個人情報
個人情報保護法なるものが施行されて早や３ケ月。総務省やマスコミの宣伝が功をそうしてか、情報の時代を反映してか、
見事に広く知れわたっている。ところがどうもおかしい・・・。
大半の人は保護法の条文を読んだこともなければ見たこと無いというのが本当のところでは。ただ、個人情報は本人の承諾なくしては、出しても、
取っても、話してもダメと拡大解釈しているようである。もし、本当にそんな法律であるならば社会生活はいとなめなくなる。
「何処の誰々さんが・・」などと言った噂話しなど、ご婦人方の大好きな井戸端会議は勿論、同級生の情報交換も会社の同僚の話も出来なくなる。
多分日常生活に於ける会話の８割方は個人のこと、人のことについての話ではないか・・。
それが全て逐一了解を得てからでないと話せないことになる。従って、この法律を守るためには無人島に一人で暮らすしか方法がない事になる。
そんなバカな法律である訳がないのに、人のことを尋ねると、、「イヤそれは一寸個人情報ですから・・」
などとのたまうご婦人や小父さん方の多いこと。中には「個人情報保護法が出来たのをお宅は知らないの・・」
などと説教をはじめるお偉い方にも出会う。「何を・・」と反発するのもアホらしく、「アッそうですか」とサッサと切り上げる。
何とも情けない殺伐とした社会になりつつある。
法律というのは、普通の人が普通に生活するのに支障がないよう法的に保管しようとして、
必要に応じ作られるものと勝手に解釈しているが、法律ばかりがやたらと増え、段々普通の人が普通に生活し辛くなっているように思う。
やたらと人権を主張するのであれば、もう少し人権とは何ぞやを真剣に考えて頂きたい。
真に人権を護らんとするのであれば、少なくとも住民票の公開の原則位はキチッとまもって欲しいものだ・・。私など、自分の氏名、住所、
電話番号など誰に知られても何の支障も無い。「いやっ、そうは言っても悪いことをするやつがいるから・・」。
確かに悪用されることもあると思うが、それは悪用する奴が悪いんであって、悪い奴を法律で取り締まればよい。「何々のおそれがあるから・・・
」との論理で全てを取り締まれば、多分ヒットラーもビックリのギクシャクとした住みにくい社会になることでしょう。
こんな事を書いていると段々エスカレートしてきて止まらなくなるので、言葉足らずとは思いますがこのへんで・・・。
