飲み屋で友人とばったり。可也酩酊している様子、で、開口一番「松谷さん、もうあかん。
こうして飲むのも今日が最後や、９５円やで・・９５円、もうあかんわ・・
・。」、｢確かに急激過ぎるはな・・・」、「１１５円で設定しているねん」、「何か方法あるやろう、
両だてするとか・・」、「内は１００％輸出や・・、輸入はゼロやし、投機的な事は一寸・・」。
そんなこんなで相当堪えている様子。だが慰めようもないし私の知識では適当な助言もできない。ただ、「今日は飲めているから良しとし・・、明日は明日・・・」と判ったようなわからない話でお酒をにごし、
後は何時もの調子。

だが、こんな嘆きは彼だけではない。国民の多くが、実態を伴わない訳のわからない投機マネーに操られ、
実生活に大きな影響を受けている。円高、原油高、サブプライムローン問題等など、
それにしても急激過ぎる。門外漢の私にはよくわからないが、
実態に関係なく投機筋の思惑で世界中の人が踊らされているような気がしてならない。

しかもこんな経済の混乱期に肝心な日銀総裁人事が政争の具に使われ、
結果総裁不在でこの荒海を乗り切らなければならない。政治家はいったい何を考えているのか・・。
多数決と言うのが民主主義の原理原則であるが多数決が故に右往左往する事も多く、無責任な世の中をつくっているようにも思える。

何れにしても経済も政治ももう少し実態に即したものに成らないと、真面目にコツコツと生きている多くの人が意欲を無くしてしまう。

It has a huge impact on my real life. A strong yen, high oil prices, subprime loan problems, etc.
Even so, it’s too sudden. I’m not sure, being an outsider.
Regardless of the reality of the situation, I can’t help but feel that people all over the world are being played by speculators.

Moreover, in such a time of economic turmoil, the crucial appointment of the Bank of Japan governor is being used as a political tool.
As a result, we have to ride out this stormy sea in the absence of a president. What are the politicians thinking…?
Majority rule is the principle of democracy, but because of majority rule, we often go back and forth and back and forth, and it seems to me that we are creating an irresponsible world.

In any case, if the economy and politics don’t become more realistic, many people who are making a serious effort will lose their motivation.

昨年９月に着工した新居がようやく完成、一昨日転居した。同じ香里園地区であるが行政区は違い枚方市になる。駅から徒歩１６分、
前より１分遠くなったが高台の見晴らしの良い所であり、結構気に入っている。運動がてらに歩くには丁度良い距離である。
ただ坂が多く朝は良いが仕事帰りは少しきついかも。

家は和風であるが設備は相当ハイテク化しており、正直全く判らない。とにかく何でも自動で、以前とは全く勝手が違い、
妻も私も戸惑うばかり。新居を楽しむと云うより何か仮住まいをしていると言った感じで少々疲れ気味である。
正直この歳になっての転居はきついものがある。

ただ間違いなくこの家が終のすみかになると思う。焦らずのんびりと本当の自分の家に創り上げて行こうと考えている。

Our new house, which started in September last year, was finally completed and we moved in the day before yesterday. It is in the same Korinoen district, but the administrative district is different and becomes Hirakata City. It’s a 16-minute walk from the station.
It’s a minute farther than the previous one, but I like it quite a bit because it has a good view of the high ground. It’s a good distance to walk for exercise.
It’s good in the morning with a lot of slopes, but it might be a little tough on the way home from work.

The house is Japanese style, but the equipment is quite high-tech, so I honestly don’t understand it at all. Anyway, everything is automatic and completely different from before.
My wife and I are both confused. I feel a little tired because I feel like I’m making a temporary house rather than enjoying my new house.
To be honest, it’s hard to move at this age.

I just think it’s definitely going to be the end of the house. I’m going to take my time and create my own home.

