ストーカーって昔はあったのかな？。 思いをよせる人に恋文を書く・・、字が下手だから代筆を頼む・・、そっと廊下の蔭で覗き見る・・、時間帯を見計らって、すれ違う・・、友達を通じて思いを告げる・・、 一方的に思いが高じても、そんな程度では無かったかと思う。

ところが、最近は法律を作って取り締まらなければならない程、ストーカー行為が頻繁に起こっているようで、私の身近でもそんな話を聞くことが多くある。

人の恋路を邪魔する奴は、馬に蹴られて・・・等と云う言葉があった様に思うが、どうも、そんな事も言っておれない時代になっているようだ。

昨日の新聞報道によると、昨年１１月に起きた「逗子ストーカー殺人事件」の裏に調査会社が関係していたらしい。「住所、調査会社が売却か」と、３面トップに特大の見出しが載っていた。記事を読むと、殺人犯が調査会社に被害者の住所割り出しを依頼し、調査会社は、その調べを情報屋と呼ばれる業者に頼み、結果、彼女の住所が判明したことから、逗子ストーカー殺人事件に繋がったと見られている様である。

この記事を斜め読みすると、調査会社って何と云う所だ。金にさえなれば何でもやるのか。個人情報が漏れると、殺人などと云うとんでもない事に繋がってしまう。個人情報を取るなどけしからん・・・・。

そんな声があちこちから聞こえそう・・・、また、マスコミもそういう姿勢で報道している様である。

探偵社は、法律（探偵業法）によって、調査契約の際、依頼者から、調査結果を犯罪や差別に使わない旨の誓約書を取らなければならない事になっており、もし、依頼時点で「どうもおかしい・・・」と感じたら、誓約書はあっても仕事をお断りするようにしているのが、普通の調査会社である。

ところが、「おかしい？」、と見抜くのは中々難しい。今回のケースでも、殺人に使うから住所を調てほしい等というはずもなく、結果的にはこんな悲惨な事件に結び付いたが、あくまでそれは結果論であり、調査会社は決して事件に加担する意思を持っていた訳ではない。

飛躍と言われるかも知れないが、これは、包丁が殺人に使われたすると、その殺人に使われた包丁を売った商店を、殺人に協力したとして、悪徳商店にするのと同様である。

調査会社に住所を調べて欲しい・・・と云う依頼は日常茶飯事にある。住所が判った結果、トラブルが未然に防げた、詐欺被害を逃れることができた、感情のもつれをほぐす事ができた、自殺を思い留めさせる事ができた、財産保全ができた・・・,会って感謝の意を伝えることができた・・、等など事例を上げればきりがない。それだけに、お客の喜ぶ声が聞きたくて、この仕事を続けていると云う業者も多くいる。しかし、こうした、感謝されるような調査は表に出ることは先ずない。ただ、今回のような事件は大々的に報道され、他人の住所を調べるなんてとんでもない、と受け取られ、調査会社≒ワル、悪徳、とのレッテルを張られる結果となる。トホホ・・・・

I wonder if there used to be a stalker? Write a love letter to the person you feel for…, I ask you to write for me because I’m not good at writing…, peeking in behind the corridor…, waiting for the time of day, passing each other…, telling my feelings through a friend…, I think it was not such a level even if my feelings were one-sidedly heightened.

However, it seems that stalking is happening so often these days that we have to make a law to crack down on it, and I often hear about it even in my neighborhood.

I think there was a saying that a person who gets in the way of someone’s love gets kicked by a horse… etc.

According to a newspaper report yesterday, an investigative company was behind the Zushi stalker murder in November last year. There was an oversized headline on the top of the three pages, “Address, survey company for sale. According to the article, the killer hired an investigative company to find out the victim’s address, and the investigative company hired an informant to find out her address, which led to the Zushi stalker murder.

If you read this article diagonally, you’ll see what a research company is. You’ll do anything for the money. If personal information is leaked, it could lead to a murder. You can’t take my personal information…

Such voices seem to be heard here and there…and the media seems to be reporting this attitude as well.

In accordance with the law (Detective Business Law), detective agencies are required to obtain a written pledge from the client not to use the results of the investigation for criminal or discriminatory purposes.

