企業サービス創業者、松谷廣信前会長とこの話題になった時はいつも同じでした。

社員の幸せのため。

これに尽きるということで話は落ち着きます。

売上規模、従業員規模が大きくなり、収益性も高く、業歴のある会社になったとしても、社員が幸せでないと会社経営してても面白くない。
何度もそんな話をしてきました。

その一つの指標が『月曜日が待ち遠しい会社』

これほど難しいことないですねと、二人で夢を語ったのが昨日のことのようです。

子供の頃、お母さんお父さんに『明日幼稚園ある？』と土曜日の夜に聞いてた人は多いと思います。

大人も同じはず。
ワクワクと同時に課題を見つけてどんどん前にいく。

簡単なことはやらないんです。

今はこの夢を一緒に実現してくれる仲間がたくさんいます。

When I was a kid, I used to ask my mom and dad, ‘Do you have kindergarten tomorrow?’ on Saturday nights.

It should be the same for adults.
We are excited and at the same time find challenges and move forward more and more.
