大型連休の後半、３・４・５・６日の内、３日はゴルフ、６日は囲碁と趣味に費やし、４・５の２日間は天風会の強化合宿の行修会に参加。　と云う事で、家族サービス的なことは全く出来なかった。しかし、寧ろ家族は「亭主元気で留守が良い・・・」で、実は喜んでいたのかも・・・？。

今回の天風会香里賛助会の強化合宿行修会は、昭和３９年の秋に京都で行われた、「真理瞑想行修会」を再現しようとの試みであった。

昭和３９年の、「真理瞑想行修会」は５日間を掛けて行われたものである。それを２日間で再現しようとの試み。

延べ約１０時間の真理瞑想のテープを２日間で集中的に拝聴した。正直、少しきつかった。しかし、非常に充実した２日間で、かんじるところも多く、もっともっと修行を深めなければとの思いを強くした。

The training camp of the Tenpukai-Kori Support Group was an attempt to recreate the “truth meditation training” that took place in Kyoto in the autumn of 1964.

In 1964, the “Truth Meditation Workshop” was held for five days. This is an attempt to recreate it in two days.

I listened intensively to about 10 hours of truth meditation tapes over two days. To be honest, it was a little tight. However, it was a very fulfilling two days, and there were many things I felt, which made me feel that I need to deepen my training even more.

ゴメン、会長ブログ、全く更新できず、３週間近くもも空いてしまった。

　実は、４月６日に隠岐人会主催の一泊京都観光に参加、古刹の明晰を紹介しようと張り切って写真を撮っていたが、何故か上手くアップできず、文章だけ書いて終わってしまった。さすがにそんなのはアップできず、また今度と思っていたら、隠岐へ帰る日になってしまった。

　で、先週は隠岐に帰っていた。行っていたのでなく、やはり帰っていたのだ・・・。　隠岐に帰ると、友人知人、出会う人皆がみな、「帰らっしゃんしたかの・・」とか「帰って来たか・・」とか、と声を掛けてくる。無論、私も「ハイ、帰って来ました・・」と応える。隠岐に居たのは僅か１８年、出て４８年、家も家族も会社も大阪であるが、何故か大阪には行く、隠岐には帰る。これって何なのかな？。

　まー、そんな事はどうでもいいが、近年の天候異変、ひどいね。４月にもなればポカポカ陽気で海は穏やか、そんなイメージで隠岐へ帰ったが、とんでも無い。酷い寒さと風邪で海は荒れ放題。１０日間は隠岐に居ようと思ったが、結果は８日間で切り上げた。

　これも言い訳になるが、実はパソコンの環境は整っており、ただ繋ぐだけ。船は出来ていて、直ぐに操船の練習・・・と考えていたが、何れもダメ。　まだ１・２週間は掛かるということになり、予定が外れたのが一つと、パソコンが使えないとなると、会社の手伝いも出来ず、会長職とはいいながら未だ遣らなければ成らないことは結構抱えている・・・。

　ところが大阪に帰ると直ぐに東京出張となり、今日久しぶりに会社のパソコンに向かったと言う訳。　これが３週間近くブログ更新が出来なかった言い訳、少し、くどかったかな・・・？。

　隠岐で念願の釣りが出来たのは１日だけ。

　朝５時ごろに目覚め、窓越しに海を眺めると、昨日の時化がウソの様に凪いでいた。気にはなったが半漁師の同級生にワン切り電話、すると、起きていたらしく直ぐに返信してきた。「凪いでるな・・・行くんだった連れて行ってな」と声を掛ける。すると、６時に電話あり、「行こうか・・・」とのこと。急ぎ仕度をして、６時半過ぎには出港。

　３０・４０分はしって漁場に。コギと言う釣り方（擬餌針を１０数本つけ、１００メートル近く手具すを出し、２・３ノットのゆっくりとしたスピードで船を走らせながら漁をする釣り方）で、釣り開始。

　何と３時間ほどで、約２キロのヒラマサとヤズ（はまち）１６本を釣り上げた。

　小生は大漁と上機嫌であったが、同級の半漁師はひと言、「こんなもん・・・」。

　こんなもんでもなんでも、とにかくこれからが楽しみだ。

I’m sorry I haven’t been able to update the president’s blog at all and it’s been vacant for almost three weeks.

