今日はこの紙面を利用して、私が実行委員長を務める香里天風会の『心身統一法』夏期特別研修会の案内をさせて頂きます。

稲松信雄先生（東邦大学医学部教授）のご指導のもと３日間の日程(Page 3参照）)で、系統的に「心身統一法」
を会得体得に努められるよう特別研修が行われます。

天風先生の録音テープによる真理瞑想は「思考作用の誦句」と「信念の誦句」、

稲松先生による真理瞑想（運命を拓く）と講話（氣と健康??）

そして香里天風会ならではの芝生庭にて、裸足で戸外修錬、道場内での安定打坐法、養動法　等など

さらに実験では、「観念の力」の実証など楽しく「心身統一法」を学んで行きます。

Today, I would like to use this page to inform you of the special summer training session on “mind-body unification” of the Kori Tenpukai, of which I am the executive committee chair.

Please contact us if you are even slightly interested. We will be happy to provide you with more details.

It’s open to all ages, young and old. If you are worried about something in particular, or if you are thinking of rethinking your life, etc.
We especially welcome people who feel that their health is not good enough.

調査録2005/06/30

採用調査、またまた呆れた応募者

今週月曜日夕方、得意満面で営業マンが帰ってきた、「社長新規のお客様から仕事が貰えました・・」、「ホームランか・・、
クリーンヒットか・・」、「ホームランとまではいかんと思いますが２類打くらいにはなるのでは・・」、「そうか、何れにしても良くやった・・
」、

早速、調査部に依頼書をまわし実調に入る。依頼内容は、「今年５月に役員紹介で営業社員を一人採用したがちょっと気になる所がある。
普通は入社前に簡単な採用調査はしているが、今回は役員の紹介という事でもあり、履歴も面接態度も中々であったので、
即戦力としてNOチエックで採用した。ところが少し・・・」とのこと。

被調査人（４３歳）申告の履歴確認から調査に着手。大卒で１５年勤務したという中堅企業は、経歴確認に気軽く応じてくれたが、
実際の勤務は５年弱で、１５年勤続など全くのデタラメ。従って職務経歴書も嘘ばかり。次に勤めた会社では取締役に就任していたが、
金銭絡みの不祥事で解任。次の勤務先は、「本人の申し出以外は個人情報ですので何もお応えできません」と木で鼻を括ったような返事。
最終の勤務先は、「情報漏えいで現在裁判中」とのこと。よくよく話を聞いてみると、ライバル企業に情報を流しお金にしていたようである。

何れにしてもとんでもない人である。ところが現職場で何か具体的な不祥事や背任行為があった訳ではない、ただ何となく気になる・・・
というだけ。履歴詐称ではあるが、それだけで解雇できるかどうか・・・かなり難しい。

調査結果を聞いてフッと浮かんだのが、依頼企業の人事担当者の頭を抱える姿である。

企業が一端人を採用してしまうと辞めさせるのは大変である。ところが、厚生労働省や一部人権論者は、採用調査、
雇用調査は差別につながるおそれがあるかなダメだという。企業は個人情報保護法を盾に退職者の履歴確認にも応じない所が増えている。
嘆かわしいとしか言いようがない、もう少しグローバルに物事を考え、個人の利益のみに固守せず社会全般の事も少しは考えて欲しいものです。

I immediately handed over the request to the investigation department and started the actual investigation. The content of the request was: “I hired a salesperson in May of this year for the introduction of a board member, but there was something that bothered me.
Normally, a simple hiring survey is done before joining the company, but this time it was an introduction of the director, and the history and interview attitude were good.

We started the investigation by checking the history of the respondent’s (43 years old) tax return. The mid-sized company, a college graduate who had worked there for 15 years, responded casually to my background check, but
I’ve only been with the company for a little less than 5 years and 15 years is complete bullshit. Therefore, the resume is also full of lies. At the next company I worked for, I was on the board of directors, but
Dismissed for money-related scandals. The next company I worked for replied, “We can’t respond to anything other than your request because it’s personal information,” as if they were holding their noses together with a tree.
His last employer was “currently on trial for information leaks”. On closer examination, it seems that he had been passing on information to rival companies to make money.

In any case, he is an outrageous person. However, there is no specific scandal or breach of trust in my current workplace, but I am somehow concerned about it…
It’s just that. I don’t know if I can fire you for that alone, although it’s history fraud…it’s pretty hard.

