今日は学びの多い交流会に参加。

黙祷からスタートしました。

阪神淡路大震災から２３年経つんですね。企業サービスに入社して２年目のことでした。

約２時間半の会でしたが、今日は黙祷をするために来たような気がしてます。

あの日のことを忘れてた自分を恥じ、また成長の機会を与えられた一日でした。

写真はサンタランに参加したメンバーの発表。聴かせる技術を持っていなくても、情熱がある人たちの話しは心に響きました。

Today, I attended a learning exchange.

We started with a moment of silence.

It’s been 23 years since the Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, hasn’t it? It was in my second year at KIGYOU SERVICEs.

It was a meeting that lasted about two and a half hours, but I feel like I came here today to say a silent prayer.

It was a day when I was ashamed of myself for forgetting that day and was given the opportunity to grow again.