However, “Is it funny? It’s very difficult to see through it. In this case, there was no reason to ask for an address because it would be used in a murder, and it resulted in such a tragic case, but this is just a matter of consequence, and the investigation company had no intention of being involved in the case.

It may be called a leap, but this is similar to how, if a kitchen knife is used in a murder, the merchant who sold the knife in the murder is made an unscrupulous merchant for cooperating in the murder.

We get requests from research companies to look up addresses every day. As a result of knowing the address, trouble could be prevented, fraud could be avoided, emotional tangle could be relieved, suicide could be reminded, property could be preserved, and so on. Therefore, there are many contractors who say that they keep doing this job because they want to hear their customers’ voices. However, these much-appreciated surveys don’t come to the surface. However, a case like this one will be widely reported, and people will think that it’s outrageous to check someone else’s address, and they will be labeled as “badass” or “vicious”. Oh, my God…

超ビックリ！・・・・京都行京阪電車での出来事。

先般、久し振りに妻と２人で京都に出かけた。香里園駅から準急に乗り、枚方で特急に乗り換えた。そこそこ混んでおり空席は無く、吊革に手を掛け立っていると、前に座っていた若い娘さんが、スッと立ち上がり 「どうぞ・・」 と声をかけてくれた。一瞬誰に、と思ったが、僕以外には考えられない。エッなんで・・・、ビックリと戸惑いで、どう対処していいのか・・・、「エッ良いです」と声がでてしまった、でも、それも悪いと思って、すぐに隣に立っていた女房に「あんた、座らせて貰え」と声を掛け、有難う・・と声を掛けながら妻に座ってもらった。

実は、その席を譲ってくれた娘さん、と云うのがまたビックリ。１５・６歳くらいの若い子で、見るからに飛んでる感じ。髪は赤茶色で強烈な付けまつげをし、今風の超派手なメーク。見た目にはチョット眉を顰めたくなる様な感じの子だった。

その時思った。やっぱり人は見かけで判断してはいけないな・・・・

席を譲ってくれた彼女、実は同年輩の若い男の子と二人連れだった。席を譲って彼の前に立ち、何やら楽しそうに話していたが、しばらくすると、今度は彼氏が立って彼女を座らせた。

ただそれだけの事であるが、軽いショックとほんのり豊かな気持ちを味わった。

人には沿ってみよ、馬には乗ってみよ、 特に最近の若い子は外見だけで判断するのは大きな間違いかも・・・・。

そう言えば前にこのブログに書いた記憶があるが、朝の混雑する通勤電車での事。前に座っていた２人が立ったその席に、キチッとしたスーツ姿の青年が２人分の空いた席の真ん中に大股を開いてドンと座り、２人分の席を一人で占領、直ぐに本を読み始めた。何と云う男だ・・と思いながら、こんな奴はどんな本を読んでいるのかと、そっと覗き込むと、何と、道徳的な教えに関する本であった。

I’m super surprised! The incident on the Keihan train to Kyoto.

The other day, my wife and I went to Kyoto for the first time in a while. I took a semi-express from Korinoen station and changed to a limited express at Hirakata. It was so crowded that there was no empty seat, and when I was standing with my hand on the strap, a young girl sitting in front of me stood up quickly and said, “Please come in…”. For a moment I thought, “To whom?” but I couldn’t think of anyone but me. Why …, I was so surprised and puzzled, I didn’t know how to deal with it …, I said, “Ehh, that’s fine,” but I felt bad about it too, so I called out to my wife who was standing next to me, “You, let me sit down,” and asked her to sit down while saying, “Thank you.

In fact, the daughter who gave up her seat to me was surprisingly young, about 15 or 6 years old, and she seemed to be flying from the look of it. She has reddish brown hair, strong false eyelashes, and super flashy make-up in the current style. She was a girl whose looks made me want to frown a little.

That’s when I thought. People shouldn’t be judged by their appearance after all…

She gave up her seat to me, but she was actually with two young boys her own age. She gave up her seat and stood in front of him, talking in some sort of amused way, but after a while, this time her boyfriend stood and sat her down.

It was just that, but it was a mild shock and a slightly rich feeling.

