会長就任祝い

　今週は超多忙、この１週間愛妻の夕食に箸をつけていない。それもそのはず、会社の年度末と社長交代が重なり、スケジュールが一杯。中でも夜のスケジュールが・・・。

　その中でも一番嬉しかったのが、社員が開いてくれた「ありがとう会」。

「社長来週の月曜日は夜開けておいて下さいよ・・」、「何か」、「一寸考えている事があるので・・・」、「判った」。

　月曜日、終業の６時になると、「社長、下の事務所に移っていて下さい」とのご下命があった。

　何かたくらんではいるなと思いながら、５階の事務所に移り、パソコンに向かうが中々呼びに来ない。社員は、慌しく５階・６階を行き来しながら、何か遣っている。

　６時４５分、「お待たせしました、６階へどうぞ」、古参の社員が呼びに来た。

　６階に上がったが、ドアの前に立たされ、「合図するまでドアを開けてはダメですよ」

　しばし待っていると、中から、　どうーぞ、　の声。

　一日何回と無く開け閉めしているドアであるが、今日は何故か違う。緊張した面持ちでソッとドアを開けると、一斉に音楽が流れ、女子事務員が花束を・・・、嬉しかった・・・ムチャ嬉しかった。

　僕の６５年の人生で、花束贈呈を受けたのは初めての様な気がする・・・。

僕の机を片づけ、料理がずらり・・・。テーブルクロスはどこで誰が調達してきたのか・・・、お皿も、特別に持ち込んだものらしい・・・、

こんな手作りのパーティーを社内で企画して呉れたなんて・・・ただただ嬉しかった。人生っていいな・・・。

This week has been super busy, I haven’t put chopsticks on my beloved wife’s dinner for the past week. That’s because the end of the company’s fiscal year coincided with the change of the president, so my schedule was full. Among other things, the evening schedule…

The happiest part of the event was the “thank you party” held by the employees.

On Monday, at six o’clock when we finished work, we were told, “Mr. President, please move to the lower office.

I moved to the office on the fifth floor and went to the computer, but he didn’t come to call me. Employees are busily going back and forth between the fifth and sixth floors, doing something.

At 6:45 a.m., an old employee came to call me, “Sorry to keep you waiting, please come to the sixth floor.

I went up to the sixth floor, but was forced to stand in front of the door, “Don’t open the door until I signal you.

After a few moments of waiting, a voice from inside says, “Come in.

The door is opened and closed several times a day, but for some reason today is different. I opened the door with a nervous look on my face, music played all at once, and the female clerk handed me a bouquet of flowers…I was so happy…I was so happy.

I feel like this is the first time I’ve received a bouquet of flowers in my 65 years of life….

プライベートな話2013/03/22

頑張れ隠岐の海

昨日21日（木）、「隠岐の海」の応援に行ってきた。良かったね・・何時もだと、そのまま・・・というところをよく残し、真っ向勝負の押し相撲、最後がぶり気味に押し出す姿はあっぱれの一語であった。

　10勝2敗は、白鳳に次いでの優勝候補。隠岐から大相撲の優勝力士が出るなど、想像だにした者は居ないのでは・・・。本人は、先ずは１０勝と、控えめであるが、本当はそれではダメ。　優勝を決意したものだけが優勝できるのだ！！・・・何がなんでもガンバレ・・・。

　不世出の大横綱、双葉山の言葉にこんなのがある、「横綱になろうと決意したものだけが横綱になれるのだ」。　全くそうだ・・・、先ずは思うことである、そして、思ったことを信念にまで高めれれば、必ずその思いは成就する。

Yesterday, Thursday the 21st, I went to support the “Oki Sea”. It was wonderful to see the way he was able to leave the usual “no change” in his mind, and then push his way to the very end.

His 10 wins and 2 losses are second only to Hakuho for the championship. No one could have imagined that a sumo wrestler from the Oki Islands would win the grand sumo tournament…. He is modest with 10 wins, but it’s not enough.　Only those who are determined to win can win!!! Do whatever it takes…

In the words of Futabayama, the unparalleled great yokozuna, “Only those who are determined to become yokozuna can become yokozuna.　That’s exactly right…The first thing to do is to think, and if you raise the thought to a belief, the thought will surely be fulfilled.

