仕事は、「遣る」のと「遣らされる」のとで全く違う。何が違うって、疲労度が違う、ストレスも違う。極めて当たり前のことだが、意外にこの事を判っていない人が多い。と云うよりも、判ってはいるが出来ない人が多い。

私
が崇拝する「中村天風」先生は、永遠の命題と云われる、「人は何のためにこの世に生れて来たのか？」との問いに、「人は、宇宙の原則、進化向上に寄与する
為に、この世に生を受けた」と断言（悟り）。それ故に、「人間には、創造という大使命を与えられている」と説く。犬や猫は「創造」という事が出来ない。

また、食うために働くのか、働くために食うのか、との問いに、「働くために食う」と断言する。働くとは、単に労働（体を動かす）だけを云うのではなく、創造すること全てが働くことである。よって、人は死ぬまではたらく事となり、ベッドの上でもはたらくのである。

人は常に今よりも少しでも良くなろうとする。それは何故か？、それが自然だから、生まれながらそのように創られているから。所謂、進化向上に寄与するために創られているのである。

従って、仕事をするのは自然のことである。しかし、「仕事を遣らされている」として、自ら疲労度を高め、ストレスを増幅させている人が多くいる。

少し理屈ぽく偉そうなことを書いたが、実は、書いている本人が、最近少し疲労を感じることが多くなり、これではイカンと感じている為である・・・・。

People are always trying to be a little better than they are now. Why is that? Because it’s natural, because it’s created that way from birth. So to speak, it was created to contribute to the improvement of evolution.

Therefore, it is only natural to do the work. However, there are many people who feel that they are being forced to work, which increases their own fatigue and stress.

In fact, I’ve been feeling a little tired lately, and this is because I’m feeling cool….

今週２４日（金）から２５日（日）まで、天風会香里賛助会の年間最大行事、夏季特別研修会（修練会）が開催される。

場所は、兵庫県篠山市矢代231-1「ユートピア笹山」である。同施設はパナソニックの労働組合が運営母体となっており、ＪＲ篠山口から車で１０分ほど山間に入った、自然豊かな地であり、施設も立派なものである。

香里の地を離れての研修会には若干の抵抗もあったが、周辺の環境に惚れ込んで決意した云っても過言で無く、山あり・池あり・潺ありの本当に自然そのものの地である。

参加者は例年より少なめですが、その分、講師の先生方の目も届きやすく、手取り足取りの、懇切丁寧なより充実した修練会になると思います。まだ、２０名位は参加枠に余裕があります。今日明日でもOKです、ご連絡下さい。

From Friday 24th to Sunday 25th of this week, a special summer training session (shurenkai) will be held, which is the biggest event of the year of the Tenpukai-Kori Support Group.

The location is Utopia Sasayama, 231-1 Yashiro, Sasayama City, Hyogo Prefecture. The facility is run by Panasonic’s labor union, and is located in a mountainous area, about a 10-minute drive from JR Shinohamaguchi, in a place rich in nature, and the facilities are excellent.

Although I was a little reluctant to go to the workshop outside of Kori, it is not too much to say that I fell in love with the surrounding environment and decided to do so.

Although the number of participants is smaller than in previous years, the instructors will be able to reach out to the participants easily, and I think it will be a more fulfilling training session that will be very hands-on and attentive. ２年前に一線を引いた関係か、ブログの内容が遊び中心になり気味である。しかも、週一を自ら義務づけているにもかかわらず、可なり歯抜け状態になっている。反省しきり・・・。

そこで今日は、本来の仕事に関する事に少しふれてみる事にする。

ご存知の通り、弊社の仕事は、「就職の際の人事調査」が中心である。昔は新卒、中途の別なく、相当件数扱っていたが、時代の趨勢で最近は中途採用が全体の７割近くを占めるようになっている。

それでも毎日数十件の受件がある。調査結果は、?採用上先ず支障なし ?採用上検討を要する ?採用不適当と認められる と大きく分けて３区分の調査所見になる。

所見結果は、?採用上検討を要する ?採用不適当と認められる が受件総数の３割を占める。

 

「エッ、そんなに・・」と思われるでしょうが、実際そうである。弊社の場合、クライアントの多くが中堅企業と云うか、所謂、新卒採用だけで社員採用を賄う
超大手と違い、中途採用をしないと賄えないところが多いという事もあるが、それにしてもである。しかも、面接を済ませ、「調査で支障がなければ・・」と思
える人を発注してきているはずである。

その内の３割なのだから、相当の確率である。

 

