初ぼやき
「大寒の入り」と共に寒波到来、今週は相当冷え込んでいる。風邪など召さぬよう十分にお気をつけてください。
私は、２０数年風邪をひいた事がなく、それを自慢にしていた。ところが昨春、アレッと思ったら風邪にかかっていた。
一寸ショックであった。以来風邪には気を付けなければと思いつつ、また、１週間ほど前から風邪の諸症状。歳には勝てぬと云うことなのか、
自分では気付かぬ内にどうも体力が落ちているらしい。
「自然法則に順従」、これが人の本当の生き方という。時に風邪をひくようになるのも「自然法則」なのかもしれない、
と自分を自分で慰めている・・・。
昨日、関西総合調査業協会の会報に「初ぼやき」と題して原稿を書いた。また手抜きとしかられそうだが、その原稿を添付し、
今週のブログとする。

新年明けましておめでとうございます。今年が皆様方にとりまして恵み多い年となりますよう祈念致します。
新年早々ぼやきたくはないが今年は相当気を引き締めないと、「今年こそは、今年こそはで今年も暮れた」になりそうな気がする。
１月４日の大発会での株の暴落、ご祝儀相場など粋なはからいは何所えやら、
サブプライムローンに端を発した株価の下落は底なし沼に入ったかの如くで、世界同時株安が進行している。また、
需給バランスに関係なく原油高は留まるところを知らない。正直、今の経済は門外漢の私などには全く読めないが、
実態経済は反映せず投機筋の思惑で世界経済が揺らぎ、そのしわ寄せが消費者にもろに来ている。
何となく正直者がバカをみる的な社会になりそうで、嫌な予感がする。
我が調査業界に於いても何となく似た現象が起きている。所謂、消費者泣かせの悪徳業者が確りと稼ぎ、
依頼者の身になって真面目にコツコツとやる誠実な業者が苦境に立たされている。
「石の上にも３年」、ジックリと腰を据え、誠心誠意、真面目に仕事に取り組むと、それなりの結果が付いてくるものと信じてきたが、
最近の現象を見てみると、必ずしもそうとは言い切れなくなっている。何故、こんな事になってきたのか？。
昨年の漢字は「偽」であった。所謂「偽」が流行ったということ、何故「偽」が流行ったのか、「偽」によって稼ぐことができるから？。
「偽」が発覚し倒産や更正会社に陥った所もあるが、表に出たのは多分氷山の一角、実際は「偽」で稼いでいる所が相当数あるに違いない。
“情けない”と思うがどうもそれが実態のようである。中味はどうあれ、如何に装うかが決め手となる。我が調査業界でも調査の中味はともかく、
如何に偽装して広告宣伝を上手くやるかが決め手となってきている。
個人に於いても同様で、中味はともかく自分を如何に装うかである。求職に際しては、如何に履歴書や職務経歴書を偽装するか。
東大卒と書こうが京大卒と書こうが、一流企業勤務と書こうがトップ営業マンであったと書こうが、全てＯＫである。学校も企業も官庁も、
個人の事は「個人情報保護」を盾に一切応えようとしないのだから。だいたい調査そのものを否定しようとしている。その上、
住民票も戸籍も入手は難しい。従って、何処の誰に成りすましても、そう簡単には見抜けない。「何が真実か・・」などは２の次ぎ３の次ぎ、
そんな事より個人情報の保護が大切らしい。
時代錯誤とお叱りを受けそうだが、経済も社会も何処か狂いが生じて来ているように思えてならない。
そんな環境下での探偵業法の施行である。探偵業法は１にも２にも消費者（依頼者）の保護と被調査人の保護が目的である。法の運用は、
その目的にそった運用であって欲しいと願う。真の消費者保護は、適正な料金、適正な方法で正確な調査を行い、
誠実な報告する事ではなかろうか。偽装した宣伝広告だけが上手い悪徳業者が淘汰され、
真面目な業者が生き残れるような法の運用であって欲しく、その為に業界団体は一丸となって活動して行かなければならないと考えている。
微力ではありますが常に問題意識を持って取り組み、業界発展の為に微力ながら今年も頑張って行く所存ですので、

I don’t want to be a whisperer at the beginning of the new year, but if I don’t brace myself considerably this year, I think I’m going to end the year with “this year, this year, this year”.

Sincere contractors who put themselves in the shoes of their clients and work diligently to get the job done are in a predicament.
I’ve always believed that if you work diligently and earnestly for three years, you’ll get the right results.
Looking at recent phenomena, that’s not necessarily the case. Why has it come to this?
Last year’s Chinese character was “fake”. So-called “fake” became popular, why “fake” became popular, because you can make money by “fake”?
Some of the “fakes” were discovered and went bankrupt or went into reorganization, but the ones that came out are probably the tip of the iceberg, and there must be quite a few that are actually making money off of “fakes”.
It’s “pathetic”, but apparently that’s the reality. Regardless of the contents, how you dress is the deciding factor. Even in our own investigative industry, regardless of what’s in the investigation.
The deciding factor is how to disguise and advertise well.
The same is true of the individual; it depends on how he or she presents himself or herself, regardless of his or her content. How do you disguise your resume and work history when applying for a job?
It doesn’t matter if you graduated from Tokyo University or Kyoto University, or if you worked for a prestigious company or were a top salesperson. Schools, businesses, government offices.
They don’t respond at all to personal matters using “privacy protection” as a shield. It’s more like trying to deny the investigation itself. Besides.
It is difficult to obtain a residence card or a family register. Therefore, it’s not so easy to spot anyone, anywhere. “What’s true is…” and so on, after two, then three, then three.
It seems that the protection of personal information is more important than that.
I’m afraid I’ll be scolded as an anachronism, but I can’t help but think that something is wrong with the economy and society.

I will do my best for the development of the industry this year though it is a small power, but I always tackle it with an awareness of the problem, and it is a small power.
