷さん、会社の簡単な信用調査だけど、遣ってもらえるだろうか？」、「遣るもやらんもそれが内の仕事ですがな・・・、それより一度顔見せてよ・・・」、
暫くして、その友人が会社に来てくれた。
昔話に花を咲かせた後、彼が言うには、最近登録者の中に経歴詐称が疑われる人が目立つようになって来た、面接していると何となく辻褄が合わなかったり、中には、昔登録に来た時の履歴と違っていたり等、明らかなものもあると言う。
人材紹介業は厚生労働省の許可事業であり、通達は絶対である。従って、履歴確認の調査は出来ないとのこと。登録者は、「経歴確認調査をしない事を知っているから、最近は平気で履歴詐称をしている感じもする」と嘆いていた。
この件に関しては、嫌と云う程、今までに持論を述べて来たので今日は避けるが、私が危惧していた状況が現実になりつつある様だ・・・。
東大卒や京大卒が相当増えているのは間違い無さそう・・・。
先月した調査でも、こんなのがあった。依頼者曰く、「某人の紹介で最近知り合った人がいるが、その人を信用して良いか否か調査して欲しい」とのこと。
話しによると、その人物、「うちの息子は東大医学部卒で・・・、娘はアメリカの大学を出て・・・」。それも、話のついで的なかたちでボソボソと喋るらしい。自分の事も色々と喋るが、特に自慢気に話す訳でもない。ところが、何処で飲み食いしても自ら払おうとはしないし、話しの割に貧乏くさい感じもする。もう一つ信用し切れない、とのこと。
話しを聞いただけで、「そら、止めておきなはれ・・・」と云いたい感じではあったが、こちらも商売。
結果は案の定、現住所さえ嘘であった。
ところが、今の個人情報保護を絶対視する風潮と役所の対応からすると、普通の人では、何一つ確認できないと思う。氏名、年齢、親子関係、夫婦関係、現住所、学歴、職歴、全て個人情報で、第三者が確認しようとしても何一つダメ。
調査のプロである、弊社の調査員も、最近はしょっちゅう頭を抱えている。ところが、昔は調査の為の予備調査で一円のお金にもならなかった事項が、個人情報保護のおかげで、１件何万円、何十万円と貰える世の中になってきた。喜ぶべきか、悲しむべきか・・・・？
全く困ったものだ・・・お上と云うのは！。

The man said, “My son is a graduate of the University of Tokyo’s medical school and my daughter is an American university. It is said that they talk in a whisper, as if they are just trying to talk. However, I don’t think any ordinary person can confirm anything, given the current trend of absolute protection of personal information and the response of the government. Name, age, parent-child relationship, marital status, current address, educational background, work history, all personal information, and even if a third party tries to verify it, none of it works.
Our investigators, who are professionals in the field, have been having a lot of trouble lately. However, thanks to the protection of personal information, it is now possible to receive tens or hundreds of thousands of yen per case, whereas in the past, preliminary investigations for investigations did not yield a single yen.