When I heard the results of the survey, I couldn’t help but think of the human resources staff of the client company.

Once a company has hired one end of a person, it’s hard to get them to quit. However, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and some human rights theorists have said that the hiring survey and
They say that employment surveys may or may not lead to discrimination. More and more companies are refusing to check the history of retirees, using the Personal Information Protection Law as a shield.
I can only describe it as deplorable, I wish they would think about things a little more globally and think about the society in general instead of just sticking to their personal interests.

我が家の庭とその後の金魚

香里園に小さな庭付きの家を購入して早や20年。転入当初から我が家の庭は穴ぼこだらけ、と云うのは、
私も妻も多少なりとも環境問題に興味を持っており、ささやかではあるが出来るだけ家庭ゴミを出さないよう心掛けてきた。その結果である。

生ゴミ一切を、庭に穴を掘り埋める事にしている。自然の力は恐ろしいもので、家庭の生ゴミ位は１?２ケ月で殆ど土に返す。
土壌菌のなせる業とは思うが、それは驚嘆に値する。結果、毎年春先になると庭のあちこちから色んな芽が顔を出す。
中でも元気が良いのがカボチャである。所せましと我が物顔にツルを伸ばし、庭木も花もあったものではない。抜いてしまおうかと思うが、
なんとなく愛おしい。そのうちに黄色い花を咲かせ実をならせるのだ。そうして毎年夏場には無農薬カボチャにありつけるのである。
今年は例年にも増して豊作のようで、小さな庭がカボチャのツルだらけで生垣にまでよじ登っている。
多分もう少しすると我が家の生垣にはカボチャの実が御目見えするかもしれない。また、今ひとつはトマトである。
今まではトマトは上手く育ったことはないように思うが今年は元気が良い。何時の間にか妻がトマトに添え木をしている、
こうなるとさすがに引き抜く訳にはいかない。今年は無農薬トマトにもありつけそうだ。それにしても生垣にカボチャはどうも・・・、
住人の顔が見たいなどと・・・。我が家には年頃の娘が3人もいる。結婚の聞き合わせでも有ろうものなら・・、「ちょっと考えさせて貰います」
の返事になることは間違いなさそう。マアーそれはそれでいいか・・・。

5月16日のブログに書いた金魚の赤ちゃん、生後１ケ月を過ぎ体長１ｃｍ程に成長。
１００匹ほど居た稚魚が生存競争の中で今は１５?６匹になっているが透明の肌で胃の内容物が見える。
それを見るのが毎朝の楽しみになっている。実はその後、次男次女も生まれ、今は３男３女が孵化の準備を始めている。
このまま上手く行くと金魚の餌代で、夕食のおかずが一品減るのでは・・・と心配する此の頃である。

It’s been 20 years since I bought a small house with a garden in Korinoen. My garden has been full of holes since I moved here.
My wife and I are both interested in environmental issues to some extent, and we’ve been trying to avoid taking out household garbage as much as possible, albeit in a modest way. This is the result.

I’m digging a hole in the garden to bury all the food waste. The power of nature is so terrifying that it takes only a month or two to return most of the household garbage to the soil.
I think it’s the work of the soil fungus, but it’s a marvel. As a result, every year at the beginning of spring, various buds appear from all over the garden.
Among them, pumpkins are the most vigorous. The vines were sprouting as if they were their own, and neither the trees nor the flowers in the garden were there. I think I’ll just pull it out.
Somehow I love it. In time, the yellow flowers will bloom and bear fruit. And so every summer, we can find pesticide-free pumpkins.
This year’s harvest seems to be even more bountiful than usual, and the small garden is covered with pumpkin vines climbing up into the hedge.
Maybe in a little while, we may see pumpkins in our hedge. Another one now is the tomato.
I don’t think I’ve ever grown tomatoes well before, but this year they’re doing well. Before you know it, my wife is grafting tomatoes.
I can’t just pull it out. It looks like I’ll be able to get some pesticide-free tomatoes this year. Thanks for the pumpkins in the hedge, though…
I don’t want to see the faces of the residents… We have three daughters in our family who are in the same age group. If you’re looking for a marriage proposal… “I’d like to think about it.
There is no doubt that it will be the answer to the question of Maah, that’s okay…

The baby goldfish, which I wrote about in my blog on May 16, is over a month old and has grown to about 1cm in length.
There were about 100 of them, but now there are 15 or 6 in the race for survival, with clear skin and stomach contents visible.
Seeing it has become a pleasure every morning. In fact, a second son and a second daughter were born, and now three sons and three daughters are beginning to prepare for hatching.
If things continue to go well, I’m worried that the cost of feeding the goldfish will reduce the number of side dishes for dinner.

