今年の漢字「変」
今年の漢字は「変」と決まった。
「変革」とか「変化」とか、色々な形で「変」が多く使われ話題になった年であるが、私の感想は
「変革」とか「変化」ではなく、「何か変だ」・・・の「変」な年であった様に思う・・・。
「変革」とか「変化」と云う言葉から受けるイメージは、
私的には、自主的で先に向かっての能動的な感じを受け、昨年の「偽」
などよりは遥かに積極的で明るい印象である。
ところが小生が感じた今年のイメージは、「何か変」の
「変」でしかなかった。
このブログでも書いた記憶があるが、何と云ってもあの無茶苦茶な原油の高騰、その影響でガソリンが１リットル２００円、
小生の出身地の隠岐ノ島などは２３０円まで高騰したが、今や１００円を切るまでに下がっている。１年の間で１００％
の乱高下など投機以外の何者でもない。投機が投機筋の中だけで動いている間は良いが、
この急激な不況にみられるように額に汗することなく稼ぐ金融筋のマネーゲームが実体経済に影響し、予想もしない急激な不況に至る。
私のような経済音痴には「何か変だ」としか思いようがない。
また、「個人情報」や「プライバシー」の考え方もそうで、
何の為に個人情報やプライバシーが大切かを説くこともせず、だだ闇雲に個人情報やプライバシーの保護を叫び、
「人権」を錦の御旗に大手を振っている人の多いことか。「人権」
を叫びながら人権無視や人権侵害が横行しているのも「何か変」である。
「戸籍」や「住民票」問題もそう・・。
戸籍も住民票も公開の原則を崩せば、その存在そのものが何のために、と思われるくらいであるが、一部の不正取得や不正使用を防止するために、
公開原則を廃したとしか思えない厳しい取扱いにし、「悪」
をはびこらせるシステムを構築している。「何か変」だとしか言いようが無い。
聞くところによると大阪府は戸籍取得に対し、本人通知システムを作ろうとしているとか。それこそ、
「争い事」の火種製造工場を作るに等しい暴挙である。知事は弁護士ゆえ、
争い事が増えれば増えるほどウハウハかもしれないが、もう少し深く掘り下げて慎重に考えて頂きたいと思う。
姓名、年齢、住所、、経歴、身分、
親子関係などは本人以外の人でも確認しようと思えば確認できるシステムを残しておかなければ、
詐称がいくらでもまかり通るおかしな社会になってしまう。先般もこのブログに書いたが、今やあらゆる証明書の偽造が割りに簡単に出来る。
戸籍も住民票も運転免許書も、いわんや履歴書や名刺などは作り放題である。ところが、
戸籍や住民票など人の身分や住所を証明するものは本人以外には入手困難、経歴の確認も本人承諾が必要となれば、
嘘がまかり通るのは火を見るより明らか。ところが、誰でも自分の事を調べられるのはいい気のするものではない。そこで、個人情報、
プライバシー、人権を盾に、「貴方のことは調べられないようにします」、「もし調べている人が居たら貴方に知らせるシステムを作ります」
と云われると、なるほど、それは良い事だと皆が賛成する。たしかに皆が善良で嘘をつかないのであればそれで良いが、それ程世の中は甘くない。
ところが、「何か変」と思っても「騙されているのでは」と感じても、
調べることが出来ないシステムを作られてしまえばどうしようも無くなる。何処の誰が何を意図しているのか知らないが、
今現実にそう云う社会が作られようとしており、可也の段階まで進んでいる事は間違いない。とにかく「何か変だ」。
