今日午前中の話。　”社長電話ですよ・・・”、懐かしい友人からの電話（元の職場の同僚であった友人（元調査員））。

「松ちゃん元気？、ところでチョット悪いんやけど、
某人の大学の卒業と勤め先の確認できへんかな・・？」、「何それ」、
「いや、一寸仕事の関係なんやけど・・・、
平成５年の○○大学卒で○○会社に１３年ほど勤めていたと云う人なんやけど、どうもオカシイねん」。

「そんなこと自分でやりーや。昔取ったきねづかで・・・」、「うん、それが自分なりにやってみたんやけど、学校は、それは個人情報なんで・・
等と最もらしい理由をつけて応えてくれんし、会社に訪ねても、個人のことは・・・とかで何も判らんのや。
何か昔と違ってえらいことになってるねんナー？」

「そやで・・・、昔とは全然違ってきて、個人の事は何も判らなくなってるねん。
確認するシステムが個人情報保護を理由に、全てシャットアウトされつつあるねん」、「ほなどないすんの・・。個人の事は何も言えんという事は、逆に云えば個人の事は何でもかんでも云いたいほうだいかいな・
・・？」、「そや、だから俺、最近腹たちまぎれ云うてんねん。
東大卒や京大卒が一挙に倍増するデーって・・」、「何でそないな事になってん？」、

「そら、人権の有識者とか・・色々賢いお方が集まって、卓上の空論でやるからこないな事になるんとちゃうか？。今は、
戸籍も住民票も取れんしな・・。成りすましなんて簡単に出来る世の中になってるねん。匿名社会とか云われて、個人情報保護の行き過ぎを一時非難する声もあったが何時の間にか、
個人の事は答えないと云うのが定着しつつある。事なかれ主義の典型だネ・・。
警察なんか退職者は勿論、現職でも居るかいないかさえ云わない。
自分らが調べる時は個人情報保護も人権もプライバシーもあったものではないが、自らの事になると徹底して隠す。だから、”
元○○警察で刑事していた”などと大洞吹いても絶対ＯＫやで・・・。幾らたずねても居たとも居なかったとも云わないんだから・・・」、

「そんなアホな、住民票も戸籍も見れんわ、学歴も職歴も確認できんわ、エ、
それでどないすんねん。名詞なんか何ぼでも作れるんやで・・、確認できんちゅうことは、何でも有りかいな。結婚離婚を何回繰り返していても、
本人が初婚と云えばそれまでか・・」、

「そやで・・、個人の事を確認しよう思うたら、本人にその為の承諾を貰わんといかんらしいわ・・・。
しかも書面で貰わんと、確認に必要な本人承諾の証明がでけへんねん」、

「えらいこっちゃなー、と云うことは何か、商取引でも何でも、
相手の事を知ろうと思えば、相手に調べさせてもらうよってに、その為の承諾書をお願いします、って云うわけ。
そんなアホなことがあるかいな・・、これから取引しようとか、付き合いしようとか、名詞だされて大きな話されても、
相手の事を本当に知ろうと思うと、調べさせてもらいますよってに、調べてもらって結構です、
という意味の書面を書いて下さい、なんてお願いするんか・・？
」

「そういう事になるわナ・・」、「そら一寸おかしいちゃうか・・、相手の確認もまともにできんで、それで騙されたらどないすんねん」、

「そら、騙された方がアホやねん」、「騙された方がアホやいうても、調べられへんのやろ、そらおかしいわ・・・」

こんな話で延々３０分。結局何とかやってみよう、と云う事にはしたが、奴さん、調査料など全く眼中にない。時代錯誤もはなはだしい・
・・？。

誰が・・、どっちが・・、二人ともや・・。人権の有識者にこっぴどく叱られそう。

だが、幾ら自分なりに勉強しても、こうした「人に関する調査」を、個人情報とか人権、プライバシイを理由に出来なくしてしまうシステムや考え方
（否定する考え方）はどうしても理解できない。納得がいかないと云うよりも、「人を調べてはいけない」などと云う考え方がまかり通る世の中になったら、
いったいどんな事がおこるだろうとそら恐ろしくなる。多分、詐欺や契約違反など民事訴訟は倍増で、弁護士はウハウハかもしれないが。

有識者曰く、　「人を調べてはいけない」などと云う法律は作っていないし、
そのような指導もしていない。ただ、採用調査は差別につながるおそれがあるから「ダメだ」といっている。結婚調査も、
差別につながるおそれがあるから「ダメ」だと云っている。戸籍も住民票も、使い方によっては差別につながるおそれがあるから「ダメ」
だと云っている。

確かに使い方によっては「つながるおそれ」はあると思う。かと云って、つながるおそれが有るものは「ダメ」としたら、
世の中の大方のものは「ダメ」という事になる。

包丁や剃刀やハンマー等を凶器とした殺傷事件は多くあるが、
包丁や剃刀やハンマー等の製造や使用を禁ずる行政指導などは聞いたことがない。ところが「差別」となると、つながるおそれのあるものは全て
「ダメ」であり、人権団体のみならず行政も徹底した指導をしている。人の差別は、奥深く非常に微妙な問題であり、その事は重々承知している。
しかし、かといって「人事調査」を否定して差別がなくなるものではない。