調査録2005/06/17

採用調査（呆れた応募者）

求人誌での営業マン中採募集に応募があった。年齢４３歳、工業大学卒、大手建設会社及び住宅販売会社での職歴が３社。
面接での印象は良。言動はハキハキとしており労働意欲も十分に感じられ、面接官も「これはひろい者か・・」と思ったという。

そこで、経歴及び前職での勤怠、職務能力、退職理由などを確認する、採用調査を当社に依頼してきた。

営業から統括を経て昨日朝１番に調査員にその調査案件が配布された。調査員は、早速履歴の確認調査に着手したが、
あにはからんや調査は全く進まない。先ず、大学の卒業確認を試みたが、該当なし（大学は確認に応じてくれないが、
大学の卒業者名簿が保管されており、名簿にて確認する）。
大学新卒で就職し１３年勤めたとある大手建設会社は個人情報保護を理由に職歴確認に応じてくれない。２社目の職歴、
大手住宅販売会社に確認を試みる。直接人事を訪問しても同様の理由で多分応じてくれない。そこで、
職務経歴書から読み取れる直接の所属営業所及び同部署を管轄する営業関係部署で確認に努める事とし、
かなりの時間を費やすが全く確認できない。５年間勤め２年前に退職した先である。１０年も経過しておれば未だしも僅か２年前のこと、
古参社員は「私はこの部署に１０年居るが全く記憶にない。２?３ケ月の短期であれば自信はないが５年となるとチョット・・」との返答。
最終３社目の中堅住宅販売会社も今ひとつハッキリしない。何時もの調子で簡単に引き受けた仕事であるが、
担当調査員は頭を抱えて調査部長に相談、「部長、この人サッパリ判りません・・、何か方法有りませんでしょうか・・」。うーん・・
部長も頭をかかえるが、何か云わなければ格好も付かない。「現住所行ってみたんか・・」、　「いえ、居住地調査は別案件になりますので」、
「しかし、判らん場合は居住地が基本や、、。とにかく行ってこい」。早速、調査員は淀川区の申告住所地に向かった。履歴書には妻あり、
扶養家族蘭には２人と記録されているにもかかわらず、居住地はワンルームマンション。近所付き合いは全くなく、判ったのは、
家賃７万円で１年ほど前からの単身住まいというのみ。

この時点で、「履歴詐称の訳あり人物の可能性大」と判断されるが、確たる証拠はない。頭をかかえた調査員、再度部長に相談。
そこで部長、「社長この案件、少し費用かかりますがトコトンやりますよ・・」とひと声かけてきた。勿論OK。

結果はなんと業務上横領（横領金額８６０万円）で昨年１２月に逮捕されていた事が判明。履歴は全くのデタラメで住宅販売会社ではなく、
某大手スーパーに勤務していた人であった。無論妻子など居なく独身である。

どうして判ったのか・・。それは秘密です。但し、１００％警察などからの情報入手ではなく違法調査でもない。

ただ、たまたま今回のケースは上手く判ったが、必ず判るかと云われれば自信はない。今後ますます個人情報入手は難しくなるが、
その分アクがはびこる事になるのは間違いない。保証できる。

人権、プライバシーを護る為に、もっともっと大きな人権が侵害される結果になる可能性がある事を知って欲しい。

I received an application for a salesman recruitment in a job magazine. He is 43 years old, graduated from a technical college, and has worked for three major construction companies and a home sales company.
My impression of the interview was good. His speech was clear and his work ethic was sufficiently evident that the interviewer thought he was a broad-minded person.

Therefore, they asked us to conduct a hiring survey to verify their background, previous job performance, job skills, and reasons for leaving the company.

The case was handed out to the investigators first thing in the morning yesterday. The investigators immediately started to check the history, but
There is no progress at all in the Aniakaranya investigation. First of all, I tried to confirm the graduation of the university, but it didn’t apply (although the university didn’t respond to the confirmation).

I worked for a major construction company for 13 years after graduating from university, and the company refused to check my work history due to the protection of my personal information.

