早起きは三文の得
今朝は5時半起床(偶々)。寝床の中での運動と一人按摩を行い、「甦りの誦句」(我は今力と勇気と信念とを持って甦り・・・
で始まる非常に目覚めの良い誦句である)を暗誦しながら寝床を離れ、感謝念を持って布団をあげる。その後つま先立ちで洗面所に向かい、
鏡に向かい断定暗示を行った後冷水で洗顔、歯磨きの後、風呂場で冷水を浴びる。ウン中々優秀な天風会員である・・・。
スカッとした身体で自宅のすぐ東側に在る成田山明王院に向かう、クマゼミが今日を限りと鳴いている。そんな中、境内で呼吸操練、統一式運動、
積極体操を行い、後本堂に入り、不動明王に対座し、約20分間安生打坐(天風式座禅)を行う。本堂から出ると、5?60名の高齢者
(平均年齢70歳位か)が集まっていた。何かな・・?と興味本位に観ているとすぐに分かった、どうもラジオ体操の集まりらしい。
間もなくすると持ち寄った携帯ラジオから元気のよいラジオ体操の歌が聞こえる。何という清清しい朝だ・・・。
ついつい自分もその集団に混じって体操を始めることとなった。第一が終わり第二に・・・、何十年振りかの第二体操である、
見よう見まねで何とか思い出しながら身体を動かした。実に爽やかな朝であった。
毎日こんな朝を過ごせばいいが、普段は中々そうも行かない。天風先生の教え、「心身統一道」は日常行修にあり。
日々の生活の中に如何に教えを組み込み、行うかにかかっているとさえ云える。私自身まだまだであるが、今後このブログの中で、
天風先生の教えの一端を系統的に書いてみようと思う。こうご期待。

After doing positive exercises, the participants enter the main hall and sit with Fudo Myoo for about 20 minutes to practice Ansei Daza (Tenpusan style zazen). When you walk out of the main hall, there are 5-60 elderly people.
The average age of the group was about 70. What’s that? As soon as I watched it with curiosity, I understood that it was a radio gymnastics group.
In no time at all, a cheerful radio gymnastics song could be heard from the portable radio I brought with me. What a crisp morning….
I decided to join the group and start gymnastics. After the first, it was the second… the second gymnastics I hadn’t done in decades.
I moved my body as I remembered it. It was indeed a refreshing morning.
It would be nice to have a morning like this every day, but it doesn’t usually work out that way. The “mind-body unification path” taught by Master Tianfeng is found in the daily practice.
It even depends on how you incorporate the teachings into your daily life and how you do it. I still have a lot of work to do, but I’m sure I’ll be using it in this blog in the future
