今年のゴールデンウイークは飛び石とは言いながら流石に長い。ところが私は以前から休みの計画は殆ど立てた事がない。
何故か祭日が眼中になく、その週になって気づくことが多い。若いころに勤めていた会社が６:１勤務と言って、
祭日など全く関係なく６日出勤して１日休むハードな会社であったためかもしれない。そんなことで、
今年は思い立って１泊２プレーのゴルフを楽しんだのみで、後は老朽化した我が家の屋根の修理と読書と囲碁でのんびりと優雅な連休を楽しんだ・
・。ただ家族は多分不満に思っているのでは・・。

それにしてもJR西日本の事故はひどい。報道されている通りの無謀運転による事故であれば余りにも情けない。
会社の安全管理に対する姿勢にマスコミは批判を集中させているが、確かにJRの安全管理に問題はあると思うが、
その以前に運転手の適正能力が一番の問題のように思う。運転手への登用試験がどんなものか判らないが、ある意味私生活も含め、その適正
（性格素行を含む）を定期的にチエックする必要があるのでは。多数の人の命を預かる運転という仕事に従事する人は、
多くの人の人権を護るために自らの人権、プライバシーはある程度犠牲になっても仕方ないと考える。だって、
人権の最たるものは人の命なのだから。

昔は、「武士の情け」というのがあったものだが、最近のマスコミは、これでもかこれでもか・・と情け容赦なく叩く。
今報道されている各種不祥事は、ある意味叩かれて当然とは思うが、それにしてもと思ってしまうのは私だけでしょうか・・・。

今週日曜日フィットネスクラブに入会した。実は運動不足を補う意味もあって４年ほど前に、知人が営むボクシングジムに通い始めた。週２回のジム通いであったが、これが中々ハード、３分の長さをイヤというほど思い知らされた。しんどければ休めばいいのだが、ボクシングというのは人間が本来持っている闘争本能を蘇えらせるスポーツらしく、リングにあがれば力の限り向かっていく。だが、闘争心をたぎらせ、しっかりと汗をかいた後の爽快感は何ともいえない。その爽快感に暫くはまっていたが昨年２月、突然肩の痛みを感じた・・。サンドバックの叩き過ぎかと思っていたが、実際は五十肩。以来１年肩痛に悩まされる事となり、ボクシングジムも自然休会と相成った。今年に入り大分調子がよくなったので、復活を・・と考えたが、周囲から「少し歳を考えろ、５７歳にもなってボクシングはきつすぎる。健康にも必ずしも良いとはいえない・・、」等々の忠告があり、では何をと考えていたところ、駅前のフィットネスクラブが目に入り飛び込んだというわけ・・。直ぐに入会し、日・月と連続して通った。今のところ水泳しかしていないが、これがまた思っていたよりハード。一気に５０メートルが中々しんどい。徐々に慣らしていこうと思うが・・、それにしても久しぶりに運動の後の爽快感を味わった。当分はやみつきに成りそうな雰囲気。

ただ、入会手続きの際に、「免許証をコピーさせて貰ってよろしいでしょうか・・」と受付の素敵なお嬢さんから今風に言われた。一瞬、エッ・・。ここ数ヶ月個人情報の事が頭にこびりついて離れない私にとっては、一寸・・と云う感じ。「別に構わないけどコピーした免許書の扱い、処理は・・」、と聞くと、そこはマニュアリ通りの答え、「これを読んで頂ければ」とＡ４の紙を見せられた。ザッと流し読みをすると、そのフィットネスクラブを運営する会社は勿論、関連企業全てでの使用を承諾する、と成っている。保護法に照らせば何も問題は無い。本人承諾で免許証をコピーし、その使途の範囲もキッチリと告げられている。これにＯＫすれば、当の企業グループで私の免許証に記載されている個人情報は使い放題になる・・。当然のこと、それにＯＫをして免許証のコピーをとらせる訳だから・・。別に私の免許証が何処に流れようと何一つ支障は感じないが、「それにしても・・・」と少し考えさせられた。

就職の際の履歴確認で、前職及び前々職に「何々さんが、以前御社にお勤めだったようですが間違い御座いませんでしょうか・・。何時から何時までと聞いておりますが・・」と問うと、「それは個人情報ですから・・。当社は個人情報については一切お答えできません」、「居たか居なかったかだけでも・・」、「個人情報ですから・・それも」、そんな遣り取りが極々普通に成りつつある・・。個人情報保護法が何の為に作られ、何を護ろうとしているのかサッパリ判っていない。個人の事を調べる事が出来ないような社会を作ってしまったらいったいどんな事に成るだろう・・。「それは個人情報ですから・・」とのたまう、官公庁や大手企業の人事担当者諸君。本当にそれで良いのか・・。幾らマニュアル人間でもこれくらいの事は考えて欲しい。法律は最低の道徳、そんなに難しい事や出来もしない事を決めているはずがない・・。それをアホな学者や識者と云われる人種が、一般常識などそっちのけで、「この条文を解釈すると・・・となり、・・・の可能性がある」等と、こねくり回してもっともらしく話し、講演料を手にしている。受講者は、ただただ教えをこうと言う事で、話しの内容や解釈に何一つ疑問を持たず、マニュアルをいかに作るかのみを考える。一方マニュアルが出来ると社員は何の疑問も持たずマニュアル通りにいかに行うかのみを考える。そして、マニュアル社会とマニュアル人間が完成して行くのだ・・

トホホ・・、日本の行く先やいかに・・・。

I joined a fitness club this Sunday. In fact, I started going to a boxing gym run by an acquaintance about four years ago, partly to compensate for my lack of exercise. I was going to the gym twice a week, but this was so hard that I didn’t want to be three minutes long. またまた大番頭にしかられた。「社長・・、数日ブログ書いてないようですが・・」、「エッ・・あれ週一違うの」、「だめですよ、そんなんじゃ・・」、と云う事で今日も・・・、社長はツライ・・。

私は電車通勤で乗車時間が約２０分、この間は一貫して本を読んでいる。趣味のひとつが読書で、電車通勤を始めた２３の時から今日まで,２５年間、毎朝夕（時々夜中・・）本を読んでいる。ジャンルなどという高尚なものは何も無い。ただ、手当たり次第にある本を読むと云ったスタイル。従って、月に１?２度図書館に足を運び、適当に目にとまった本を数冊まとめて借りる。私の妻も同類項なので、その点便利が良い。図書館に行く時間が無ければ、お互いが借りてきた本を手にしている。そんな事で、今朝も妻が昨日借りてきた本を手にして電車に乗った。本は、ビートたけしの「私は世界できらわれる」であった。パラパラと読み始めると、あにはからんや、これが意外と面白い。たけしがこんな事まで書くか・・・、ムチャ嬉しくなった。そこで、内容の一部を紹介する事にする。

久々に痛快な思いであった。そこで気分を良くし、何時もは「北浜」駅で降りるのだが、一つ手前の「天満橋」で下車し、桜並木の大川端を歩くことにした。満開の桜並木、ウキウキ気分で出社におよんだ・・。

今日は良いことありそうだ。　人権日本に栄えあれ、詐欺師天国の到来だ・・。
