Business trip to Tokyo on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I had two year-end parties and a conference on Tuesday, and the next morning I was in a daze when I had a business meeting, but it was not a great success. In a time like this, “doing nothing is work”, I thought, and decided to play in the afternoon. I don’t know how to fill up my free time…. If that’s the case, I should just go straight back to Osaka, but it’s somehow a waste for me because I’m poor. That’s when I came up with the idea of sightseeing in Tokyo by pigeon bus.
When I asked him how about a three-hour tour of Tokyo, he advised me that the Odaiba course would be a good choice. We followed the guide and boarded the pigeon bus at once. A double-decker bus with a capacity of 50 people had 5 customers. However, the bus went one way to Odaiba… It took about 40 minutes to arrive at Odaiba, where we enjoyed an hour’s sightseeing, and then another 40 minutes to return to Tokyo Station, which was a net 2 hours and 30 minutes of sightseeing.
As soon as we got down to Odaiba, we were greeted by the Statue of Liberty. It wasn’t until I went to New York that I said enough in Odaiba, which was a fine statue of a goddess.
The artificial beach at Odaiba. But it’s part of Tokyo Bay, and the sea is the sea. Moreover, the water was surprisingly clean and I felt like I was in Tokyo.
The seaweed grew normally on the shore, and there were a lot of nyina (shellfish).
The skyscrapers seen from Odaiba.
The mini aquarium was located in a huge shopping building. The real thing is so beautiful that I took a picture of it.
This is completely different from Odaiba.
This morning, on my way to work, I found a raccoon dog. About 50 meters away from the house, a cubs was waddling around. No matter how close we got, there was no sign of escape, just a wobbly walk. If you look closely, the soles of your feet feel bruised, and blood is seeping from between your nails. Therefore, I can’t walk decently because it hurts. We are in a situation where we can’t even run away if a car comes by or a bike comes by. I wanted to go to the animal hospital immediately, but I didn’t have a box to put it in and I didn’t have time. I went to the station, hoping that someone kind and free would pass by and take care of me, but…
As a matter of fact, I had seen this raccoon in the same place many times before. However, it was always at night when we met him, and he was crossing the road at quite a high speed, and he seemed to have misunderstood this road as a veterinary road. Maybe someone with a razor blade… Because it’s a little hard to imagine a wild animal hurting the soles of its feet….
