関西総合調査業協会第3回通常総会
今日6月23日（金）は、
午後4時から関西総合調査業協会の通常総会が京阪ホテル天満橋にて開催される。
毎年の事であるが5月6月は総会シーズンで、何かと忙しない感じがする。ただ、私の場合は今日の総会を乗り切ればひと段落である。
特に難しい議案を抱えている訳ではないが、総会というのは一定の緊張感があり、身の引き締まる思いがする。しかし、
こうした緊張感が年に何回かあるのは生活のメリハリとなり、決して悪くはないと思う。
業界団体の総会は、5月19日に全国調査業協同組合連合会、
6月2日にNPO全国調査業協会連合会が何れも東京で開催された。折りしも5月19日、
探偵業法案が衆議院を通過、6月2日には参議院を通過し法案成立という記念すべき日に総会が重なった。従って、
今日はどんな朗報が飛び込んで来るかと大いに期待をしているところである、が、このブログを書いている最中にルルル、ルルルと電話、
出てみると何と協会への苦情相談、「騙された・・・と泣きの涙である」、総会を前に頭の痛い話である、トホホ・・・。
それにしても探偵業法成立で、業界団体の果す役割は今後ますます重要になってくる。ところが、
現状の業界団体は非常に頼りないものである。少なくとも、業法の受け皿的な役割を果そうとするならば、
大道について今一度再編を考えるしか道はないものと私は考えている。何回となく離合集散を繰り返して来た難しい業界ではあるが、
真に業界の健全化と社会的地位の向上を目指すのであれば、業法制定を最大のチャンスととらえ、真剣に団体のあり方を考えてもらいたいと思う。
