新年度スタート
実質今週より１７年度の企業新年度がスタート。桜の開花と共にのスタートで幸先よし。今朝、醍醐のしだれ桜が５分咲きしているのを放映しているのを観て、エッこんなに、と云う感じでしたが、通勤途上の桜がほんの少しですが開花していました。寒風の中でしたがホッとした一時でした。
今年こそ不況脱出の年にしたい。願うのでは無く、ただ目標に向かって実行あるのみ。さすれば、結果は必ず実りあるものと信じて。
私ども調査業に直接関係する法案「探偵業の業務の適正化に関する法律案（仮称）」が、大分具体化して来たようです。要綱の骨子案なるものも既に出来ているようですが、未だまだ検討課題は山積しています。一部ではつくることが先決との考え方も有るようですが、出来てからの修正は難しい。この問題に関しては、業界が一致団結して当たるしかありません。勢力争いをしているような時ではない。少しでも多くの方のご意見が頂けたらと思っています。
In effect, the new fiscal year of FY17 started this week. It’s a good start with the cherry blossoms. I want this year to be the year we get out of the recession. It’s not about wishing, it’s about working towards the goal. Then you can be sure that the results will be fruitful.
It seems that a bill directly related to our investigative business, the “Law for the Proper Operation of the Detective Business” (tentative name), has taken shape. It seems that the draft of the outline of the outline has already been made, but there are still a lot of issues to consider. Some people seem to think that the first step is to make it, but it is difficult to revise it after it is finished. The only way the industry can come together on this issue is to hit the ground running. This is not the time to be fighting for power. I would like to get more opinions from as many people as possible.