As a matter of fact, I participated in the overnight sightseeing in Kyoto hosted by the Okijin-kai on April 6, and was eager to introduce the ancient temple Myung-Sung, but I couldn’t upload it well for some reason, and ended up writing only a sentence. I couldn’t upload such a thing, and when I thought of another time, it turned out to be the day I went back to Oki.

So, last week I went back to the Oki Islands. He hadn’t gone, he had gone home….　When I returned to Oki, all my friends and acquaintances and people I met called out to me, “You’re back…” or “You’re back…”. Of course, I also responded by saying, “Hi, I’m back…”. I’ve been in Oki for only 18 years, I’ve been out for 48 years, and my house, family, and company are in Osaka, but for some reason I go to Osaka and return to Oki. What’s this all about?

I went back to Oki Island with the image that it would be warm and sunny in April and the sea would be calm, but it’s not like that. We were going to stay in Oki for 10 days, but it turned out to be 8 days.

This is also an excuse, but the fact is that the computer environment is in place and I just plug it in. The boat was ready, and I was thinking that I would practice the operation immediately, but I couldn’t do any of it.　It is said that it will still take one or two weeks, and if one and a personal computer cannot be used, the help of the company cannot be done, and the thing that has to be done though it is said to be the chairman’s position but still has to be done is having quite a bit…

However, I went on a business trip to Tokyo immediately after returning to Osaka, and I went to the company’s PC today after a long time.　This is my excuse for not being able to update my blog for nearly three weeks…..

I was able to fish for only one day in Oki.

I woke up around 5am and looked out the window at the sea, it was calm as if yesterday’s climactic weather was a lie. When I called my classmate of the semi-fisherman on the phone, he seemed to be awake and immediately returned my call. I call out, “There’s a lull…I was going to go…take me with you. Then, he called me at 6 o’clock and said, “Shall we go… We hurriedly prepared and left the port at 6:30am.

We’ll be on the fishing grounds for half an hour and a half. We started to fish with a fishing method called “kogi” (a fishing method in which ten or more artificial bait hooks are attached and the boat runs at a slow speed of 2 to 3 knots with a rudder out for nearly 100 meters).

In about 3 hours, I caught about 2 kg of Hiramasa and 16 Yazu.

I was in a good mood when I caught a big fish, but my classmate, a semi-fisherman, said, “It’s like this…

　今週は超多忙、この１週間愛妻の夕食に箸をつけていない。それもそのはず、会社の年度末と社長交代が重なり、スケジュールが一杯。中でも夜のスケジュールが・・・。

　その中でも一番嬉しかったのが、社員が開いてくれた「ありがとう会」。

「社長来週の月曜日は夜開けておいて下さいよ・・」、「何か」、「一寸考えている事があるので・・・」、「判った」。

　月曜日、終業の６時になると、「社長、下の事務所に移っていて下さい」とのご下命があった。

　何かたくらんではいるなと思いながら、５階の事務所に移り、パソコンに向かうが中々呼びに来ない。社員は、慌しく５階・６階を行き来しながら、何か遣っている。

　６時４５分、「お待たせしました、６階へどうぞ」、古参の社員が呼びに来た。

　６階に上がったが、ドアの前に立たされ、「合図するまでドアを開けてはダメですよ」

　しばし待っていると、中から、　どうーぞ、　の声。

　一日何回と無く開け閉めしているドアであるが、今日は何故か違う。緊張した面持ちでソッとドアを開けると、一斉に音楽が流れ、女子事務員が花束を・・・、嬉しかった・・・ムチャ嬉しかった。

　僕の６５年の人生で、花束贈呈を受けたのは初めての様な気がする・・・。

僕の机を片づけ、料理がずらり・・・。テーブルクロスはどこで誰が調達してきたのか・・・、お皿も、特別に持ち込んだものらしい・・・、

こんな手作りのパーティーを社内で企画して呉れたなんて・・・ただただ嬉しかった。人生っていいな・・・。

顔を出せるのは、隣の次期社長だけ。

I feel like this is the first time I’ve received a bouquet of flowers in my 65 years of life….

