今年の御用納めは今日２９日。初出は５日とした。

毎年の事ながら過ぎ去った１年はアッと云う間、実に早い。苦しい時の１分はとても長いが楽しい時の１時間はアッと云う間。
時間の長さは世界共通であるが、感じる長さは人により皆違う。同じ人でも気分や状況によってその都度違う。
そんな事を考えていると何が正しいのか、何が違うのか、よく判らなくなってくる。
こんな理屈を並べ立てているときりがないのでこれくらいにするが、一時が万事で、「百万人の人が居れば百万の正義がある」
と云うのもうなずける。

そこでひとくさり、今年強く感じた事を書くことにする。以前はよくこのブログで人権問題の愚痴を独善的に並べ立てていたが、
暖簾に腕押しで、書けば書くほど空しくなってくる事を悟り、敢えて避けて来た。だが、今年ももう終わり、
この事実にだけは触れないわけには行かない。

今年、死体遺棄事件で逮捕された市橋達也容疑者と云えば、誰でもその事件背景と逃亡振りは脳裏に浮かぶと思う。この市橋達也、
仕事を転々とし最後は住み込みで土建会社に勤務していた。逃亡期間中、偽名を使い、容姿も変え、履歴は全て詐称し、
就職する先々で嘘八百を並べ勤めていたものと思われる。そして最後に勤めていた土建会社は、元受会社より大目玉。
「従業員の身元も確認せず誰でも採用しているような会社とは今後取引をしない」
とのお達しで取引停止になったとか・・・。

ここで少し考えてみよう。厚生労働省は、「採用調査は差別に繋がるおそれがあるから、しないように」
との行政指導を一貫して行っている。所謂、試験と面接で採否を決めなさい、履歴確認、前職での勤怠確認、
住所氏名の確認など人に関する調査はしてはいけない、とのお達しである。で、そのお達し通りにして従業員を採用していると、
取引先から大目玉と云う事になった。

企業は取引先の信用を失えば終わりである。信用を築くにはそれ相応の年月と努力とを要するが、失墜するのは一瞬である。
「企業は人なり」、
とは言い古された言葉であるが今の情報社会でも変わることはない。やはり「企業は人なり」である。その企業の礎である人の採用に関し、調べる事は望ましくないとはどう云うことか。

厚生労働省や人権団体は、人に関する調査を一くくりにして「身元調査」と云い、身元調査は差別につながるおそれ云々として、
指導しているが実は身元調査の定義を問うとまともに答えられない。 また、一般にも身元と云う言葉は千差万別に使われており、
その人、その状況によって使われ方が違うアバウトな言葉であるにも関わらず、身元調査と云う言葉を使っている。ある意味、
今の個人情報保護に似たようなところがある。

こうした事を書き出すと切がなくなるので、これを持って今年のボヤキおさめとさせて頂きますが、今年１年、
こんな拙いブログに目を通して頂いた奇特なお方に心より感謝申し上げます。本当に有り難う御座いました。良いお年をお迎え下さいませ。

He must have been working at every job he got. And the last construction company I worked for was a bigger deal than the original recipient company.
I will not do business with any company that hires anyone without verifying the identity of their employees.

私なりの幸せ感。

　この世に生を受けて幸せを願わない人は先ず居ないでしょう。ところが、
幸せになる為の方程式を持っている人は意外と少ない。それが証拠に、不平不満は口にする人は多いが幸せを口にする人は意外と少ない。

　何故なのだろう。それは幸せの方程式を知らないから。

　不平不満を幾ら口にしても幸せにはなれない。否、寧ろ不平不満、取越し苦労、怒り、怖れ、嫉妬、嫉み、
憎悪等と云う消極的な感情を口にすると、より以上口にした言葉が増幅して、自分自信の心を暗くする。心が暗くなると不幸を感じる。
なのに多くの人は消極的な言葉を平気で口する。幸せに成ろうと願っているのに不幸に成る事を平気で行なっている。
非常に矛盾したおかしな行ないである。ところが大半の人はその事に気がついていないようである。

　幸せの方程式は、「明るく、楽しく、元気なこと、何時も積極的な事を考え、それを口にすること。怒り、
悲しみ、不平不満、取越し苦労など消極的な事はしないこと。また、それを口にしないこと」である。

　その為の簡単に出来る具体的方法を教えているのが財団法人天風会である。

A sense of happiness in my own way.

