近畿島根県人会
今週日曜日、近畿島根県人会第４６回総会がホテルニューオオタニにて大々的に開催された。参加者数５７０名。
過去４５回で最高が３８０名であったと云うから如何に盛況であったかがお分かり頂けると思う。
島根県人会は、石見、出雲、隠岐と３地区に分け、１年交代で総会の幹事役を務める事となっており、今年は隠岐地区の担当であった。
従って、懇親会での出し物（演芸）も隠岐一色。何時の頃からかは知らないが、隠岐には極めて庶民的な伝統文化があり、
祝い事で飛び入りで行う「にわか」とか、北前船がもたらしたと思われる隠岐民謡など、宴席での芸事は盛り沢山。
その地元芸人が大挙押し掛けての懇親 会。それはそれは賑やかなものであった。

This Sunday, the 46th general meeting of the Kinki-Shimane Kenjin Association was held at the Hotel New Otani. The number of participants was 570.
In the past 45 events, the highest number of participants was 380, so you can understand how successful the event was.
Shimane Kenjinkai is divided into three districts, Iwami, Izumo, and Oki, and it is supposed to serve as the secretary of the general meeting in one year’s rotation, and this year I was in charge of the Oki district.
Therefore, the entertainment at the get-together party is also Oki’s only color. I don’t know how long ago it was, but there is a very popular traditional culture in the Oki Islands.
There are many entertainments at the banquet, such as “Niwaka”, which is performed as a jumping-off point for celebrations, and Oki Minyo, which is thought to have been brought by the Kitamaebune.
The local comedians crowded in large numbers to the get-together. It was a buzzing affair.