珠玉の言葉

　会社のトイレに、珠玉の言葉を載せた、日めくりカレンダーが置いてある。ところが気が向いた時にしかめくらない。よって、今や気めくりカレンダーに変身している。その気めくりカレンダー、この１週間くらいは誰も捲らず、「最も変化に対応する生物が生き残るのだ」（ダーウイン）との言葉がかかっていた。もっとも、と思える言葉であり、生物学者ダーウインならではの言葉でもあり、結構気に入っていたので、小生もそのままにしていた。

ところが何故か、今日は捲ってみたくなった。すると、「もし腹が立ったら十まで数えよ、もっと腹が立ったら百まで数ぞえよ」（ジェファーソン、米国第３代大統領）とあった。上手いこと言うよね・・・、全くそのとおり・・・、腹をたてて良いことはない。天風先生も、先ず「怒らず、怖れず、悲しまず」と教えている。

　判ってはいるが、活きていると腹の立つことがしょちゅう有るんだよね・・・、今日もそんな心境であったがゆえ、そうか・・百まで数ぞえよう。さっそく実行にうつした！！。

There is a daily calendar in the restroom of the office that contains some of my favorite words. However, I blink at them when I feel like it. Therefore, it has now been transformed into a calender. That ki-turning calendar, no one had turned it up for the past week or so, with the words, “It is the organisms that are most responsive to change that survive” (Darwin) on it. I liked it so much that I left it as it was.

For some reason, however, I felt the urge to roll up my sleeves today. He said, “If you are angry, count to ten; if you are more angry, count to a hundred” (Jefferson, the third president of the United States). You say it so well….you’re absolutely right….there’s nothing good about being angry. Mr. Tenpou also teaches, “Don’t be angry, don’t be afraid, don’t be sad.

I know, but when it’s alive, there’s often something to get angry about…, I’ve been in such a state of mind today, so I’ll count to a hundred. I put it into action!

会長日記2013/03/14

三寒四温

この時期、古くから三寒四温と言われ、日々の温度差が激しく、徐々に温かくはなっていくが、一挙に冬に逆戻り等と感じることもある。その差について行けず、結構体調を崩す人も多いようである。

そんな中、昨日はＮＰＯ全国調査業協会連合会の教育研修会が東京で開催され、「個人情報とプライバシィー」と題し、講師役を務めて来た。

何時も通り、9時過ぎの新幹線に乗り、一路東京へと向かったが、新横浜を過ぎたところでフト外を観ると、アレッ、何だこれは？と言う感じ。一瞬眼が少しおかしいのかな・・と思った。と云うのが、地表に近いというか低いところは真っ黒な感じで、建物もボーっとしか見えない、ところが上を見るとスカッと晴れ渡っている。雨模様でどんよりしていると云うのとは訳が違う。おかしいな・・・と思いながら東京着。

駅構内の放送で、アッそうなのか、とやっと判った。強風で彼方此方の電車が遅れたり、止まったりしている、との放送。車窓に見た光景は、強風による砂や土ぼこりで地上何十メートルかが黒い感じになり、その上は青空であったと云うこと。

それにしても酷いよね・・。台風だと大概は雨も伴っている関係で、土ぼこりで前が見えなく成るなどはないが、春の嵐はこんなんなんだ。

暫くは、黄砂とＰＭ2.5に春の嵐か、三寒四温で徐々に春になるのは良いが、黄砂はごめんだね・・・。

Yesterday, I gave a lecture entitled “Personal Information and Privacy” at an education and training session held in Tokyo by the National Association of Surveyors’ Associations.

As usual, I boarded the Shinkansen at 9 o’clock and headed for Tokyo, but when I passed through Shin-Yokohama, I looked out of my car. It’s like this. I thought for a moment that my eyes were a little funny… When you look up, however, it is clear and clear. It’s not the same as saying that it’s raining and I’m in a daze. I arrived in Tokyo thinking that it’s strange.

I finally understood from the broadcast in the station that “Oh, really? It was broadcast that trains were delayed or stopped here and there due to strong winds. The view from the train window was that the sand and dust from the strong wind had turned some tens of meters above the ground black and the sky was blue above it.