There is no one in this world who does not wish for happiness in life. However.
Surprisingly few people have the equation to be happy. Evidence of this is that many people talk about grumbling, but surprisingly few talk about happiness.

I wonder why. That’s because they don’t know the happiness equation.

No matter how much you complain, you will never be happy. No, rather, grumbling, grumbling, struggling, anger, fear, jealousy, envy, jealousy
The more negative emotions, such as hatred, are uttered, the more the words are amplified and the darker the self-esteem becomes. When your mind is dark, you feel unhappy.
And yet, many people are unfazed by the reluctance to speak. You want to be happy, but you don’t care to be unhappy.
It is a very contradictory and strange thing to do. Most people, however, do not seem to be aware of this.

The equation for happiness is, “Be cheerful, fun and energetic, think of positive things at all times, and put them out there. Anger.
Don’t do anything reluctant like grief, complaining, or hardship. Also, do not utter it”.

The Tenpukai Foundation teaches a concrete and easy way to do this.

今年の漢字は「新」に決定。
昨年が「変」、一昨年が
「偽」で、今年は
「新」。
何となく明るくて楽しい感じがして、久々にニュースを聞いていてホッとした。

理由は、新政権（民主の大勝利）、新記録（イチローの９年連続２００本安打、水泳で新記録続出など・・）、新制度（裁判制度、
高速料千円など・・）、新型インフルエンザなどで「新」が注目された様であるが、理由は何にしろ字のかもし出すイメージが良く、気分一新、
新年度に向かって新たな気持ちで望めそうである。

正直、今年１年何かと厳しかった。でも、最後に「新」が今年の漢字に選ばれたことで、総て帳消しとし、
新年に期待しよう。イヤ、期待は依頼であり、そんな事では期待はずれに終わる。今の政界に期待しても、それは無理でしょう。だって、
現内閣１８人中７人が労組出身。保守保身に固まった労組に変革など出来るはずも無く、労組の顔色を窺いながらの政治など期待のしようがない。

それではどうする。先ずは自分に期待しよう。そう・・・総ては自分であり、自分が何を思い何をするかが総てである。
この世は公平に出来ている。因果応報を肝に命じて邁進する事に努めよう。

昨日は船場ロータリークラブのクリスマス家族懇親会であった。
今年は会員による手作りのクリスマス会にしようと、親睦委員長の歯科医師さんが大いに張り切った。先ずは、会員のバイオリン演奏で幕を開け、
会員と会員家族の混声合唱団によるクリスマスソング。その後、見事なボケと突っ込みの漫才、殆ど地のままでいける二人だけに、
見事に楽しい舞台であった。最後は、歌うメガネ屋さんのギター演奏で元宝ジェンヌの珠まゆらさんが素晴らしい喉を披露して下さった。
美味しい食事と楽しい舞台に日頃の憂さを忘れ、とても楽しいクリスマス家族懇親会であった。

平均年齢・・・才の美男美女による混声合唱団。これを機にボランティアで老健施設の慰問にまわろうとの計画が有るとかないとか・・。
米寿を迎えたお爺ちゃんお婆ちゃんが余りの感激に一挙に１０歳は若返ること間違いなし・・・。

何も云うこと無し、このボケっぷり。

The Chinese character for this year was decided to be “Shin”.

Seven of the 18 members of the current cabinet are from labor unions. There is no way that the labor unions, which are fixated on protecting their conservative interests, can make any changes, and there is no way that they can expect politics while waiting for the favor of the labor unions.

So what do we do now? First of all, let’s hope for ourselves. Yes…it’s all about you, and what you think and do is all about you.
The world is made fair. Let’s try to move forward with the idea of causal retribution in mind.

Yesterday, we had a Christmas family get-together at the Funaba Rotary Club.
The chairman of the fellowship committee, Mr. Dentist, was very enthusiastic about making a homemade Christmas party for the members this year. First of all, we opened with a violin performance by a member.
Christmas songs by a mixed choir of members and their families. After that, they were able to keep their jokes and interjections brilliantly.
It was a brilliantly entertaining performance. At the end of the night, the singing glasses shop played the guitar, and former treasure Jenne, Mayura Tama, showed off her wonderful throat.
It was a very enjoyable Christmas family get-together, with delicious food and a fun stage to forget the melancholy of everyday life.