The third and final mid-sized home sales company is also not very clear. It was a job I took on easily as usual, but
The investigator in charge held his head and consulted the research manager, “Sir, I don’t understand this person at all …, is there any way to …? Hmm…
The manager was puzzled, but he had to say something or he wouldn’t look good. Did you go to his current address? – No, the residence check is a separate matter.
But if you don’t know, it’s based on where you live… Anyway, go and do it. Immediately, the investigators went to the declared address in Yodogawa Ward. I have a wife on my resume.
The residence is a one-room apartment, even though it is recorded as two in the Dependent Ran. I don’t have any neighbors at all, as far as I can tell.
The rent is 70,000 yen, and I’ve been living alone for about a year.

At this point in time, it is judged that there is a “great potential for a person with a history of history falsification,” but there is no hard evidence. The bewildered investigator consulted with the department manager again.
Then he said to me, “Mr. President, this project will cost you a little bit, but we’ll give it our all. Of course it’s OK.

It turns out that he was arrested last December for business embezzlement (embezzlement amount of 8.6 million yen). His history is complete bullshit, not a home sales company.
He was a person who worked at a major supermarket. Of course, he has no wife and children and is single.

How did you know…? It’s a secret. However, this is not 100% information from the police, and it is not an illegal investigation.

However, I just happened to find out about this case, but I’m not sure if I will. Although it will become increasingly difficult to obtain personal information, the
There is no doubt that this will result in a lot of scum. I can guarantee it.

以前にも天風会の事は書かして貰ったと思いますが、私は毎日曜日、京阪「香里園」駅のすぐ近くに所在する藤田医院の２階に在る、
香里天風会道場に通っている。入会して１４年程になり、今では指導者的立場になっている。昨日は、天風会の最大行事である「夏期特別研修会」
に向けての実行委員会が開かれた。３年前からこの実行委員会の委員長を務めており、何かと気苦労もあるが、それを自らに課された修行と心得、
楽しく積極的にやっている。昨日は、補導、班長を中心に特別研修会での役割分担を決め、当日に向けての士気高揚に努めた。

香里の夏期特別研修会は毎年夏の盛り、７月の最終週の金、土、日で開催する事を原則としており、今年は７月２２日?２４日までの金、
土、日の３日間である。毎朝８時から夕方５時まで、天風先生が説かれた「心身統一法」の基本的な事を学び、修練する。
男性は短パンひとつで体操なども素足で行う（藤田医院の中庭で行うため外目につかない。
素足に上半身裸で行修出来るのは全国でも香里だけではないか・・・。）、初めての方にとっては少し異様な雰囲気で、ヒクかも知れないが、
実は理屈にかなったやり方なのである。初心者の人にとってはかなりハードかも知れませんが、３日間やり通せば必ず何かをつかむはずです。
特に精神的に疲れている方にとっては大きな力になると思います・・・。

As I’m sure you’ve written about the Tenpukai before, I’m a member of the Tenpukai, which is located every Sunday on the second floor of Fujita Clinic, right near the Keihan “Karien” station.
He attends the Kari Tenpukai Dojo. I’ve been a member for about 14 years and now I’m in a leadership position. Yesterday, we held a special summer training session, which is the biggest event of the Tenpukai.
I’ve been the chairman of this committee for three years now, and I’ve had a lot of hard work to do, but it’s something I’ve had to learn and understand, and it’s something I’ve had to do.
I’m having fun and being proactive. Yesterday, we decided on the roles to be assigned to the special training session, mainly for the guidance and group leaders, and worked to raise morale for the day.

As a general rule, the summer special workshop in Karri is held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the last week of July in the height of summer every year, and this year it is held on Friday and Saturday from July 22 to 24.
It is a three-day event, Saturday and Sunday. Every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., we learn and practice the basic “mind-body unification method” preached by Master Tenpou.
The men wear only shorts and do gymnastics with bare feet (they do it in the courtyard of Fujita Clinic, so it is not visible to the outside world.
(Isn’t Kari the only one in Japan who can go barefoot and shirtless? The atmosphere may be a little strange for the first time visitors, and it may be a hiccup, but
In fact, it’s a logical approach. It may be quite hard for a beginner, but if you do it for three days, you will definitely get something out of it.
I think it will be a great help especially for those who are mentally exhausted….