It may be a big mistake to judge a young girl by her appearance alone, especially nowadays…..

I remember writing about it on this blog before, but it was on a crowded commuter train in the morning. A young man in a neat suit sat down with his legs open in the middle of the empty seat for two and immediately started to read a book. I thought to myself, “What a guy…” and looked in to see what kind of book he was reading, but it was a book on moral teaching.

先週末２６日（土）、京都の南座で開演中の「アマテラス」（坂東玉三郎演出の玉三郎と太鼓芸能集団 鼓童の共演）の観劇を女房と２人で楽しんだ。

開演間もなくから玉三郎の妖艶な踊りと、鼓童のバチさばきに、見惚れ聞き惚れ、世俗を忘れるひと時を過ごす事ができた。

休憩を挟み約２時間３０分、日本神話の高天原を題材に鼓童の勇壮な太鼓演奏と玉三郎の美の饗宴は、小生のような無骨者にとっても、引き入れられると云うか、それはそれは感激であった。

客は８割方が女性。それもあってか、カーテンコールが鳴りやまず、最後はスタンディングオペレーション。結局１０回に及ぶカーテンコールとなり、最後は少々疲れ気味。

幾ら感激してもカーテンコールは４・５回までが限度。１０回ともなると・・・。

Last weekend, Saturday the 26th, my wife and I enjoyed watching “Amaterasu” (Tamasaburo Bando directed by Tamasaburo Bando and Kodo, a drumming and performing arts group) at the Minami-za in Kyoto.

As soon as the performance began, I was mesmerized by Tamasaburo’s bewitching dance and Kodo’s bachi moves, and I was able to spend a moment forgetting the mundane.

After an intermission, for about 2 hours and 30 minutes, the brave drumming of the Kodo and Tamasaburo’s feast of beauty, based on the theme of the High Heavenly Plain of Japanese mythology, were so inspiring that even a rugged man like me could be drawn in.

Eighty percent of the customers are women. Perhaps because of this, the curtain call did not stop ringing and it was a standing ovation at the end. It ended up being 10 curtain calls, and at the end I felt a little tired.

The curtain call is limited to 4 or 5 times, but 10 times…

元気ですよー・・・。

「松ちゃん、最近ブログ更新していないね？ どうしたん・・・」等と知人から電話をもらう。

決してどうもしていない。ただただ、遊びと一寸の仕事で、ブログでも更新しようかと云う、ゆったりとした時間が取れなかっただけの事。ゴメン・・・。

１０月半ばは「隠岐で釣り三昧」、のつもりで帰ったが、台風襲来で船を出せたのは２日だけ。それでも、２．５キロの大鯛を釣りあげ、超ご機嫌！！、早速それを友達に自慢すると、「２．５キロが大鯛だだか？。 こっちで自慢できる大鯛は最低５キロ以上・・・２．５キロなど他人に云うなよ・・・」と、ご親切に忠告されるしまつ。それでも、小生にとっては大変な出来事・・・、これが黙っておられるか・・・と皆に言いふらす日々！

今年度の当初計画では,4月から１０月まで月半ばを隠岐で、１１月以降は海も時化るだろうから仕事に専念、としていたが、友達曰く、「釣りは１１月が一番面白い・・青物も釣れだすし・・・」などの言葉と、大物がかかった時の感触が忘れられず、１１月も帰る事にした。

大阪に帰るや、仕事、天風会、ロータリーに東京出張と予定が目白押し、何とも自分の時間が思うように取れず、今日になってやっとブログ更新に至った訳・・。

こんな言い訳を書くと、今の若者にはたぶん大笑いされると思う。だって、ブログなど、電車の中でもバスの中でも書けるのに、何でわざわざ時間をとるの？、と思われるから。 言われることは良くわかるが、それができないのが介護保険料を請求されるようになった第二青春真っ最中の団塊世代なのだ。

２．５キロの大鯛と、赤みずと呼ばれる高級魚、その他れん子鯛など・・

家の前で夜に上がってきたサザエをタモでゲット。夜になるとサザエは岸壁の上の方まで上がってくる。

話はころっと変わるが、昨日一昨日と東京出張。メインは、全国調査業協同組合主催の教育研修会。副理事長としては欠席する訳にも行かず参加してきた。ただ、その席で、弁護士の先生よりクーリングオフの話があった。