The average age…A mixed choir composed of beautiful men and women of average age. There may or may not be a plan to use this as an opportunity to visit the nursing home as a volunteer…
It’s sure to make grandparents who have celebrated their 100th birthday look as young as 10 years old in one fell swoop…

師走。師が走るくらいだから庶民はおして知るべし。その上に走らなくても良い金まで走り、留まることを知らない。とにかく多忙。
何が？、資金繰りが・・・。でも、そんな中にひと時の安らぎを作り出すのが情味。人間の本当の幸せは「情味」
を感じた時にあるとさえ云われる。そこで、先週末は女房と二人、紅葉狩りとしゃれてみた。

紅葉と云えば東福寺。計画では東福寺から大原へ足を延ばす予定であったが、何分連夜の忘年会でお疲れあそばしている事もあり、
起床が遅く、東福寺着がＡＭ１１時。しかも、参道から境内は超満員、大変な人出であった。そこで、大原はあきらめ、
東福寺周辺でゆっくりとする事にした。

ところが、紅葉は既に終焉を迎えており、燃えるような紅葉を想像していた小生に取っては今ひとつであったが、それでも
「さぞかし綺麗であっただろうな・・・」と思わせるだけの面影は残っており、秋の終焉をじっくりと楽しむことが出 来た。

東福寺の三門。室町初期の再建となっているが実に見事なものである。圧倒されると云う感じ。

姥紅葉と云うか、何とか頑張って呉れていた。

今週火・水と東京であったが、行きの新幹線から見た富士は見事であった。月に１・
２回は東京に行くが今までで観た中で最高の富士であった。写真に撮れなかったのが残念。

早や忘年会シーズン。
毎年の事であるが12月に入るか入らないかで忘年会の予定がめじろ押しに入る。仕事がめじろ押しなら云うことないが、それはサッパリ。
社内は静かなもので電話も掛からない。掛からなければ掛ければいいが、その元気もないのか、ただパソコンを叩く音のみが侘びしく聞こえる。

そこで、こんな年は忘れてしまえと早々に忘年会。先週末に早や今年一番の忘年会があった。
それも同郷の氏の集まりである国賀会（日本海に浮かぶ孤島、隠岐ノ島の出身者の会）の役員忘年会。
打ち合わせを兼ねお昼12時に始まったが、宴は2次会3次会と延々と続き、結局帰宅は11時30分。
平均年齢は６０歳を遥かに超えているのでは・・と思えるが、皆の元気なこと、驚くばかりである。特に今年は、
体調を崩した人が多かった割りに、年末には皆がすっかり元気になったと云う事もあり、気分が良い。しかも、気の置けない同郷の氏の集まり。
何とも楽しい忘年会の口開けであった。

そのメンバーの中に、このブログを読んでくれている人が居た。読んでくれるだけで、この上ない喜びであるが、その御人、
何んとブログの一部を印刷し持参してくれていた。「松谷さん、
このブログで私随分助けられたのよ・・」と見せてくれたのが、
天風会の記事。私が天風会の講師養成講座で心身統一法のレポートを転載したものであった。
「本当に取り越し苦労なんて・・・・・、全くこの通りよネ」、「実は私、
取りこし苦労の天才だったのよ」、「このブログで大分助けられた、有難う・・・」とお礼まで言われた。

捨てる神あれば拾う神あり、こんな気儘なブログで感謝されるなんて、本当に感謝感謝であった。

で、今日も6時半からまた忘年会。今日のメンバーはゴルフ仇の集まりである。多分強烈な口の叩き合いが待っているはず。

It’s the end-of-year party season.
As is the case every year, our plans for the year-end party are pushed to the brink by the arrival of December or not. If you’re in a rush to get to work, don’t say anything, but I’m not so sure.

It was also a year-end party for the officers of the Kokugai-kai (a group of people from Oki-no-shima, an isolated island in the Sea of Japan), which is a gathering of the same hometown.
It started at 12:00 p.m. with a meeting, but the party went on and on with the second and third parties, and it was 11:30 p.m. when we got home.
It seems that the average age is far more than 60 years old, but I am amazed at how energetic everyone is. Especially this year.
Although many of us were sick, we were feeling good because everyone seemed to be in good spirits at the end of the year. Moreover, it is a gathering of the clan of the same hometown that is not easy to put down.
It was a very pleasant opening of the year-end party.
