創業３２年のスタート
今日３月３１日は当社の営業年度末。決算は未だながら数字は読める。実の厳しい。でも、
社員の努力と経費削減策の効果で何とか収支は合わせれそう。ひと安心とまではいかないが社長の首はなんとか繋がった感がする。
世間では、「これくらい景気が悪いと、松谷さんのような会社（興信所）は逆に良いのでは・・」とよく言われるが、実際は全くの逆。
むしろ景気の先取りをするくらいに、この調査業界は景気に左右される業界である。確かに、景気が悪いが故の与信調査も有るにはあるが、
基本的には管理経費の予算枠内で支出される仕事であり、景気が悪くなるといの一番に削減されるのが管理経費。
その削減がストレートで調査会社への依頼減に繋がる。また、景気が悪ければ従業員の採用はない、採用がなければ採用調査はない、
当然の事である。更に、企業は接待交際費に厳しいチェックを入れる、従って、飲み会は減り、サラリーマンは足早に妻のもとへと帰る、
自然夫婦仲は良くなり、浮気の心配が無くなる。すると浮気調査は無くなる。 「風吹けば桶屋が儲かる」的なややこしいものではなく、
簡単明瞭、景気動向をストレートに受けるのがこの調査業である。
故に、我が調査業界は未曾有の不況。調査会社、探偵事務所の多くは閉鎖に追い込まれ、業界団体の会員は急激に減少している。
ところが、公安委員会（警察）への開業届けはコンスタントに伸びているとか・・・。ズブの素人が出来る様な仕事ではないが、
現状は届出さえすれば調査会社、探偵事務所の看板を出す事ができる。何となく傍目には”面白そう”と興味をそそられる仕事らしく、
キチッとした市場調査もせずに、この業界に参入してくる人は多いが、３年と続く企業は数少ないのが実情である。
こんな中で弊社は創業３１年、明日から３２年に向かってのスタートである。極めて厳しい市況の中にあるが、止まぬ雨はない。
快晴の未来を信じて、３２年目のスタートをきることにしよう。

Basically, it’s a job that’s spent within the budget frame for administrative expenses, and the first thing that gets cut when the economy goes bad is administrative expenses.
That reduction leads straight to fewer requests for investigative firms. Also, if the economy is bad, there is no hiring of employees, if there is no hiring, there is no hiring survey.
It’s a no-brainer. In addition, companies are strict about the cost of entertainment, so there are fewer drinking parties, and salarymen are quick to return to their wives.
Natural marital harmony improves and there is no longer any worry about cheating. Then there will be no cheating investigation. It’s not a complicated thing like, “If the wind blows, the bucket shop will make money.
It is easy to understand and straightforward to follow economic trends in the survey industry.
Hence, the unprecedented recession in our survey industry. Many investigative firms and detective agencies have been forced to close, and membership in trade associations is declining rapidly.

Currently, as long as you file a report, you can put up a billboard of an investigative agency or a detective agency. It seemed to be a job that intrigued me as “interesting” to the casual observer.
There are many people who enter this industry without doing any thorough market research, but few companies last for three years.
Under such circumstances, our company has been in business for 31 years, and we are starting our 32nd year from tomorrow. We are in an extremely difficult market, but there is no unstoppable rain.
Let’s start our 32nd year with confidence in a bright future.