It’s awful, isn’t it? Typhoons are usually accompanied by rain, so there’s no such thing as being blinded by dust, but this is what a spring storm is like.

For a while, it will be a spring storm with yellow sand and PM 2.5, or a spring storm with three cold and four temperatures, but I don’t want yellow sand….

個人情報とプライバシー第3弾

来週水曜日（3月13日）、NPO全国調査業協会連合会の主催で、「探偵・興信業　教育研修会」が開催される。

場所、新宿区西新宿2-3-1TKP新宿ビジネスセンターB1-Aで、午後2時から5時までの予定。

14時05分　「個人情報とプライバシーについて」（講師　松谷廣信）　

14時50分　「これだけは押さえておきたい、探偵社のPCセキュリティー」（講師、吉本哲雄）

15時55分　「最新特殊機材の説明と実用報告」（講師　宮原秀一）

と成っている。

と言う事は全て内輪で遣ろうと言うこと。だいたい今までは、教育研修会と云えば、主務官庁の警察、消費生活センター、議員、弁護士といった方に講師役をお願いするのが定番となっており、通りいっぺんのお堅い話と言うものであった。ところが、今回は初の試しみで、調査員による調査員の為の調査員の教育研修会にしようと言う訳である。

　と云えば、恰好は良いが、実は、お金も力も顔もない事から、集客も期待できず、それならひっそりと内輪で遣ろうか・・・となったのが本当のところ。

　で、小生が主催者代表であり、最初の講師役も務めることとなった。そこで先般から老化のはじまった脳に鞭打って、「個人情報とプライバシー」について、泥縄式で勉強を始めたが、これが何とも難しい・・・。だいたい、プライバシーを扱う憲法学者の間でも、定義ひとつ、確固たるものはなく、夫々の先生がそれぞれの考え方を持っている。個人情報保護についても同様で、法そのものが産声を上げて間が無く、確たるものはない。

　そこで小生は考えた。泥縄式の勉強で、キッチリと身にもついていないものを、知った頭をして喋っても、何もうったえるものは無いだろう・・・と。それよりは、自分が23歳の時から一命を賭して闘ってきた、調査業経験を元に、学者先生が言う「個人情報とプライバシー」ではなく、小市民が持っている「個人情報とプライバシー」の考え方に、少し踏み込み、個人情報やプライバシーと公共性やコミュニティー社会の秩序維持など、現実的で具体的な問題を提起し、参加者の皆さんに、最近の個人情報やプライバシィーの考え方の流れに、疑問を持って考える機会を提供する事ができたらと・・・。

　と言うことで、老化のはじまった我が脳をイジメルことは止める事にした。なななんと・・・上手いことを考えたものだ。何を隠そう、伊達に歳を重ねた訳ではない。これぞ、まさに歳の功ですぞ・・・。

That means that we should do everything in private. In the past, it has been a standard practice to ask members of the police, consumer affairs centers, lawmakers, and lawyers from the relevant government agencies to act as lecturers at educational workshops. However, this was the first time to try it out, and we decided to make it a training session for investigators for investigators.

It looks good, but the truth is that we couldn’t expect to attract customers because we didn’t have the money, power or face.

I was the representative of the organizer and the first lecturer. So, the other day, I started to study “personal information and privacy” by the mud-rope method, whipping my brain, which has started to age, but it is very difficult… By and large, even among constitutional law scholars dealing with privacy, there is no firm definition of privacy, and each teacher has his or her own way of thinking. The same is true for the protection of personal information, as the law itself has only been around for a short time and there is nothing solid about it.

Then I thought. I thought that there would be nothing to be sneezed at if I were to speak with a knowing head about something that I didn’t even know properly by studying in the mud rope style. Based on my experience in the research industry, which I have been fighting with my life since I was 23 years old, I would like to step into the idea of “personal information and privacy” that small citizens have, rather than what scholars say is “personal information and privacy”, and raise practical and concrete issues such as personal information and privacy, publicity and maintaining order in community society.

So, I decided to stop teasing my brain, which had started to get old. What a good idea. There’s no way to hide it, I’m not getting old at all. This is truly a merit of age…
