真人塾
今日夜６時半から、「真人塾」と云う異業種の集まりでスピーカー役を務め２時間ほど喋らなければならない。
この真人塾と云うのは、
２代目ながら倒産も危ぶまれた赤字企業を見事再生させ、昨年末に大阪２部に上場を果たした辣腕社長が代表（塾長）を務める人生塾である。
命名の由来は知らないが、多分読んで字のごとくで、「我、
真人たらん」との思いからではなかろうか？。ただ、今、このブログを書きながらひらめいた。
多分この方が正解かも、天風先生の著書、「真人生の探求」から来たのでは・・・。
私はこの会には今年聴講生として２・３回出席しただけで、未だ塾長の話も聞いた事はないが、塾長は天風会の熱心な会員で、
天風先生の教えを忠実に実行し、結果、死に体の会社を２部上場するまでに再興した人と聞いている。
そうした関係で自然と天風会関係の人が多く集まっており、私の知人も何人か参加している。塾は月一の開催で、
塾長の会社の会議室を会場とし２・３０名が集まる。スピーカ役を務めるのは、塾生の中からであったり外部の人に要請したりであったり、
と一定はしないが、演題を設け約１時間話し、その後１時間はスピーカー役を中心に質疑応答を行い、お互いを高めようとするものである。
そのスピーカー役を今日務める事となっているが、正直未だ何を話そうか確定はしていない。演題は「私なりの天風道」としており、基本的には、「日頃思っている事、
している事」をただ普通に話すつもりだが、それだけでは参加している方が納得はしまい。
人に話すほどの成功体験もなければ苦労話も持ち合わせていない私にとっては、このスピーカー役は少し重荷である。しかし、この塾の考え方は
「話すことによって自分を高めよう」と云うものであり、その考えに大いに共鳴する私だけに、声がかかった以上断るわけにもいかなかった。
今日は、何よりも自分の為の勉強と思って頑張ってみようと思う。

I only attended two or three of these meetings this year as a auditing student, and I haven’t even heard the president speak yet, but he is an enthusiastic member of the Tenpukai.
I heard that he was a man who faithfully implemented the teachings of Dr. Tenpou, and as a result, revived a company that had died to the point of being listed on the second section.
Because of this relationship, many people related to the Tenpukai naturally come together, and some of my acquaintances also participate in the event. The cram school is held once a month.
The meeting room of the president’s company was used as the venue for the meeting, and two or three hundred people gathered there. Speakers may come from among the students or from outside the school, or they may be asked to act as speakers.
In order to improve each other’s skills, we set up a topic for a talk for about an hour, followed by a question-and-answer session focusing on the speakers for an hour.
I’ll be the speaker today, but to be honest I haven’t decided what I’m going to talk about yet. The theme of the lecture is “My own way of doing things,” and the basic theme is “What I think about everyday, what I do.
I’m going to talk about “what I’m doing” in a normal way, but it’s not enough to convince the participants.
I don’t have enough success stories to tell people, and I don’t have enough stories to talk about my struggles, so this speaker role is a bit of a burden for me. However, the idea of this cram school is
The idea was to “improve oneself by speaking up”, and I was the only one who resonated with the idea, so I couldn’t refuse the offer.
I’m going to do my best today, thinking it’s more for me than anything else.