２年ほど前に消費者保護の観点でつくられたクーリングオフ制度が大幅に改定され、訪問販売業に限らず、多くの業種が対象となり、会社の事務所以外での契約（喫茶店とかホテルとかなど・・・）は全てクーリングオフが適用されるとのこと。探偵業の契約は、大半お客さん（依頼者）から電話を貰い、お客さんの都合で、事務所以外で相談を受け、調査契約を結ぶ事が多くあるが、このケースは理由の如何を問わず全てクーリングオフの対象となる。であれば、対象期間の８日間を過ぎて以降調査に着手するしかないが、実際にはそれでは間に合わない。依頼者は、今日明日すぐに実施してほしい。そうでないと意味がない・・・、絶好の機会を逃す・・・など色々あり、緊急を要する場合はそう悠長に構えてはおれない。そこで依頼者の意をくみ、直ぐに着手、４・５日の尾行張り込みで結果をだし報告、全て終了し、お金を頂いていても、８日以内に依頼者がクーリングオフを云って来れば、全てを元に返し、お金も返さなければならない。依頼者は、緊急に調べてほしいことを全て調べて貰い、満足の行く調査報告を受けてからでも、事務所外で契約した調査はクーリングオフの対象なのだから、８日以内であればクーリングオフが適用され、調査会社は全てパーと云う事になる。そんな理不尽な？と思うが、法律ですからどうにもならない。クーリングオフの対象業種である以上これはどうしようも無いようです・・・。よく心して対処しなければ。

In the middle of October, I went back to Oki with the intention of “spending a lot of time fishing in Oki”, but I could only take out a boat for two days due to a typhoon. Even so, he’s in a great mood after catching a 2.5kg bream! As soon as I boasted about it to my friend, he said, “2.5 kilograms is a big sea bream? Don’t tell other people that the big snapper you can boast about here is at least 5 kg… 2.5 kg…” he kindly advised me. Still, it’s a very difficult event for me…..

In the initial plan of this year, I was going to spend the middle of the month from April to October in Oki, and after November, I concentrated on work because the sea would be faded, but my friend said, “November is the most interesting for fishing………………………………………………………………………………..

As soon as I came back to Osaka, I was busy with work, Tenpukai, Rotary, and a business trip to Tokyo, so I couldn’t take time for myself.

I’m sure today’s young people would probably laugh out loud if I wrote this excuse. I mean, why bother taking the time to write a blog when you can do it on the train or on the bus? Because it seems to be. I understand what you’re saying, but it’s the baby boomers in the midst of their second adolescence who can’t do it, because they’re being charged for long-term care insurance.

By the way, I went on a business trip to Tokyo yesterday and the day before yesterday. The main event was an education and training session hosted by the National Association of Surveyors. As vice president, I couldn’t afford to be absent, so I attended the meeting. However, there was some talk of cooling off from the lawyer’s teacher at the table.

The cooling-off system, which was created about two years ago from the viewpoint of consumer protection, has been greatly revised, and not only door-to-door sales business but also many other industries are now subject to the cooling-off system, and all contracts made outside the company’s office (such as coffee shops and hotels) are subject to the cooling-off system. Most of the contracts in the detective business are made after receiving a phone call from the client, and for the client’s convenience, consulting outside of the office, and concluding the investigation contract, but in this case, all contracts are subject to cooling-off regardless of the reason. If this is the case, the only way to start the investigation is after the eight-day period in question has passed, but in reality, that is not enough time. The client wants it to be implemented today and immediately tomorrow. Otherwise, there is no point in doing so…or missing a great opportunity…and so on. Even if I had received money, I would have had to pay back everything and the money if the client had asked for a cooling-off within 8 days. Even after the client has received a satisfactory investigation report, the client is still subject to a cooling-off period for the investigation contracted outside the office, so the cooling-off period can be applied within 8 days and all investigation companies will be exempted. How can you be so unreasonable? I think so, but I can’t do anything about it because it’s the law. As long as it is an industry subject to cooling-off, there seems to be nothing we can do about it… You have to deal with it carefully.
