Lately, I’ve been hearing the word “katsu” a lot.
This morning, too, there was a TV program called “Parents’ Marriage Activity” on. The kanji for this year may be…
Maybe it will be “alive”…
The year before last was “fake” and last year was
Weird.
Last year’s “weirdness” was the result of the proliferation of “fakes” such as counterfeiting of places of origin and counterfeiting of expiration dates.
It was a change of change, but it was also a change with a strong negative image, such as abnormal weather and a deteriorating economic environment, and it was not a bright one.
However, I’ve been hearing a lot lately about “live
is not a negative image at least, but a positive one. Life, job hunting, marriage hunting, divorce, etc.
Life and death, summary. I might be scolded a little too much, but I wanted to play with the figure of speech for a moment.
My family is in the process of living now.
Our three daughters are having a hard time with their lives, job hunting, and marriage hunting. My wife is secretly leaving me, and I am beginning to sum up my life before I live or die.
Nevertheless, the recent “job hunting” of students
It seems to be very difficult to do so. In our time, we took the advice of our teachers, parents, and seniors, applied to two or three companies, and if we passed, it was decided there. All that’s left to do is retire…
In most cases, this was the case. In hindsight, I think I should have been a little more serious, but I still think I did pretty well.
However, today’s students have been visiting companies repeatedly since the fall of their third year of university, and for a long time they have been visiting companies almost every day for a year until they received several job offers.
I haven’t taken any statistics, but my feeling is that an average person will take the exam at least 20 companies. And it’s not just one company at a time, it’s at least four or five years before you get a job offer.
There is a five step hurdle. If you divide the number of times by 2, you will have to go for an interview 50 times. It’s a lot of work.
Perhaps the hardest part of the four years of school activities is the job hunting. But after all that hard work…
The turnover rate is surprisingly high. I’m much more serious about job hunting than I used to be, but as soon as I get in, I go bye-bye. So to speak, the gap between before and after entering is too big.
It’s not supposed to be like this,” and that’s what’s going to lead to job turnover…
That’s why we make “company diagnosis” for job seekers one of our sales items.
