元公募校長を書類送検、大阪 職歴詐称の疑い – 西日本新聞

大阪市が実施した学校長公募に応募し、小学校長に就任していたお方が、実は経歴を詐称して、数百倍の倍率であったであろう難関の就職試験に合格していたという話。しかも、結果はくだんの通り。
この校長の基で学んだ生徒の心境や如何に?。
これが、厚労省の指導、「就職の際の身元調査は絶対にしないでください。」に忠実に従い、本人申告の履歴を鵜呑みにし、公正採用につとめた結果である。
この問題を捉え「公正採用」の為には、先ず私どものバックグランドチィックをご採用下さい、などと営業をかけようものなら、厚労省に限らず、この大阪市など、「人事調査、採用調査、雇用調査、バックグランドチィック」などの言葉を聞いただけで、「そんな、とんでもない・・・、そんな話は絶対にしないでください」的な反応を示すのは、それこそ火を見るより明らか。
これが本当に人権尊重の差別のない社会なのでしょうか・・・?

The story goes that a person who applied for a job as a school principal by the city of Osaka and became an elementary school principal actually misrepresented his background and passed a difficult job test that would have multiplied his chances by several hundred times. Moreover, the result is as follows.
What is the state of mind of the students who have studied under this principal and how?
This is the guidance of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, “Never do a background check when you are hired. This is the result of the company’s efforts to ensure fair hiring by faithfully following the procedures set forth in the previous section of this report and following the history of the employees’ reports.
If they try to sell this issue and say, “Please hire our background check for fair hiring,” not only the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, but also Osaka City and others will react with the words “personnel survey, hiring survey, employment survey, background check,” and say, “That’s outrageous…please don’t talk about that.
Is this really a society without discrimination, with respect for human rights…?
