時代感覚

今年年号は「平成」から「令和」に、従って私は、昭和、平成、令和と３時代を生きることとなった。多分に次の年号を聞くことは無かろうと思う。というより無いことを願う。

昭和は激動の年。戦前、戦後で時代は大きく分かれ、軍国主義から民主主義へと移行。私は戦争を知らない子供として団塊世代の始まり、昭和２２年にこの世に生を受けた。従って、戦前の事は直接は知らない。ただ書物や話を聞いて想像するのは、今の北朝鮮的な環境下にあったのではないかと勝手に思っている。１６年１２月の戦線布告は、止むにやまれずとも思うが、やらされた感も強くあり、本当は「真実の歴史」をじっくりとひも解く必要があるように思う。

今、北朝鮮はアメリカ主導による自由経済券から総スカンをくい、経済封鎖に苦しんでいるが、日本も似たことからトラ・トラ・トラに至ったように思う。そういう事からすると北朝鮮の問題は軽々には考えられず、現在の一大関心事である。

昭和、平成、令和とこの３時代を振り返るに、私の知っている昭和は何といっても目覚ましい経済成長。食うや食わずの時代から飽食の時代となり、年に１５％、２０％のベースアップを経験し、直接的に経済成長の恩恵を肌身に強く感じた時代であった。

平成は、何といってもIT化か。平成５年に携帯電話が買い取り制となり、一般大衆に普及。またたく間に誰もが携帯電話を携帯するようになり、やがてスマホに変わり、誰でもどこでも何でも判るようになった。また、オフィスはワープロからパソコンに変わり、一社一台から一人一台となり、スマホやパソコンなしでは生活出来ない時代となった。ただ、昭和ほどの経済成長の実感はなく、日々の生活が贅沢になった分、家計は苦しくなり、贅沢をしながら金銭苦に悩むといった矛盾が生じて来ているようだ。

さて令和はどんな時代になるのであろう・・。よくは分からないが、今私が思うのは働き方の変化である。単に政府が進めている「働き方改革」では無く、IT化とAI化により身体を動かして働くことが徐々に無くなっていき、身体を動かすのはスポーツくらいという事になっていくのでは。

こんな思い付きを好き勝手に書きながら、今年もこのブログ更新が最後となった。今年一年このブログを覗いてくださった皆様、本当に有難うございました。週一更新を心がけているつもりながら、年を追うごとに更新回数が減っていき、多分このブログを始めた２００５年４月以降で最低の更新回数であったと思う。これも歳のせいなのかな・・・。

弊社は明日２８日、社員皆で朝からビルの大掃除をし、お昼１２時から御用納め。

令和２年が皆様にとりまして和やかな幸多い年になりますよう祈念して、年末の挨拶とさせていただきます。

The Heisei era is all about IT. In 1993, mobile phones became a buy-out system and spread to the general public. In addition, the office has changed from word processing to personal computers, and from one per company to one per person, it has become impossible to live without a smart phone or computer. However, the economy has not really grown as fast as it did in the Showa era, and as daily life has become more extravagant, households are suffering, and there seems to be a contradiction between extravagance and financial hardship.

Now, what kind of era will Reiwa be in… I’m not sure, but what I see now is a change in the way we work. It’s not just the “work style reform” that the government is promoting, but with the introduction of IT and AI, the need to work physically will gradually disappear and the only physical activity will be sports.

This is the last time I will update this blog this year, while writing these thoughts. Thank you to everyone who has taken a look at this blog over the past year. I’ve been trying to update this blog once a week, but the number of updates has been decreasing year by year, probably the lowest since I started this blog in April 2005. Is this also because of my age…?

師走の深酒を避けるコツ

毎年の事ながら１２月にはいると忘年会という名のもとに飲み会が連日の如く入る。例年決まっているのが１１回、それに飛び入りがあると、それこそ連日の如くとなる。ところが今年は例年行事を少し省き、８回に押さえた。結構楽になる。でも今週　月・火と東京で理事会兼忘年会が２日続き、昨夜我が家に帰ったのは深夜１２時を回っていた。

寄る年波には勝てず、徐々に体力的にきつくなり、無理は禁物と酒量も押さえているが、注がれるとついついとなってしまう。宴席というのはどうしても注いで注がれてになるので、度を越えてしまう。そこで考えたのが、早々に注がれない酒に切り替えること。

ビールや日本酒はどうしても注いで注がれて、ところが焼酎のお湯割りとか水割りはそうはならない。これが宴会での深酒を避けるコツ。近年はこの手に徹している。

紅葉

我が家の近くの公園。見とれるばかりの紅葉。

広太郎(我が家の長男）は余り散歩は好きではない。犬にしては珍しく屋内大好きで、散歩に連れ出すと10メートル歩くか歩かないかでストライキを起こす。所謂座り込みである。ところが一括して無理に引っ張ると意外に素直についてくる。ところがまた10メートルも歩くと座り込む。これを３・４回繰り返すと、何故か後は普通に歩きだす。少し疲れて自己主張も面倒になるのか、それとも単にあきらめるのかは知らないが、後はご主人様（私のこと）の後をとコトコトとついてくる。

散歩道は決まっているわけではなく、足の向くまま気の向くままであるが、一番多いのが家の東側に当たる「銀杏並木通り」から「欅通り」を通るコースで、写真の如く紅葉シーズンは特に美しく、心和むコースである。ほぼ毎朝、天風先生の録音テープを聞きながら30分から長い時は一時間ほどゆっくりと散歩する。

Almost every morning, I take a leisurely walk for 30 minutes to an hour at times while listening to a tape recorded by Dr. Tenpou.

経歴詐称と詐欺師

「嘘は泥棒のはじまり」などと子供の頃に言われた記憶があるが、それと同様、「経歴詐称は詐欺師のはじまり」と言える。詐欺師で自分の経歴をごまかしていない人は一人もいない。１００％詐称している。

可なり前にもこのブログで、「詐欺師を見つけるのは、その人が自称する経歴をきちっと調べればだいたい分かる」と書いた記憶があるが、その経歴の特徴は、学歴は悪くても早稲田、慶応卒以上のハイレベルな大学か院卒。職歴は多いのが商社系か公益法人または行政機関、それも大概が特別職で１・２年で転々としている。またコンサルタントの歴も多い。

こんな履歴書が届いた場合は先ず？？。

実は先ほど何時ものようにレポートの点検をしていたら、詐欺師の典型と思えるレポートに出会った。ただ驚いたのは、今日の詐欺師は履歴書の名前すら嘘、偽名で就職応募していた。学歴も職歴も嘘で、名前すら嘘をついているのに、どうしてそれが分ったの？という事になるが、それはそれ、わが社の調査員にかかれば・・・ということ。

実はこのレポートを見ていて思うのが、個人情報保護と匿名社会の到来。数年前に役所は住民票も戸籍も原則公開（法的）にも関わらず非公開（運用）にしてしまった。従って、一般人は一般人が公開する個人情報は信じるしかない。検証することが殆ど不可能に近くなっているから。

警察など役所は権限で大体のことを検証することができるが、一般の人は個人情報保護、プライバシー、人権擁護の壁に閉ざされ、人の事に関しては何が本当か何が嘘か検証することが出来なくなっている。そんな社会を国民皆で形成している。

故に詐欺師は詐欺のしたいほうだい。今日の被調査人（調査対象者）のごときは、妻も子供もいながら、エグジェクティブな女性をターゲットに金銭詐欺を繰り返している御仁であったが、履歴書を信じれば、素晴らしく有能な御仁に思える人である。