中でも経歴詐称がトップ。企業によっては、少々の経歴詐称など当たり前として、問題にしないところもあり、調査員も、記憶違いと思えるような相違は殆ど問
題視しない。ところが、辻褄合わせの作為的なものが結構多く、よくよく調べると未申告の職歴が出てくる。
そこを調べると、「詐欺」「横領」「使い込み」などの犯罪行為、又は、無断欠勤、出社拒否などのトラブル事象が多く発覚する。

 

今日、小生が点検したレポートでも、「詐欺行為が発覚すると同時に海外に逃亡」と云う、経歴を持つ元会社社長がいたが、この人物も、その企業名は履歴には
記載していない。当たり前と云えば当たり前だが、面接では、そんなことは判らない。しかも、この人物、幹部要員としての採用予定であった。

珍しいケースでは、申告する現住所に住んで居ない、という場合もある。住所不定なのか、何か目的があっての住所の隠ぺいなのかは判らないが・・・。 「事実は小説より奇なり」。採用調査で、こんな諺を使いたくなるようなケースさえある。

尚、最近の特徴としては、「Ｗワーキング」の可能性が高いと思われるものが増えている。 Ｗワークを認める会社であれば何ら問題はないが、大方の企業がＷワークは禁止している。従って、その事は申告しないケースが大半である。

その他、何と破産歴を持った人の多いこと。事業の失敗や保証被りなどが原因で、一端、破産免責が決定し、以後立ち直っておれば問題は無いが、放蕩による破産は中々治らない。それも、破産チェックのみでは中身は判らない。故に実調が必要となってくる。

ことごと作用に「就職の際の人事調査」は、必要欠くべからざる社会的重要性の有る仕事と自負しているが、未だ大手を振って大道を歩けないのが此の仕事である。トホホ・・・

So, today, I’d like to touch on a few things related to my job.

As you know, our work focuses on the “HR survey at the time of employment”. In the past, we used to handle a considerable number of cases regardless of whether they were new graduates or mid-career workers, but nowadays, due to the trend of the times, mid-career hiring accounts for nearly 70% of the total.

Even so, we receive dozens of cases every day. What are your findings? Not a hindrance to employment? Need to be considered for hiring ? The survey results can be broadly divided into three categories: “no hindrance to adoption”, “need to be considered for adoption”, and “unsuitable for adoption”.

What are the findings? Need to be considered for recruitment? 30% of the total number of cases were found to be unsuitable for adoption.

You may think, “Eh, so much…”, but it’s true. In the case of our clients, many of them are medium-sized companies, or so to speak, companies that are able to hire employees by hiring new graduates alone.
Unlike the super giants, there are many places where you have to hire mid-career workers to make ends meet, but that’s still the case. Moreover, after the interview, I was thinking, “If the investigation doesn’t interfere…

Among them, background falsification was the top item. Some companies do not take a little background falsification as a matter of course, and investigators rarely ask about differences that seem to be a memory mistake.
I don’t see it as a problem. However, there are a lot of contrived things that add up, and if you look closely, you’ll find undeclared work history.
If you look into it, you will find many criminal acts such as “fraud”, “embezzlement”, “embezzlement”, or trouble events such as absenteeism and refusal to report to work.

As a recent feature, there is an increase in the possibility of “W-Working”. There is no problem if the company allows w work, but most companies prohibit w work. Therefore, in the majority of cases, they do not declare it.

Other than that, what a lot of people have a history of bankruptcy. There is no problem if the exemption from bankruptcy is decided once due to the failure of the business and the guarantee cover, etc., and it has recovered afterwards, but the bankruptcy by debauchery is not easily cured. Even so, a bankruptcy check alone will not reveal the contents. Therefore, actual tuning is necessary.

Although I am proud to say that the “personnel survey at the time of employment” is a job of indispensable social importance, it is a job that has not yet made it to the front of the pack. Oh, my God.

 

先週１週間は新婚旅行の跡地を訪ね、三十三年ぶりに女房と２人で北海道（道南）旅行を楽しんで来た。

総じての印象は、「そんなには変わっていない」。変わったのは旅ゆく２人・・・。

コースは３３年前と全く同じ。函館空港でレンタカーを借り、函館→大沼→洞爺湖→余市→小樽→札幌→大阪

 

先ずは修道院.

次に迎えてくれたのがお猿さん。熱帯植物園の横に併設された猿園。ここの猿はとても温泉好きとか。

帰宅すると家庭菜園のキュウリが大量にできていた。

 

Last week, I visited the site of my honeymoon and enjoyed a trip to Hokkaido (Donan) with my wife for the first time in thirty-three years.

