新年の抱負とボヤキ
早一月も半ば。今年は５日からのスタートであったが、挨拶回りと会議（東京）ばかりで社内の仕事は何一つせず今日に至る。
過ぎ去った日の早さに自分ながら驚く、ところが１分間が非常に長く感じる事もある。ボクシングの３分などは永遠と思えるほどである
（５０の手習いで２年間程ボクシングジムに通った事がある）。「時は金なり」とは言い古された言葉であるが、今更ながらに思い知らされる。
時間を如何に使うかが、凡人とそうでない人との分かれ道かも知れない。そこで、今年は「そうでない人」に一歩でも近づくために、
時間の有効活用に大いに努めることとしよう。そういえば昔先輩に云われたことがある。「金は借りたら返せば良い。ところが時間は返せない。
だから約束の時間はキッチリ守れ」と。今年は、１分遅れの松ちゃんを返上し、１分前の松ちゃんに衣替えしよう・・・。
新年早々の目出たい挨拶回りをしなが、ついついボヤキに近い言葉が飛び出す。「昨年はどうでしたか・・、今年はどんな感じですか・・」
。お決まりの挨拶代わりの質問に、つい正面から答えてしまう。「個人情報保護法てアレなんですか・・？。
自己チュウ保護法とか詐欺師保護法に改称したほうが良いのでは・・」などと。ただ、これは解釈の問題であって、
決して法そのものがおかしいのではない。急激なコンピューター社会の発達の中にあって、必然的に作られた法であり、
個人情報の保護は避けて通ることの出来ない問題である。ところが、個人情報は全てプライバシーと解釈し、
プライバシーには自己コントロール権があり、全ての個人情報には本人同意が必要などと解釈され、
共同社会の一員であることなどはどこかに飛んでしっまたかの如き個人主義の台頭に拍車をかけているようである。
今ひとつは、戸籍・住民票問題。これについては次に書いてみたいと思う。