　会社のトイレに、珠玉の言葉を載せた、日めくりカレンダーが置いてある。ところが気が向いた時にしかめくらない。よって、今や気めくりカレンダーに変身している。その気めくりカレンダー、この１週間くらいは誰も捲らず、「最も変化に対応する生物が生き残るのだ」（ダーウイン）との言葉がかかっていた。もっとも、と思える言葉であり、生物学者ダーウインならではの言葉でもあり、結構気に入っていたので、小生もそのままにしていた。

ところが何故か、今日は捲ってみたくなった。すると、「もし腹が立ったら十まで数えよ、もっと腹が立ったら百まで数ぞえよ」（ジェファーソン、米国第３代大統領）とあった。上手いこと言うよね・・・、全くそのとおり・・・、腹をたてて良いことはない。天風先生も、先ず「怒らず、怖れず、悲しまず」と教えている。

　判ってはいるが、活きていると腹の立つことがしょちゅう有るんだよね・・・、今日もそんな心境であったがゆえ、そうか・・百まで数ぞえよう。さっそく実行にうつした！！。

There is a daily calendar in the restroom of the office that contains some of my favorite words. However, I blink at them when I feel like it. Therefore, it has now been transformed into a calender. That ki-turning calendar, no one had turned it up for the past week or so, with the words, “It is the organisms that are most responsive to change that survive” (Darwin) on it. I liked it so much that I left it as it was.

For some reason, however, I felt the urge to roll up my sleeves today. 来週水曜日（3月13日）、NPO全国調査業協会連合会の主催で、「探偵・興信業　教育研修会」が開催される。

場所、新宿区西新宿2-3-1TKP新宿ビジネスセンターB1-Aで、午後2時から5時までの予定。

と言う事は全て内輪で遣ろうと言うこと。だいたい今までは、教育研修会と云えば、主務官庁の警察、消費生活センター、議員、弁護士といった方に講師役をお願いするのが定番となっており、通りいっぺんのお堅い話と言うものであった。ところが、今回は初の試しみで、調査員による調査員の為の調査員の教育研修会にしようと言う訳である。

　と云えば、恰好は良いが、実は、お金も力も顔もない事から、集客も期待できず、それならひっそりと内輪で遣ろうか・・・となったのが本当のところ。

　で、小生が主催者代表であり、最初の講師役も務めることとなった。そこで先般から老化のはじまった脳に鞭打って、「個人情報とプライバシー」について、泥縄式で勉強を始めたが、これが何とも難しい・・・。だいたい、プライバシーを扱う憲法学者の間でも、定義ひとつ、確固たるものはなく、夫々の先生がそれぞれの考え方を持っている。個人情報保護についても同様で、法そのものが産声を上げて間が無く、確たるものはない。

　そこで小生は考えた。泥縄式の勉強で、キッチリと身にもついていないものを、知った頭をして喋っても、何もうったえるものは無いだろう・・・と。それよりは、自分が23歳の時から一命を賭して闘ってきた、調査業経験を元に、学者先生が言う「個人情報とプライバシー」ではなく、小市民が持っている「個人情報とプライバシー」の考え方に、少し踏み込み、個人情報やプライバシーと公共性やコミュニティー社会の秩序維持など、現実的で具体的な問題を提起し、参加者の皆さんに、最近の個人情報やプライバシィーの考え方の流れに、疑問を持って考える機会を提供する事ができたらと・・・。

　と言うことで、老化のはじまった我が脳をイジメルことは止める事にした。なななんと・・・上手いことを考えたものだ。何を隠そう、伊達に歳を重ねた訳ではない。これぞ、まさに歳の功ですぞ・・・。

That means that we should do everything in private. In the past, it has been a standard practice to ask members of the police, consumer affairs centers, lawmakers, and lawyers from the relevant government agencies to act as lecturers at educational workshops. However, this was the first time to try it out, and we decided to make it a training session for investigators for investigators.

It looks good, but the truth is that we couldn’t expect to attract customers because we didn’t have the money, power or face.

I was the representative of the organizer and the first lecturer. So, the other day, I started to study “personal information and privacy” by the mud-rope method, whipping my brain, which has started to age, but it is very difficult… By and large, even among constitutional law scholars dealing with privacy, there is no firm definition of privacy, and each teacher has his or her own way of thinking. The same is true for the protection of personal information, as the law itself has only been around for a short time and there is nothing solid about it.

Then I thought. I thought that there would be nothing to be sneezed at if I were to speak with a knowing head about something that I didn’t even know properly by studying in the mud rope style. Based on my experience in the research industry, which I have been fighting with my life since I was 23 years old, I would like to step into the idea of “personal information and privacy” that small citizens have, rather than what scholars say is “personal information and privacy”, and raise practical and concrete issues such as personal information and privacy, publicity and maintaining order in community society.

So, I decided to stop teasing my brain, which had started to get old. What a good idea. There’s no way to hide it, I’m not getting old at all. This is truly a merit of age…