啓蟄の声を聞けば少しはと思ったが相変わらず寒い。しかし、この寒さの中でも梅は季節を忘れず、見事に開花してきた。
この時期になると通勤路が少し変わる。自宅から駅まで約１５分の道程を、梅の花を求めてジグザグに歩く事となる。
今朝は友呂岐神社の梅の木にメジロが２羽止まって蜜を吸っていた。梅に鶯ではないがメジロもよく似合う、
そこで写真にと直ぐに携帯におさめたが、さてメジロは何所に・・・・。

  全く判らない。電車を一台遅らせたのに・・・。

　 そこで申し訳ないので大阪天満宮の境内正面に飾られている見事な盆梅を撮ってきた。
唐衣が樹齢２５０年、あけぼのが樹齢１００年である。

今週日曜日は、香里天風会の
「新道場開設記念講演会」であったが非常に盛会裡に終える事ができた。

気になっていた出席者も優に目標をオーバー、６０名で満席の会場に７０名が入り、身動きし辛いほどの盛況であった。
会員の努力もあるが流石に尾身理事長（前財務大臣）の名前は凄い。また、講演内容も感動的で、会員は勿論、
初参加の方の多くが至極感激した様子であった。主催者としては何よりの喜びであった。また、尾身先生自身も結構感じ易いほうなのか、
講演中に声を詰まらせるシーンが何度かあった。
それほどに天風先生に対する思い入れが強かったと云う事なのでしょうが、後から直接先生に聞いてみると、
「皆の熱意がヒシヒシと感じられ、非常に話していて気持ちが良かった。香里は皆素晴らしい・・・」とのことであった。

朝目覚めた時は、真っ白の雪景色に、飛行機は・・、関空は・・、と頭も真っ白になったが（講演者、
尾身理事長は当日沖縄から関空経由で香里園に来る予定であった）、何事も無く、講演会は盛会で、
しかも理事長よりお褒めの言葉を頂くことができた。天風会員冥利につきる嬉しい一日であった。

I could feel everyone’s enthusiasm and it felt very good to talk about it. Everyone at Kari is wonderful…

When I woke up in the morning, it was a pure white snow scene, the airplane………………………………………….
(Mr. Omi was going to come to Korien from Okinawa via Kansai airport), the lecture meeting was successful without any problems.
Moreover, I was able to receive a compliment from the chairman of the board. It was a happy day to be blessed with the members of Tenpou.

来る２月２４日（日）に私が代表を務める香里天風会の新道場開設記念講演会を開催する。
記念講演は、
財団法人天風会理事長で前財務大臣の尾身幸次先生に来て頂くことになっている。
その準備と新入社員研修（２名採用）で結構バタバタとしており、中々ブログを書く時間が取れない。そこで、
またまた何時ものように手抜きを決め込み、講演会に先立っての挨拶文を事前にしたためたので、それを添付させて貰うことにする。

今日は香里天風会の新道場開設記念講演会にかくも多数ご参加いただきましたこと、衷心より厚く御礼申し上げます。
会員の皆様は今更という感じでしょうが、今日は、町会の皆様方にもお声がけをさせて頂き、初参加の方も多数お見えでございますので、
記念講演に先立ちまして少し香里天風会の歴史と申しますか、生い立ちを紹介させて頂きます。

元々香里の天風会は当道場を提供していただいている藤田和恵先生が発端でございます。昭和３７年、
体調の優れなかった藤田和恵が大阪で開催されていた天風先生の公開講演を聞き、先生の
「真理の話」
に衝撃的な感動を覚え、以来今風に言うならば天風先生の追っかけを始めたそうでございます。女の直感と申しますか、
和恵さんは天風先生に始めてお会いしたときに「本物」と直感され、
翌日には無理やりご主人の元洋先生を講演にお誘いし、
以来２人３脚で天風道一途の道を歩まれ、香里天風会の礎をきずきました。

