私は月曜日が大好きです。

週末はプライベートを満喫して月曜日からの仕事に備える。

一週間の仕事をイメージして迎える一日は格別なんです。

働くすべての人たちがワクワクした毎日を過ごせればどれだけ効率のいい、幸せな時間になるでしょうか^ ^

残念ながら通勤電車では月曜日が最も憂鬱な空気。みんなキラキラしてるのは金曜日だけです（笑）。

しかし、絶対に「月曜日が待ち遠しい会社」になるんです^ ^

私の師匠の一人、ゴールドラット博士は2011年6月11日に他界する少し前（2011年4月）、日本で行われたカンファレンスで企業の究極の目的をあらためて語りました。財務的成功よりも大事なものとは、「働きに来るのが楽しい。月曜日が待ち遠しい会社にすること。」でした。今までの自分は間違っていたという内容の発言ととる人もいるようです。

I love Mondays.

I enjoy my private time on weekends and get ready for work on Monday.

There is something special about the day that comes with a vision of the week’s work.

How much more efficient and dense it would be if all working people could spend their days with excitement ^^.

Unfortunately, Monday is the most depressing day of the week on the commuter train, and everyone is somewhat sparkling on Friday, but this is something I would like to promote, because every day can be a Monday, depending on your thoughts.

Shortly before he passed away on June 11, 2011 (April 2011), Dr. Goldratt reiterated the ultimate purpose of a company at a conference in Japan. More important than financial success, he said, is to “make it fun to come to work. Make it a company where people enjoy coming to work and look forward to Mondays. That was it. Some people seem to take this as a statement that I was wrong in the past.
