昨年暮れにカンボジアの地雷処理に一命を賭している、小生の友人（左端の男性）を訪ねカンボジアに行った折、現地の子供の笑顔と人懐こさに魅かれ、小学校の寄贈を決意した。

彼にその旨を彼に告げると、数日で話をまとめ、早や建設工事にかかっている。その現地の様子がメールがで送られてきた。

バッタンバン州プノンプラ郡のオ・トム村に建設中の小学校「オ・トム・松谷スクール」は、予定通り建設が進んでいます。

５月３０日の完成検査、６月中旬の竣工式に向けて郡長や村人がやっています。

それにしても見事に何もないところだね。テントは多分作業員の宿舎と云うか、ここで奥さんが煮炊きをして食事を作り、夜はハンモッグで寝るのが普通とか・・。

 

At the end of last year, when I visited Cambodia to visit my friend (the man on the far left) who is risking his life to dispose of landmines in Cambodia, I was fascinated by the smiles and friendliness of the local children and decided to donate an elementary school.

I told him about it, and we got the story together in a few days, and the construction work is on as soon as possible. I received an email describing the situation at the site.

The construction of the primary school, O Tom Matsutani School, which is under construction in O Tom village, Punongpura District, Battambang Province, is proceeding as planned.

The county mayor and villagers are preparing for a completion inspection on May 30 and a dedication ceremony in mid-June.
It’s a spectacularly uneventful place, nonetheless. The tent is probably a worker’s quarters, or a place where the wife cooks a meal and sleeps in a hammock at night…

香里天風会の最近の活動をご報告する事にします。

香里天風会は昭和４６年に２代目会長の強い要望で結成され、香里園駅前の藤田医院の２階を道場として開設された。以来４３年間の長きに亘り活動している。

私がこの香里天風会に入会したのは平成４年のこと。当時は優秀な諸先輩が多く、手とり足とり懇切丁寧に心身統一法を教えて頂いたが、全般に高齢者が多かったという事もあり、今では私が代表を務めるに至っている。

香里天風会は、他地区の天風会と少し違い、ある意味私塾的な色彩が強く、藤田元洋、和恵先生を中心に、小さくまとまった会であった。天風会のガラパコスとも云われ、天風先生ご存命当時の雰囲気を色濃く残す天風会と云われてきた。しかし、藤田元洋、和恵の両先生も既にご帰霊なさり、道場も昨年８月末をもって明け渡す事となり、今は香里園地区の一番の高台、淀見公園（淀川を見下ろす公園）の隅に在る集会所「五条会館」を道場として使わせて貰っている。

但し、活動は以前と何ら変わることなく、毎日曜日の朝９時から１２時まで戸外修練（プラナヤマ呼吸、呼吸操練、統一式体操、積極体操、駆け足、光線呼吸）、屋内修練（養動法、無我一念法、安定打坐法、誦句）、を行い、その後、各週毎にテーマを決めた勉強会を行っています。また、藤田先生当時と違い、最近は結構若い方も参加するようになり、明るく積極的に和やかな雰囲気で活動しております。

香里の特徴は、何といっても天風先生の講演録テープである。昭和３７年から同４３年までの６年間、京都、大阪、神戸で行われた、講習会、真理瞑想行修会、修練会の録音テープが数多く残されており、日曜行修では機会有る毎にこのテープを拝聴することにしています。因みに、今度３月２日は「思考作用の誦句」のテープを拝聴します。

ご興味のある方は是非一度お越しください。何もいりません、ただ足を運んで下さるだけで大歓迎です。

会場は香里園の五常会館です。

I would like to report on the recent activities of the Koritenpukai.

The Koritenpukai was formed in 1971 at the strong request of the second president, and was opened as a dojo on the second floor of Fujita Clinic in front of Koriten Station. Since then, he has been active for 43 years.

It was in 1992 when I joined this Kori Tenpukai. In those days, there were many excellent senior members who taught me the method of mind-body unification by hand and by heart, but since there were many elderly people in general, I am now the representative of the group.

The Kori Tenpukai is a little different from the other Tenpukai in the district, in a sense it is more like a private school. It is also called the “Galapakos” of the Tenpukai, and it has been called the Tenpukai that retains the atmosphere of the time when Dr. Tenpukai was still alive. However, both teachers, Motohiro Fujita and Kazue, have already passed away, and the dojo was handed over at the end of August last year, and now I am using the assembly hall “Gojo Kaikan” in the corner of Yodomi Park (park overlooking the Yodogawa River), the highest place in the Korinoen area, as a dojo.

However, the activities are the same as before. Every Sunday morning from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, we hold outdoor practice (pranayama breathing, breath manipulation, unified exercises, positive exercises, running, ray breathing), indoor practice (yodo, muga-onenpo, stable daisyatsu, chanting), and then each week we hold a study session with a specific theme. In addition, unlike at the time of Dr. Fujita, young people have recently started to participate in our activities in a bright, positive and friendly atmosphere.

The most distinctive feature of Kari’s work is, above all, the tape of Professor Amakaze’s lecture. There are many tapes of lectures, truth meditation meetings, and training sessions held in Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe during the six years from 1962 to the same year 43. By the way, I will be listening to the tape of “Thought Action Recitation” on March 2nd.