昭和４１年、
香里本通町の藤田邸改築時に藤田医院の２階に天風会の道場を造り、お庭の中に４?５０人が体操のできるスペースを設け、
天風会一色の環境を作られました。そして、診察に訪れる患者さん等に積極的にお声がけをし、
毎日曜日藤田邸を開放し行修を始められたそうです。そうした献身的な活動に、天風先生も「うい奴」と思われたのか、
わざわざこの香里の藤田邸にお見えになられお泊りに成ったこともあったそうです。
昭和４３年天風先生ご帰霊後は、２代目会長の安武先生、
３代目会長の野崎さんにも至極可愛がられ、安武先生などは何回と無く藤田邸でお泊りになられたようです。そして、
昭和４６年、
安武会長の強い要請で財団法人天風会の香里支部を立ち上がりました。
以来営々として旧藤田邸で正月３ケ日以外の日曜日は、朝９時から１２時まで一日も休むことなく修錬が行われてきました。また、春・
秋の１日行修会、ハイキング、７月末３日間の夏期特別研修会も欠かすことなく続けてまいりました。
支部設立当初の特別研修会には、野崎先生や安武先生などが直接ご指導に見えられたようです。その後は長く、
山形に居られる伊藤久吉先生にご指導いただき、４年前からは東京の稲松先生、また、春・
秋の行修会は山田務明先生、
その後は神戸の南方先生にご指導頂いてまいりました。

ところが香里園駅前東地区の再開発計画に伴い立ち退きを余儀なくされ、昨年末に藤田先生と共にこの東香里園町に移り、
今日の道場開きとなった次第です。

今日の「記念講演会お誘いの案内」にも少し書かせて頂きましたが、旧道場は古いながら道場にも庭木にも天風会員の気が染み込み、
一歩踏み入っただけでその気を強く感じる人もいたくらいです。そんな皆で創り上げた素晴らしい道場であっただけに、
立ち退きは非常に残念でしたが、社会の要請ゆえ致し方ないことでございました。
天風会は繰言は申しません。後は、
この新道場を以前にも増した立派な天風会道場にしていきたいと思っております。所謂、
形ではなく天風会らしい積極の気が染み込んだ道場にしたいと云う事です。
その為皆様と共に一生懸命歩んでいきたいと思いますので宜しくお願いいたします。また、今日は、
財団法人天風会本部より尾身理事長をお迎えし、
この香里道場の開設を記念してご講演を頂く事になっております。

尾身理事長は皆様ご存知の通り、
衆議院議員として目覚しいご活躍をなさっている先生でございます。
多くの方は既にご承知かと存じますがここで簡単に先生のプロフィールをご紹介させて頂きます。

先生は、１９３２年（昭和７年）１２月、群馬県の沼田市で８人兄弟の長男として生まれ、
父親の行商の手伝いなどをしながらも昭和２７年に一橋大学に入学。
奨学金と家庭教師のアルバイトで学費を賄う苦学をして、５６年（Ｓ３２年）に大学を卒業、
同時に通産省にキャリアとして入省、

以来、ニューヨーク領事、各課の課長を歴任なさり、８２年６月中小企業庁指導部長を最後に通産省を退官。
翌８３年１２月衆議院議員選挙に群馬一区から出馬され初当選、以来８回連続当選を果され、
９７年には国務大臣経済企画庁長官、
０１年国務大臣　沖縄及び北方対策担当大臣を歴任し、前安部内閣では財務大臣を重責を担われていました。

ところが、このような多忙な分刻みの生活の中でも、天風会の主だった行事には必ず参加なさっておられます。

後で、先生からもお話があるかもわかりませんが、先生は、「議員が天風会員になったのではない、天風会員が議員をしているのだ」
と公言なさっておられるやに聞き及んでおります。先生は昭和３６年に天風会に入会なさり、以来、心の本籍を天風会に置き、熱心に行修を続け、
今は財団法人天風会の理事長を務めていただいています。このような先生に、この香里の道場開設に際し、
記念講演を頂けますことはこの上ない喜びでございます。香里の会員を代表いたしまして厚く御礼申し上げます。

On February 24 (Sunday), I will hold a lecture to commemorate the opening of the new dojo of the Kori Tenpukai, which I represent.
The memorial lecture was given by
Dr. Koji Omi, Chairman of the Tenpukai Foundation and former Minister of Finance, is scheduled to visit us.
I’ve been busy with the preparations and new employee training (hiring two new employees), so I haven’t had time to write a blog yet. So.
I decided to cut corners again, as usual, and wrote my greeting prior to the lecture.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the many people who attended the lecture today to commemorate the opening of the new dojo of the Kori Tenpukai.
I’m sure it’s too late for members, but I’d like to invite the members of the town association to join us today, and many of you are here for the first time.
Before the commemorative lecture, I would like to introduce the history of the Kori Tenpukai, or the history of its birth.

