清々しい彼岸
秋分の日、「暑さ寒さも彼岸まで」とはよく言ったもので、
今年のような残暑厳しい天候異変の中でも、彼岸の声を聞くと同時に、朝夕はすっかり秋の漂いが感じられる。特に今日の目覚めは秋そのもので、
気がつくと腹の上にタオルケットがかかっていた。爽やかに目覚めると同時に、布団の上で天風式ひとり按摩を行い、
感謝念で布団を揚げ、洗顔の後プラナヤマ呼吸法、呼吸操練、統一式運動、平和建設運動（積極体操）を実施し、
その後愛妻のつくってくれた朝食に舌鼓をうつ。そして８時過ぎ出勤の途についた。
こう書いてみると中々感心な天風会員である。気持ちの中では常にこうありたいと願っているが、思うように行かないのも人生。ただ、
思わなければ絶対に成らない。故に、思いだけは崇高なものを持ち続けることにしている。
話は変るが今日、福田内閣が誕生。総裁選は福田さん圧勝と予想されていたが、麻生さんの頑張りも目を見張るものがあった。何となく、
日本人の持つ中庸心が働いたのかとも思うが、それはそれで良かったのでは・・。先週、東京の行き帰り新幹線の中で、
麻生太郎の「とてつもない日本」を読んだ。
マスコミや評論家は、事あるごとにダメ日本をまくしたて、「とんでもない日本」と結論づけるが、この本は、
如何に日本が素晴らしいか・・、皆もう少し自信を持とうではないか・・？、と呼びかけている本であった。
政界の中枢にいる人だけに、当たり前と言えば当たり前だが、それにしても清々しい読後感であった。
清々しさついでにもう一つ清々しい話し。24日の祭日、妻と娘の３人でシネックス枚方へ・・。最近少しはまっている映画鑑賞、
特に何が観たくてという訳でもなかったが娘が「ミス・ポター」
（ピーターラビットの作者）が観たいというので、それに付き合うことにした。映画評論は上手くできないが、只ただ良かった。
風景の素晴らしさと主人公ミス・ポターの純で自然そのものの心がピッタリとマッチして、何とも清々しい綺麗な映画であった。

The splendor of the scenery and the innocence of the main character, Miss Potter, and the heart of nature itself matched perfectly, and it was a beautiful and refreshing film.