今朝というか昨夜というか、真夜中の２時に目覚めた。昨夜特に早くに就寝と云うのではない。３時間寝ると一度目が覚める。それがパターン化しており、１１時に寝て２時に一端目覚め、小一時間本を読み、また寝るといううのが何時ものこと。従って昨夜もそれに従っただけ。ただ、昨夜は目覚めと同時に、アッ真央ちゃん、と思った。思うと同時に床を飛び出し、リビングへと急ぐ。

真央ちゃん、どうだっただろう・・・気になって仕方がない。１０チャンでライブ放映中。キムヨナから鈴木まで１時間一寸、頑張って観た。ところが第５グループに入るころに睡魔に襲われあえなくダウン。真央ちゃんを観ることなく就寝。今朝目覚めると、リビングからテレビの音が聞こえて来た。アナウンサーの声のトーンが何となく低い。真央ちゃんは・・・、一瞬、失敗したか・・との予感が走った。僕の目覚めを察した女房、「真央ちゃん１６位よ・・村上佳菜ちゃんにもおよばなかったみたい・・・かわいそうに・・・」。

終わったものは仕方がない。明日２０点もの差をひっくり返すのは難しいと思うが、心機一転、素晴らしいスケーティングを期待する事にしよう。

 

I woke up at two in the middle of the night, whether it was this morning or last night. I didn’t go to bed particularly early last night; I went to bed for three hours and woke up once. It has become a pattern, I go to bed at 11:00 a.m., wake up at 2:00 a.m., read a book for an hour, and go back to sleep. Therefore, I just followed it last night. I’m wondering how Mao-chan is doing…I can’t help but be curious, it’s being broadcast live on 10chan. I tried my best to watch it for an hour or so, from Yona Kim to Suzuki. However, by the time he entered the fifth group, he was drowsy and couldn’t do anything. I went to bed without seeing Mao-chan. When I woke up this morning, I could hear the television coming from the living room. The tone of the announcer’s voice was somehow low. Mao-chan … for a moment, I had a feeling that she had failed. My wife, who sensed that I was awake, said, “Mao-chan is in 16th place…I guess it wasn’t even good enough for Kana Murakami…poor thing…

What’s done can’t be helped. I don’t think it will be easy to reverse the 20 point gap tomorrow, but I’m hoping that he will skate very well.

ブログ用にと気が向いた時に写真を撮っている。ところが日々の雑事に追われ中々公開できずにいる。 今日大阪は大雪。よって、外出もままならず来客もない。という事で、暇に任せて一挙公開。

昨年の秋、東京出張の折、暇を見つけて上野動物園へ。門を入るとパンダが直ぐに挨拶に来てくれた。

そして、我が家に帰ると、今度は廣太郎が迎えててくれた。俺久しぶりに美容院に行ったんだ

去年の秋は柿の当たり年。僕の背丈ほどの小さな柿木であるが、今年限りと思ったのか、むちゃくちゃに頑張ってくれた。

今朝(26.2.14）起きてみれば一面真っ白の雪景色。廣太郎を早速庭にと窓を開けるが、一目散に奥の部屋へ・・。犬は喜び庭かけまわる・・・、アレってどうも嘘みたい。

 

I take pictures when I feel like it for my blog. However, I’m so busy with daily miscellaneous things that I can’t publish it. Heavy snow in Osaka today. Therefore, I can’t go out and have no visitors. So, I’m going to show you all of them at my leisure.

Last autumn, I went to the Ueno Zoo in my free time on my business trip to Tokyo. As I entered the gate, a panda came immediately to greet me.

And when I came back to my house, Krotaro greeted me this time. I hadn’t been to a hairdresser in a while.

Last fall was a good year for persimmons. It’s a small persimmon tree, about my height, but I guess he thought it was the end of the year, so he worked very hard.

天風会に入ると、先ず最初に目にするのが「誓いの言葉」

天風会員は、朝目覚めと同時に、この誓いの言葉を口にし、少なくとも今日一日は、この気持ちで生活しようと誓いましょう。

でも、「上手くできなかった」と一日を振り返り反省することもしばしばだと思います。でも、まーそれでもいいじゃないですか。明日また、目覚めたら、懲りずにやりましょう。毎日続けたら少しは変わって来ます。

継続は力なり。無理をせず、マイペースで続けることが何よりです。

When you enter the Tenpukai, the first thing you see is the “Oath of Allegiance”.

All day long, no anger, no fear, no sadness.

Honesty, kindness, fun.

With strength, courage and conviction.

Fulfilling the responsibility for one’s life

Never lose your peace and love.

To live as an honorable human being.

I solemnly swear.

Members of the Heavenly Wind should utter these words of vow as soon as they wake up in the morning and vow to live with this feeling for at least the rest of the day.

But I think we often look back on the day and reflect, “I didn’t do well. But, well, it’s still good, isn’t it? Tomorrow, when we wake up again, let’s do it again without a lesson. If you keep it up every day, it will change a little.

Continuity is power. It’s best to continue at your own pace and not overexert yourself.