Originally, the Tenpukai in Kari was started by Kazue Fujita-sensei, who has been providing our dojo. Thirty-seven years ago.
Kazue Fujita, who wasn’t feeling well, listened to a public lecture by Dr. Amikaze in Osaka, and then she was able to see Dr. Amikaze’s

Since then, he has started to follow Mr. Amakaze. It’s like a woman’s intuition.
When she first met Dr. Tenpou, she intuited that he was the “real deal”.
The next day, I forced her to invite her husband, Dr. Hiroshi Yuan, to give a lecture.
Since then, the two of them have walked the path of the Heavenly Wind Path in a single-minded manner and have laid the foundation for the Kori Tenpukai.

In 1966.
At the time of the renovation of Fujita’s residence in Kori Hondori-cho, the dojo of the Tenpukai was built on the second floor of Fujita’s clinic, and a space where 4 to 50 people can exercise was created in the garden.
It has created an environment with a single color of Tenpukai. In addition, we will proactively greet patients who visit us for medical examinations, etc.
Every Sunday, he opened the house to the public and began his practice. With such dedication to his activities, I wonder if he thought of him as a “wee guy”.
There was a time when he came all the way to stay with us at the Fujita residence in Kori.
After the death of Dr. Tenpou in 1968, Dr. Yasutake, the second chairman of the company, and Dr. Yasutake, the second chairman of the company, came to Japan.
Mr. Nozaki, the third generation chairman, also took very good care of him, and Mr. Yasutake and others seemed to stay at the Fujita residence many times. And.

After that, I was guided by Mr. Minakata in Kobe.

However, due to the redevelopment plan of the east area in front of the Korinoen station, we were forced to move to Higashi-Korinoen-cho with Dr. Fujita at the end of last year.
Today’s dojo opening was held.

As I wrote in today’s “Invitation to the Memorial Lecture”, although the old dojo is old, both the dojo and the trees in the garden are steeped in the spirit of the Amakusa members.
There were even people who felt the urge to do so just by taking one step in. It was a wonderful dojo that we all built together.
Although the eviction was very disappointing, it was unavoidable due to the demands of society.
The Tenpukai does not make any remarks. The rest.
I would like to make this new dojo more respectable than ever before. so to speak.
I would like to make it a dojo that is imbued with the positive spirit of the Tenpukai, not a form.
Therefore, I would like to move forward with you all and thank you for your support. Also, today.

Chairman Omi, as you all know.
He is doing a remarkable job as a member of the House of Representatives.
Many of you may already be aware of this, but I would like to give you a brief introduction to his profile.

He was born in December 1932 in Numata City, Gunma Prefecture, as the eldest son of eight siblings.
While helping his father with a peddling business, he entered Hitotsubashi University in 1952.
He struggled to pay for his school fees with a scholarship and a part-time job as a tutor, and graduated from the university in 1957.
At the same time, he joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) as a career

In June 1982, he retired from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) as Director of the Guidance Department of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.
In December 1983, he ran for the first time in the House of Representatives election from Gunma’s first constituency, and since then he has been elected eight times in a row.
In 1997, he was appointed Director General of the Economic Planning Agency by the Minister of State.
In 2001, he served as Minister of State in charge of Okinawa and Northern Territories, and in the previous Abe Cabinet, he was the Minister of Finance.

However, even in the midst of such a busy life, she always participated in the main events of the Tenpukai.

I don’t know if you’ll hear from the teacher later, but he said, “It’s not the MPs who have become members of Tenpou, it’s the members of Tenpou who have become MPs.
I’ve heard that you have publicly stated that you are the one who is the best at what you do. He became a member of the Tenpukai in 1961, and since then he has put his heart’s domicile in the Tenpukai and has continued his practice with great enthusiasm.
He is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tenpukai Foundation. I would like to express my gratitude to such a sensei for opening this dojo in Kori.