My overall impression is that it hasn’t changed much. The only thing that has changed is the two of them traveling…

It’s a different season in Hokkaido. The roses are in full bloom.

On the second day, we went to Matsumae Castle.

The second day was spent at the Onuma Prince Hotel. The next day we walked around Lake Onuma, but for some reason I only took this one photo. The lotus fills the swamp.

On the fourth day, we went to Sapporo via Yoichi. On the way, we passed the famous village of Makari. The trophy and stage clothes of “Takashi Hosokawa” are displayed in the shop.

The fifth and final day was spent at the old Hokkaido Town Hall.

When I got home, there was a large amount of cucumbers in the home garden.

凛、りん、リン。何故か小生「凛」という言葉が好きである。凛という漢字は、「さむさ」とか「きびしさ」等を表現する字で「凛秋」などと使う様であるが、人の表現でもよく使われる。凛とした姿勢、凛とした声、凛とした態度など・・・。ところが、男性よりも女性によく似合う。「凛とした女性」、「凛とした姿勢」等など・・・。

何故か、凛とした女性に非常に憧れる。好きとか、恋人にしたいとか、話がしたいとか、決してそんなのではない。多分そんな女性が居たとすると、物怖じして何も言えず、そっと眺めるだけ、という事になるのでは・・・。でも、凛とした女性にあこがれる・・・。ただ、あこがれである。

過去にそうした女性が小生の周りに居たかと云うと、残念ながらいない。ところが最近、朝の通勤電車で、まさしく「凛とした女性」を見かけたのである。

その女性、途中で乗車してきて下車する駅は同じ。ホームを出てエレべーターに乗り、改札を出て、階段を上がるのも同じ。どうして「凛とした女性」なのかというと、ただただ歩く姿勢。 こんなに凛とした姿勢で歩く女性が居るのか？というくらい、凛とした姿勢である。背が高いわけでもなく、特に美形というのでもない。ただただ姿勢が綺麗。それも単に綺麗だけでなく凛としているのだ。

「色白は七難隠す」というが、姿勢というのは七難どこでなく、八難も九難も隠すようである。色白、顔貌、背の高い低い等は中々自分だけの努力ではどうしようもないが、姿勢は多分に自分の努力で何とかなる。

彼女を見ていると、自然とこちらの姿勢も良くなっている。一事が万事、何事にもそんな姿勢で臨めば、自然と向上にむかうはず。そう、自ら刺激を求めて歩けば、何時までも若くていれるのだ・・・。

明日は東京、明後日から４泊５日で北海道の予定。結婚してまるまる３３年。新婚旅行を再現しようとの計画で、３３年前と同じコースを同じ日にたどろうと思っている。この計画も、実は先輩から刺激を受けてのもの。某先輩から「新婚旅行再現」の話を聞き、「何時か僕も・・・」と思ったのが５年前。 普通だと３０年を機にとかいうのが普通なのでしょうが、何故か３３年、決して３３回忌ではありません・・・。

For some reason, I have a great admiration for dignified women. It’s never about liking, wanting to be a lover, wanting to talk, or anything like that. If there was such a woman, she would be too scared to say anything and just look at them… But I admire a dignified woman… It’s just longing.

If you ask me if there were any such women around me in the past, unfortunately, there are none. Recently, however, I saw a “dignified woman” on a morning commuter train.

The woman got on and off the train at the same station. The same goes for leaving the platform, taking the elevator, exiting the turnstiles, and going up the stairs. What makes her a “dignified woman” is the way she simply walks. What woman walks with such a dignified posture? He has a dignified posture. I’m not tall, nor am I particularly good-looking. His posture is simply beautiful. It is not only beautiful, but also dignified.

It is said, “A light-skinned person hides the seven difficulties,” but it seems that posture hides not the seven difficulties, but the eight and nine difficulties. You can’t do anything with your own efforts, but you can probably do something about your posture with your own efforts.

Looking at her, my posture naturally improved. If you approach everything with such an attitude, you will be able to improve naturally. Yes, you can stay young forever if you walk in search of stimulation….

Tomorrow is Tokyo and the day after tomorrow I’ll be in Hokkaido for 4 nights and 5 days. I’ve been married for 33 years. We’re planning to recreate our honeymoon and follow the same course on the same day as we did 33 years ago. This plan was also inspired by my seniors. It’s been five years since I heard the story of “reenacting the honeymoon” from a certain senior, and I thought, “Someday I’ll do it too… Normally, it would be said that it would be on the occasion of the 30th year, but for some reason, it’s 33 years and it’s not the 33rd anniversary….
