近畿国賀会
今週日曜日、近畿国賀会の第43回総会が大阪港岸壁に程近いホテル・
シーガルで盛会に行なわれた。参加者150名弱、郷里西ノ島町からは町長、町議会議長のほか産業界の代表も参加、又、宴席には
「隠岐民謡を歌う会」（キャラバン隊）の綺麗どころが多数来援、歌に踊りにとそれは賑やかな懇親会となった。12時開始で30分が総会、
先ず会長と来賓挨拶で始まり、郷里の近況説明があり、会計報告で総会は終わり。後は、ワイガヤの宴席となるが総会開始早々から殆ど宴会状態。
「ヨー・ヤー・まめなかの・どげしてござらしゃかの・・・」等など、方言まる出しで話しが弾み、
来賓挨拶など殆ど聞いていない。何とも賑やかな総会であるが、そのムードを良しとして、毎年参加してくれるメンバーも多い。
大阪に居ながらにして郷里をほうふつとさせる場がここにある、何時もながら何とも良いものである。
私は4年前、近畿国賀会の40回記念総会の時に会長に就任した。以来年１回、
同郷人の集まりの為の手伝いをさせて貰っているが、実はこれが思ったよりも大変。全て手つくりの会であり、出郷者への呼びかけ、来賓招待、
町役場との調整、会場設営、物産展示即売会準備、アトラクション企画、
案内パンフや参加者名簿作成等など数えたらきりが無いほど遣らなければならないことはある。所が、会社と違い、
手伝いをして頂くメンバーは皆横並びで、しかもオール手弁当のボランティアである。そう簡単に統制は取れない・・・、
それだけにやりとげた後の満足感はまた一味違ったものがある。
そんな、大変ではあるが楽しい会である。にも関わらず、この会を民族主義者、右翼の会と間違えたお人がいる。以前このブログで、
「近畿国賀会総会」と題して一文を書き、その中で会長を務めている事も書いた。それを見た某人が
「松谷というのは右翼と違うか？、国賀会という右翼の会の会長をしているではないか・・」と、私の友人に注意を諭したらしい。
ビックリ仰天有頂天である、全くもって・・。しかし、何でそんな事に・・・・とよくよく考えてみた。ところが、「国賀会」
「国賀会総会」「国賀会会長」と並べてみると、ん・ん・・そう言えばそうとも。いやはや何ともであるが、
とんでもない早とちりと云うか、先読みをする人もいるものだ。
実は、この話しには裏があり、某人が一寸した商売絡みで私の事を簡単に調べたらしい。そこで、このブログにたどりつき、
たまたま目に止まったのが「国賀会」の事を書いた箇所であった様だ。そして「国賀会会長」と云うだけで全てを判断したのであろう
人を判断するには、キッチリとした調査機関（企業サービスなど）を使い確りとした調査をしないと、こんな間違いが起こる。
This Sunday, the 43rd general meeting of the Kinki Kokaga Kai will be held at a hotel near the Osaka Port Quay.

The general meeting started at 12:00 and lasted 30 minutes.
First of all, there was a greeting from the president and a guest, then there was an explanation of the recent situation of the hometown, and the general meeting ended with an accounting report. After that, it will be a party in Waigaya, but it was almost a party from the beginning of the general meeting.
We had a lot of fun talking about it with all the dialects.
I hardly heard the greeting of the guests. It is a very lively general meeting, but there are many members who take advantage of the mood and attend every year.
Even though I am in Osaka, this is a place where I can feel my hometown warmly.
Four years ago, I became the president of the Kinki Kokaga Kai at its 40th anniversary meeting. Once a year since then.
I’ve been helping out with a gathering of my fellow countrymen, but it’s actually harder than I thought. It’s all handcrafted, and it’s all about inviting people to come out of town, inviting guests, and making sure that the people who come out of town don’t miss out.
Coordinating with the town hall, setting up the venue, preparing for the product exhibition and sales event, planning the attraction, etc.
There are so many things that need to be done that there is no limit to the number of things that need to be done, such as making information pamphlets and lists of participants. But unlike the company.
All the members of the team who help us are side by side, and all of them are volunteers with their own lunch boxes. It’s not so easy to get control…
Therefore, there is a different kind of satisfaction after completing the work.
It’s such a difficult but enjoyable meeting. Nevertheless, there are people who have mistaken this group for a nationalist, right-wing group. Previously on this blog
I wrote a sentence titled “Kinki Kokaga-kai General Meeting”, in which I also wrote that I was the president. Someone saw it and said.
Is this Matsutani different from the right wing? He seems to have admonished my friend that he is the president of a right-wing group called the Kokuga-kai,” he said.