「差別」をなくすための啓発運動を批判するような考えは毛頭ないし、自らも啓発活動には積極的に参加しているつもりである。ただ、
「人事調査」を否定するような考え方には、これからも、はぐれ狼の如く吠え続けて行こうと思う。

今週日曜（１９日）、京阪電車の中ノ島新線が開通。早速、新線利用で通勤。ワクワク気分で新駅の「なにわ橋」駅に降り立った。全てが真新しく何とも清清しい、エスカレーターを乗り継ぐこと３回、
地上に上がるや目に飛び込んで来たのが中ノ島公会堂、一瞬立ちすくんで見とれてしまった。爽やかな気分で「矛流し橋」を渡り、
裁判所の横を通って会社へ。今までの北浜駅とは大分気分が違う、距離にすれば３００ｍほどであるが、中ノ島と北浜では空気が違う感じ。
しかも、３分短縮、当分は通勤を楽しめそう。

京阪中ノ島新線「なにわ橋」駅。新聞報道によると壁や天井に使われている木材はカナダ産とか、
構内に木の香が微かに漂っている。今までの駅とは違い、何となくゆったりと気分が漂う駅である。

左側に中ノ島公会堂、正面の茶色い建物が裁判所、木の先が矛流し橋であるが上手く撮れていない。

これは裁判所の東側にある弁護士会館、弊社はその北側。

This Sunday (19th), the new Nakanoshima line of the Keihan Railway will be in service. I immediately commuted to work on the new line. I got off at the new “Naniwabashi” station with a feeling of excitement. Everything is brand new and clean, and it took me three times to take the escalator.
As soon as I went up to the ground, I saw the Nakanoshima Public Hall, and I stood there and stared at it for a moment. We crossed the “Mo Nagashi Bridge” with a refreshing feeling.
I walked through the side of the courthouse to the company. The air feels different in Nakanoshima and Kitahama though it is about 300m if it is a 300m distance to the Kitahama station of the past and a big feeling is different.
Moreover, it seems to enjoy commuting for the time being.

三八会。昭和３８年中学卒の同級生会の名称が「三八会」、
極めて単純な名前で何処にでもありそうであるが、小生にとってはとても貴重な名前であり会である。我が家の娘などは「サンパチカイ」
と聞くだけで、呆れ顔になる。何故かって・・・、余りにも多いから。「お父さん、同窓会年に何回やるの・・・？」、
そんな事を言われながら今週の日曜も朝早くから三八会の集まりにイソイソと出かけた。

集合は新幹線の三島駅、１２時ジャスト。昼から箱根観光をして、夜は大箱根ホテル泊、
翌６日は大箱根ゴルフクラブでゴルフを楽しもうとの企画。

気のおけないやんちゃ坊主（女）の集まり、年に何回やっても楽しさは変わらない。
日曜の箱根は今にも雨になりそうなどんよりとした天気、翌月曜は朝から結構な雨。ところが流石女子プロのトーナメント開催地（今年８月）、
芝はしっかりしているしグリーンの速さは天下一品、７ヤードで打ったつもりが５ヤードオーバー。
出だしからスリーパットのボギーと午前中は散々であったが、昼からは早いグリーンにも少し慣れ、パー６の好成績で終わった。

箱根のロープウエイ。２０人乗り位の大型でひっきりなしに来る、そのスケールの大きさにビックリ・・。

箱根の大涌谷。地球の息吹をまざまざと感じさせる風景であった。観光客は相当数いたが、アレッここはどこ、中国か・・？、
と錯覚しそうなくらい中国語が飛び交っていた。

以前「中ノ島の風景」と題して、春の陽気につられ、中ノ島をぶらついた時の風景、
ホームレスとの出会いや国旗掲台の寂しさ（錆びれと日本人の心の寂しさ）などをこのブログに書いた覚えがあるが、今日も秋の陽気につられ、
久ぶりに中ノ島を歩きたくなった。お昼を済ませブラッと出かけたところ、中ノ島公会堂（明治の洋館建）
の前に陣取った小学生の写生風景に出会った。特に絵に興味がある訳ではないが、何故か子供の絵には強く引かれるものがあり、暫く、
子供の描く絵に見入っていた。ジックリと公会堂を見ながら克明に写生する大人顔負けの画家の卵的な子もいれば、何所を見て書いたのか、
ササッと画用紙に線を引き、後は隣の子にちょっかいを出して遊んでいる子など実に様々である。特に男の子のやんちゃぶりが面白い。
絵は３分の１も描けていないが立ち上がってはねまわっている、とても楽しそうに・・・。「絵などいい加減でいい・・・、遊べあそべ・・・、」
、つい応援したくなってしまった。

小生は通勤時間が多分３分程短縮される。１９日は新線利用でこの駅に降り立つつもり。

For the first time in a while, I wanted to walk around Nakanoshima. After lunch, we went out for a quick walk, and Nakanoshima Public Hall (Western-style building of Meiji era)

I stared at the picture the child had drawn. There were some children who looked at the public hall with a stunned expression and sketched in detail.
There are various kinds of children, such as those who quickly draw a line on the drawing paper and then play with the neighboring children. The mischievousness of the boys is especially interesting.
He’s not even a third of the way through the picture, but he’s standing up and bouncing around, looking very happy… I don’t want to draw, I want to play, I want to play, I want to play.
I felt compelled to support them.
